This was a 1st class service. My family was very pleased.

My family has worked with Brad at the Clemmons Vogler and Sons location with the passing of our mother two years ago and recently, our father. Brad has always been nothing but honest, upfront, and kind when working together. After my mother’s passing, he made the process for my family infinitely easier to navigate and brought our father so much peace knowing she was properly taken care of exactly like she wanted while also making us comfortable with the process. Naturally we returned to Brad after my fathers passing per my fathers wishes after seeing how professionally and compassionately he cared for our mother. Brad never fails to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs and desires while following our loved ones wishes. He never fails to greet us by name and make us feel like much more then just client, remembers our wishes, and is able to make recommendations based off of our own personal taste and request. I could not recommend Brad more for anyone in need when it comes to making arrangements after the loss of a loved one.

I have just pre-planned my funeral and locked most of the expenses through the folks at Vogler. Carol was a pleasure to work with.The process was easy, a plan for every need or want, very flexible, with absolutely no pressure. Every question I had was explained. The staff are kind, courteous, and supportive. They provided excellent service and made sure everything was taken care of with my mothers memorial service. Dealing with a death is never easy, but this place and its people make it easier.

We were making arrangements for our Father’s service in another city and they made it easier for us by putting things together for us there. I recently used Vogler and Sons in Clemmons, NC after my husband past away suddenly.Their employee, Bradley Wood, was exceptional. He treated my family with warmth and kindness; something that was truly appreciated in this time of grief. I also felt the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Disappointed in the service my family received after my sisters death. Numerous phone calls asking for more information, incorrect SS# copied onto initial death certificate, second set of earrings overlooked, no Kleenex in family room, director complained to me that the tent was set up in the incorrect place at graveyard and he had to purchase a sledge hammer to move it himself, a crucifix was forgotten in the lockbox, my son was asked to help move the casket out of the hearse because they did not have enough staff and then the identification paperwork saying the body they received was indeed my sister had not been signed (I went to sign it after work and they were closed). This process of losing a loved one is difficult enough without having an inept funeral service. Errors can occur but the expectation is that a business that handles final arrangements for a loved one should be nothing but proficient. I fear what else may have been mishandled that I was not aware of.

They made a very difficult time for our family extremely easy. Looking back, we have no concerns with how the entire process was handled. Our graveside service turned into a mini family reunion. Not once did we feel rushed. Completely professional from our first call, to the conclusion.

My Grandmother recently passed and we went to see Brad Wood at the Clemmons location. He was so easy to talk to and was immensely helpful in planning everything. Me and my family were very pleased.My Grandmother had a 20+ year old prepaid plan and Brad helped us substitute some items that have changed over the years (which is totally understandable).If I’m ever in the unfortunate situation of needed funeral services again I would not hesitate to return to this location.

If I could leave this company a zero star or negative star review, I would do so. After my grandmother (during her living days many years ago) had pre-purchased a casket, service and all preparation for burial, this company did everything possible to renege on the deal. You see, between the time my grandmother paid for these services and the time of her death, the cost of all of the services and casket, etc has skyrocketed. Effectively, this company would now be taking a loss in their minds. So, instead of fulfilling their responsibility, they refunded the money my grandmother paid. Shame on this company!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO USE.
