We used Triad Clean Team for carpet cleaning in a unit we were preparing for sale. The carpet had an ugly trail from walking in and out of the room, as well as to and from the bathroom. They took extra time to make sure everything was removed and the carpet looked presentable. If you are meticulous about details, they will take the time to explain the process and what they are doing. Very easy to work with and customer oriented. Would recommend their services to anyone.

As for cleaning they do a good job. However, they were told 2 bedrooms, very small hallway and 13 stairs.I was not home they started saying each stain would be extra $25? They also said an extention of my bedroom was a closet? He also did inside my daughters closet? I did not ask for that. At the beginning he told my son $130 which was much higher than others I use.We ended up paying 170! Yikes! It has been 8 hours since they left..carpets are still very damp..not use to that either.So ny advice. Make sure you are home and clarify the cost before they start.
