Care was ok, however, if you have insurance they will bill you 234.00 for a office visit, and then 79 for covid test, had we known this we would have gone to one of the drug stores that just file insurance for the actual test and not charge ridiculous amount for 3 minutes with a doctor. So it cost us 150.00 for urgent care visit(insurance sucks). DONT GO HERE FOR COVID TEST!!!!!!!! They dont tell you this up front, or even when you leave, they wait and mail you a bill for your copay................

I am so grateful to Gray Lackey and Kristie Whisenhunt! They honestly just saved my year by just listening to what I was saying. I am moving to Germany today and had made multiple covid testing appointments which were required to get on the plane and enter Europe, all of which were not confirmed or some other issue with timing and result types etc. Just a complicated situation. I was extremely stressed and could see my entire future for this year falling apart. I went into the Clemmons novant urgent care and was speaking with a man at the front desk (who was also doing his best to help and was very kind, but I think was just unclear about the options). At that point, Gray came over and arranged for me to go to the kernersville location which had the test types that I needed. He transferred all my information to them so that I could go quickly and easily and make my flight in time. Ms. Whisenhunt sent me all the information and made sure I had everything I needed. I am leaving in about two hours but I wanted to leave this review first. Thank you guys so much! :)

Waiting for PCR test results to travel internationally and it is absolutely impossible to get anybody to talk to on the phone about when the results will be available (samples taken over the weekend). Called numerous times - no answer, voicemail is full. Sent someone into the clinic and they refused to talk to her. We are now having to change our flights. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED TEST RESULTS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL.

Can’t schedule a covid test online as it says you can. Nobody picks up the phone. I needed a rapid test today and in the voice system it says you can walk in. How is this virus so terrifying and serious, yet nobody can get tested without waiting for days!

Got appointment quickly. It was very easy to make appointment online and handle checkin ahead of time. Everything was smooth & quick.

Amazing staff at this location! Not a long wait at all for a walk-in. They were able to X-ray my son’s arm immediately and let us know what we would need and next steps with a referral. They were gentle, patient and understanding with my son’s pain and anxiety (and my other toddler being...a toddler). I’ve been here for myself once before this and I’ve always recommended this location due to the efficiency, knowledge and overall outstanding friendliness of the staff.

Sign on door and website says walk-ins welcome. I walked in around 12:30 pm with abroken arm and was asked if I had an appointment, asked if I needed one and was told yes and that the first available appointment was at 3:45 pm. This was with no one sitting in the waiting area. I walked out went across the street to Baptist hospital urgent care,walked in and was seen by a doctor, had x-rays taken, saw Dr again who verified arm was broken, treated and released before 2:30pm. Will never return to Novant urgent care nor recommend them to anyone who needs treatment. WALK-INS WELCOME apparently does not mean the same thing to Novant as it does to everyone else !!

Everyone was great, timely and courteous. Im looking forward to transferring to the Novant network for all of my Healthcare needs.

It took a little longer to be able to get seen but to me thats expected in this uncertain times and I truly saw how over whelmed they were with patients. For the Nurse she is awesome Ive been here at this facility probably 4 times in the past year and she has always been super nice to me. For the Doctor I Love Her... She is super nice and always make me feel comfortable talking to her. She is Amazing to me... I will recommend everyone to go to this location. They are Amazing...

Horrible service would definitely not recommend this location. Came there this morning for a bad ear infection and they were rude especially the receptionist .Will not ever return there again for emergency.

Not friendly or helpful! Was told it would be a 3 hour wait for a walk in patient. Then I called the Urgent Care at 105 Hanes Square in Winston Salem. The very helpful young lady checked and there was NOT a patient currently being helped in Clemmons.Apparently the receptionist in Clemmons just did not want to work with walk-in patients! Then why have an urgent care? Left and went to the Hanes Square Location.

Very professional and prompt treatment for a laceration requiring stitches. Excellent follow up as well!

This Monday at 8:00am my daughter was the only patient and I had two concerns I wanted to address. The NP that saw us acted rushed and barely explained anything. After a quick exam, said she would send two prescriptions; one for each concern. For one she said to basically keep doing what I was doing and was going to send an updated prescription for a topical. She never sent this to the pharmacy. The other prescription was ultimately a stronger type of medication than was necessary. I picked it up but did not end up giving it to my daughter. As the NP left she said to take my daughter to her primary care doctor in a couple of days to check on everything.(To the contrary, the woman at the front desk was very sweet and helpful.)I didn’t feel comfortable with the treatment so I took my daughter to her regular Novant doctor at noon. At this appointment she had a thorough exam, proper information and care for the concern, and medications that showed results in 24 hours.If I had not taken my daughter to the second appointment, for one of the concerns more than the other, it might have been an emergency within a day.Will not recommend.

