I love this laundry mat until today. One machine took 9 of my quarters but only counted 7 so I told the woman working and she said “sorry, I don’t give refunds”. It’s not a refund if your machine malfunctions in mid transaction. Unprofessional and cheap apparently.

The dryer took my money & started spinning 3 slow times then stopped. tried to notify the girl working here but she’s outside in her car smoking & talking on the phone while my wet clothes are sitting in the broken dryer. very unprofessional & will not be coming back.

Fairly new to this facility, but WOW Im very impressed. The facility is kept clean & in working order. There us even an incentive program to earn a free wash on ANY size machine! There app is easy to use too!

Decent prices, they take coins or bank cards, clean facility with clean well working machines.

If I could give negative stars I would. Most machines were out of order. Even the ones that were working stopped in the middle of loads. I will avoid in the future. It got enough of my hard earned money.

Nice to clean clothes at.but I like the one in my home town Newton nc laundry mat they have arcade games and snack machines even Pacman cocktail table.but your machines work well thumbs up.

Laundry is clean the majority of the customers were not wearing a mask thank God I had three on no sign saying it is required it should be a requirement life is More important be safe

Its an average laundromat. The machines seemed reasonably modern. No problems getting our stuff washed.

Decently cleaned facility, multiple washers out of order. I went specifically to try clothes I waited 35 minutes and the clothes were dry enough for me to no longer care. A towel I had to bring home and hang up to finish drying.

Clean facility. Accepts coins and credit cards

Never crowed machines need a little more maintenance and need more baskets but other wise I give them a 5starr 🌟

I used this laundromat on numerous occasions and had no problems until June 7, 2019, On that day a machine indicated that my card was declined, but my account shows a $5.00 charge. I also lost 8 quarters in another machine when it would not take any additional quarters nor return the ones I had already inserted. I dont have the energy to run this matter down for a refund, but management should investigate their machines more closely/frequently or customers may ultimately stop using this laundromat. FYI, while I was there a woman told me her machine ran a cycle without water.

Not enough seating!! Especially didnt care for the person working there pacing back and forth watching everything everyone was doing and constantly “studying” the machines. Had no idea who she was until I was getting ready to leave and she started sweeping the floors. A uniform, name badge or some indication she works there would make her pacing, snooping and questioning everyone feel much less creepy.

Clean washers & dryers. Looked new & i did not see any that were not working. 4 tvs to watch. Friendly helpful staff. Even an app you can use to pay for laundry. Also drop off & p/up service

I enjoy washing clothes here. The fact that their machines accept cards was enough for me. Maybe the prices are a little high according to others...but I’m not complaining!

I come here a few times a month, usually an off time when there aren’t a lot of people there. The machines are a little pricier than average, but there are washers and dryers that take cards so that makes it worth it for me. There’s a few places to sit, but I usually walk around the strip mall until my stuff is done. Three tv’s. Men and women’s separate bathrooms. A drink and snack machine. It’s clean. The staff has always been friendly to me. I’ve met a few of them; never experienced a problem. A couple of machines have been out of order from time to time, but that’s expected at any laundromat. Prices vary. Small (standard top load) washers around $3 to the large (about 2.5x bigger) is about $6. Dryers a quarter for every 4-5 minutes... Just to give an idea.

I have used laundry mats up & down the east coast. This place is average. Prices are a little high. Many washers out of order. The washer I used would NOT rinse all the soap from the clothes. Washed 3 times.Washers & dryers could use a cleaning. There are three TVs, on different channels so that is bothersome. Also two were on that crappie show The View”. Restrooms are nice and there are snack machines.

Always clean and quiet.

Not a bad situation when I go there. Much better than most.

Your typical coin laundry, clean place

Nasty place, supposed to have a person there to make sure machines are in good working order, over half of the machines are out of order and no attendents there to make sure machines are working much less clean. Washing machines are gaggable at best. Thank goodness I now have my own washing machine & dryer. Last time I used a dryer at this place my clothes came out coveted in chocolate no thanks to the attendents that WASNT there. Yea, really nasty place.

Very good machines. But the dryers are not hot enough and the washers are over a dollar or so more than I pay elsewhere.

Washers and dryers are always broken! Will take your money fast so watch out!

Clean and well lit. Lots of table space. Can get busy at times.

Disgustingly EXPENSIVE. Not a great layout to relax in (seating by tvs awkward and limited, tvs blocked by signs hanging from ceiling), one seating table, extremely open and unused floor space in front area. Im assuming the owners/company who owns the place figured it would be a get rich quick scheme since NO ONE is there if you need help and they advertise for a similar thing (would you like your own business etc.). Theres a number to call, but really. I couldnt find a sign for free wifi either. At least the facility is clean. Complete opposite of the one I used in Boone (cheaper, free wifi, always people there, great seating and TV, but occasional slight grime). Id pick my old laundromat every time over this place.
