I thought I was in good hands until I did a little research. When my homeowners insurance came up for renewal a few years ago, I was shocked to say the least! A huge increase in my premium as well as not having my home fully covered to proper levels. Never even heard from my agent when he took over the local office. I called Brad, who I had worked with years earlier, and asked him to take a look at my policy. He looked at my policy and asked a lot of questions about my house (which good agents should do). A couple days later he came back with a quote that saved me several hundred dollars and included much better coverage and extra benefits in case of emergency. After quoting the homeowners insurance, we moved on to car insurance...and then an umbrella policy. Now, I had been with my company ever since I can remember-it was the company my family had always used.When Brad came back with all the quotes, I was saving nearly $1600 a year for proper coverage levels and WAY better service! No more good hands for me! The agents in the office always answer the phone and are ready to help. Brad is always accessible and ready to help too.