Choiniere Laurent, FNP was amazing with my kids. He took the time to make them both feel comfortable prior to working with them. We came in right before closing on a Sunday afternoon and didn’t feel rushed. He was great. Will come back should the need arise.

Not an urgent care. No urgency. And they don’t care at all. Go across the street and get real care at the wfbh facility.

The doctor and staff were super-friendly, professional and compassionate. The location was extremely clean and efficiently ran. I will most choose this location again as well as recommend it in the future to others.

I recently visited Novant at two different locations for a sinus infection. Both Centers were clean and empty. The doctors at both locations were extremely attentive and caring. They took the time to listen to my symptoms and carefully explained my diagnosis. Both doctors were upbeat and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed like I had previously experienced at another Urgent Care ( not affiliated with Novant). I also want to add that when calling to make an appointment on both occasions I was treated with concern and professionalism.

I really like Laurent; he’s so nice and explains things in simple terms. I’ve seen him twice, once for a dog bite and once for an UTI. Very good care!

Had to get stitches the other day for the first time, the staff was so nice and made sure I was comfortable. I am very happy with my experience.

Timely seen with appointment, prompt and professional service

I was the first person in the clinic that morning. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and told me I had to have an appointment even though the website says walk-ins are accepted. Then I received several unprofessional text messages unrelated to my health issue. Do not waste your time.

The PA is the only reason I gave the place two stars, he was very professional and treated me with respect during my testing process. The front office staff treated me as if I had the plague and chased me out of the office when I was instructed by their check in process to come to the front desk despite being completely covered and masked. The text messages I received prior to the Appt were also very unprofessional to the point I received one saying “what are you wanting from us?” when I work for the same company and was instructed to go there and get tested.

I was visiting Mocksville but had a bad earache so I looked up an Urgent Care online and Novant Health had an opening. I signed up for a slot and headed over. I was impressed with the cleanliness, and calm atmosphere. I got in earlier than my scheduled time. They took my info, got me into a room and the Doctor already had information from back home about my meds etc! So he got me taken care of efficiently and I walked out happily knowing I was going to get that ear infection cleared up. Pleasant experience all the way around!

Great service, no wait, kind & professional. Much faster & cheaper than the ER. Will definitely use them when the need arises again.

Final update: after 6 attempts over a month of trying to contact the appropriate party, I was finally connected with the manager at this location. They listened to the positives and negatives about my appointment, were able to correct the false information on my medical charts, and wave the additional fee. Although I do appreciate them taking the time to work through this with me, the main part of going to a medical facility is to be seen and cared for by the medical staff. I know there are kind and helpful people in the Novant system, but, due to the NP, I cannot recommend this location.Update: I got an additional charge request on top of what I already paid and the poor treatment I received. The charge request gives me no details as to why Im being charged as I did not receive treatment. Additionally, the NP submitted false information on my medical chart which is malpractice. Im dropping my 2 star review down to 1 star and I reached out to the WeCare email. Ill update my review accordingly after I interact with their care team.Original review:Two stars only for the location, nice building, and two nice employees I interacted with - the check in lady and the lady who got my blood pressure and temperature before the nurse practitioner arrived.Unfortunately, I cannot suggest this location due to the nurse practitioner. She scolded me as soon as she walked in my room and was belittling and dissmisive during my whole appointment. She didnt seem at all concerned with my symptoms, talked over me, and then proceeded to tell me what my actual symptoms were. The lady at the front desk said they had a busy day, so, maybe the nurse was letting the frustration of the day get to her. If thats the case, I hope she finds the support she needs. But, in terms of me getting the medical help I needed, this place was not worth the visit.

I could not be more pleased with Novant Health Go-Health, Clemmons, NC. The medical staff were very professional, while being so kind & caring. They put my fears at ease & quickly, diagnosed my health problem. Their clinic was pristine!! If the need arises again, I will, certainly, be going back.

I had 2 really great experiences back to back. The 1st when calling in to ask a question and the front desk lady arranged for me to be seen there rather than where I was to be seen.The 2nd when I came in for a sick visit and felt as if I had known her and the doctor all my life. They made me feel comfortable and less anxious about what I was being seen for. The nurse whom came to my car on the 1st was great! He had to do the awful swab but did not hurt me and eased my mind while doing it. Thank you all! Already told friends to stop in to see you!

Not the most friendly staff & felt as if the PA was very dismissive. Would recommend Novant Urgent Care, just not this specific facility.

The provider was efficient and timely. They made the COVId testing easy.

