I cannot believe the incompetence at this company. They have even charged my card 3 times on numerous occasions and then had the audacity to blame it on the hotel management who had nothing to do with it. I am not the only one here who has issues, I am just the only one trying to do something about it. If you are in management at a Hotel or Venue and you are considering using this company, I highly suggest looking elsewhere! Issues for a month is one thing but for a year and a half... my patience has just worn thin.
I called in for a problem with network equipment provided by them. I was stonewalled by first a receptionist, then a tech, who seemed more obsessed with how I got to them in the phone queue than with helping me. In fact, asked me to call back in, push the same buttons, and ask for the same people a different way. Psycho! 1star!EDIT: Wow! Then they showed up onsite FAST and fixed it - very quickly! 5 Stars!