Beware of double billing for GoHealth! Your bill is on MyChart as well as GoHealth site GONC.mysecurebill.com / from my experience do not pay your account with GoHealth pay it on MyChart. Novant needs to correct this issue. I wonder how many people have been doubled billed and paid both sites. I paid my bills twice on 2/1/21 and still waiting on refund from GoHealth.

Hands down the best experience Ive had at a doctors office. The xray tech was extremely kind and understanding of my anxiety from being alone. They were fast, safe, and above all else kind.

They cant find your insurance policy so you have to pay an out the door fee, then summit to insurance company for re-imbursement. Then 3 months later they will send you an additional bill with no explanation of the extra charges for the service I already paid in full for.Total Scam of a location.

I would like to say, the doctors, nurse and administrator were very very helpful! I lost my father this past Sunday and I called the one in Kernersville and got sent away to west highland and this one at (Clemmons) Glammon Ln called and helped me. I must say I was worried because I have to fly out Saturday to go cremated my father and thought I wasn’t going to make it but thanks to Crystal and her crew, she made it happen! Thank you so much! People may not understand how y’all helped me because I was emotional. I held it back, didn’t want to scare them with me crying. Thank you 🙏🏽 🙂 I just left them 10 minutes and I feel relieved. Not everyone experience was great but mines was great!

Reviews for this provider are all over the board.From my experience, I would say this provider is no worse nor better than any other place.Appointment times obviously mean nothing.And the fee paid certainly far outweighed the service rendered.Its about revenue generation; nothing more.

Misdiagnosed with bronchitis. told me unequivocally that I didnt have covid. Test results came back....I have covid-19.

Made an online appointment at 7 pm and was seen within 30 minutes. The lady answering the phone was exceptionally nice when I confirmed the appointment. The nurse who saw me was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no feeling of being rushed since they close at 8 pm.

Can’t believe I have to pay for this.

I scheduled a “hold my spot” online. They texted me the day of my appointment telling me they were running behind and moved my slot down 40 minutes. I appreciate their consideration of my time.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this location yesterday evening. I checked in and registered online, so it was super-easy when we got to the office and took about a minute to get us in a room. The nurses went above and beyond in their care of my son, who ended up having strep throat, and went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and my younger daughter was entertained. The provider who checked his vitals even brought them snacks! The physician took his time and made sure all of our questions were answered, and he was also really nice to the kids. I honestly have not been more impressed by customer service in a medical setting in my life. These folks are awesome and I will be sure to return for any issues outside of our regular doctors office hours. Keep up the great work!

I have been turned away TWO times now to get my covid test, because they said they couldnt find my Medicaid info on file. Even though my primary care giver is Novant medical of Davie and the urgent care i go to for everything else in davie county is apart of wake Forest I called both to make sure and both were able to look up and see MY CURRENT insurance information! But this place said they wouldnt see or test me at all without my insurance card in hand! When alot of place are doing testing FOR FREE this is outrageous!!!

The older woman with silver hair at the front desk was extremely rude to buy anything that I needed to bring with me and I got turned away for not having my insurance card even though I had my insurance ID number. Very rude and very nasty women and very unprofessional I do not recommend this place and it’s very dirty

This place was wonderful! I checked the wait time and there wasnt one so we gave it a try and I am so glad we did. They are absolutely amazing so nice and caring.

My daughter went in yesterday. The NP was very very quick in treating her. Like it was some kind of a race. Anyway she did give the correct prescriptions..thankgoodness.She had a virus/ sinus infection. NP put varicose veins, pain in legs as her diagnosis. Really!?!The little man CEO wants as many patients seen as quickly as possible, (the more u see the bigger bonus). Thank goodness it wasn,t serious.

Very convenient. The staff were professional and friendly. Registration was straightforward and efficient. They do have X-ray imagining capabilities onsite.My total time there was only about an hour, which is very fast for medical related issues.

Provider (NP) was the worst. Never written review like this, but have to share for anyone who might think about going to this facility. The office staff were great, but the provider was condescending, disrespectful, and callous. Would not recommend this location especially if this provider is on duty.

Unreal... Sunday morning 9:50 am, there is one person in the waiting room. We signed in and were told we would be seen at 11:24 am. The girl behind the kiosk seemed indifferent. So we left and went across the street to Wake Forest Urgent Care. Waited maybe 5 minutes. The staff was fantastic, and we were in the car on our way home at 11:29 am. Skip Novant and head to Wake Forest instead. I know we will next time.

I was in on Saturday for a minor illness and I could not have been more pleased with the care of the staff and their attentiveness.

I was treated for a tick bite at this location. Marietta Arocena, NP did a great job taking care of my medical needs. She conducted herself with exceptional professionalism and compassionate care and gave me high quality healthcare. Her staff is also first rate. I recommend this location for your urgent care needs.

Ive visited this location several times when I could not get in to see my doctor. They have always been very kind, and the medical care has been top notch. The practitioners take the time to listen to me. On a couple of occasions Ive had questions later, and theyve always responded through My Chart.

Awesome experience! My 11 yo fell and we rushed to GoHealth Clemmons. I registered online and LaToya took us to a room immediately upon arrival. Kendall was extremely friendly and was amazing during the X-rays and she was great with my son who was in a lot of pain. Manny the provider worked double time to get a referral and meds. We were thrilled with the center-clean, bright, and open. Not your usual health care clinic. Highly recommend!

My 84 year old father went here Easter morning with a bronchial infection. They saw him at his appointment time and he was out of there in 30 minutes. He was so pleased with how they treated him and could pull up his Novant records. Thanks for being there today...especially on a holiday.

Very poor service. Will never go again. Wanted an antibiotic wouldn’t give me one.. told me it was viral... wound up at ER ANYWAY — with IV antibiotics NEVER AGAIN!! Novant health will never get another dime from me

After having a horrible experience previously at WFBH ungent care in Clemmons, I came here. You are treated like a person with the up most respect.Dr. Wongin was great with my son as well as myself, he was very thorough and had great bedside manner. The assistant Janice was really sweet and very helpful. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Since moving to Clemmons last year I have use the Baptist Urgent Care 2 or 3 times and always had a wonderful experience and never waited long. Two weeks ago I visited this location because it was now open and my other Drs are Novant. Everyone was extremely nice, but the wait was very long for only having 3 patients in the lobby. I was there for about 2 hours and didnt have any labs or radiology tests. Theoffice seemed very caotic and they were having computer troubles which is not their fault. Today I had an urgent need and was with my special needs brother whom my mom always takes to Novant Dr and hospitals, my mom was unavailable and I knew that she had taken my brother to this location recently. We were unable to be seen because I couldnt locate my brothers ID and insurance cards. which were scanned in recently on last visit. Luckily across the road, they helped me and his injuries are on the way to recovery without going to an emergency Dept at the hospital and spending hours and costing more money for my mom and the insurance company.

NP did a good job but check-in was a nightmare and we had made an online appointment and entered info ahead of time to streamline the process. Office staff was also nursing staff and not particularly caring. Horribly understaffed. Husband had a migraine and we had to continually keep turning the light off in the exam room bc of the motion sensor. Waiting room music was too loud and annoying for someone suffering with a migraine. No thought has been put into designing the space for the patients comfort. We had to keep an eye on the IV bags ourselves because there wasnt enough nursing staff to check on it. Apparently only one NP on duty. No doctor. I would not come here again unless I had absolutely no alternative.

I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I was at work and started having major pain in my side (kidney stone). I made a save my spot reservation online and headed to this urgent care. I chose this urgent care because all of my doctors are novant and I knew they would have my info... medical and insurance etc. (The reserve my spot went to novant my chart after putting in my info) I got there and the lady said I need your insurance card. I told her that I took a different wallet to work and didnt have it. I told her I have my id and she has a copy of my card in her system. She could verify it by calling them. She said she has to have a copy of it since the one in the system is 3 months old. I finally said you know what I am in pain & Im going across the street to the wake health urgent care... she said hope you feel better (lol). I went across the street havent been to a wake health facility since Sept of last year (which was 10 months ago)... he verified my previous insurance card, told me my copayment, and then took me back to see the doctor!!!!! Thank God I left and went across the street to Wake health!!

Waited 1 1/2 hours just to be checked in! And Another hour in the exam room!! 2 1/2 hours with a sick kid for a flu swab. It wasn’t even busy. Worse than an ER. Staff was very pleasant but obviously need more staff on a Saturday during flu season.

Dr. Kumar and his staff did a great job taking care of me today. I drove from winston to clemmons and the little extra drive was worth it. Dr. Kumar was able to do a procedure i needed that other urgent care facilities said they couldnt do. Thank you.

Went to have my son checked out. Thought he had pink eye, doctor said it was pink eye and I said are his ears ok, she said they look fine, gave a medicine that was in the same family as one he is allergic too which gave me some concern, I ended up taking him to his PCP the next day, no pink eye but he did have double ear infections! Never again will I go to this urgent care.

Staff is beyond rude and unprofessional!

Extremely long wait despite having a Hold My Spot position. Center is terribly understaffed and very unorganized. The clinic is affiliated with Novant Health -- why do I need to fill out my childs financial and medical history at every visit? You have access to Epic, which is a shared practice management and electronic medical record system.

I was seen by a Philippine lady very rude said I made her waste her time was even asking about my ilegal status in the country very discriminating and not professional at all
