Clemmons Station is a great place to live. I have been living in this community for almost a year and love and respect my neighbors. Great location to all eating places and Hanes Mall. Loving the new upcoming changes to the community like a playground for my kids to enjoy.

I put in a application they told me I was denied for background history when I have no felonies nor do I have any drug or assault charges I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to give me a more thurul response to my denial for a week now the women Kia at the property is so rude and arrogant this place is a scam they got my application fee and basically told me to kick rocks I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO APPLY FOR THIS PLACE THEY ARE TERRIBLE

I moved in to Clemmons Station 24 days ago with very high hopes as it seemed really nice! Im happy with the apartment. I am not happy with the parking!!! In 24 days I have had NO PARKING 8 DAYS now! 2 of those days I had to walk 3 buildings over to get to my building, one of those nights was in the rain. I leave in the morning and come home late at night. By the time I arrive all the spaces are full. My building has 8 units with 18 parking spaces and 3 handicap spaces. These are 2 bedroom apartments which means each unit should have 2 guaranteed spaces which should account for 16 spaces total for residents and 2 for guest. The bad thing is some of these days even the handicap spaces are also full with no handicap users currently in the building. I reached out to the leasing office (Kia) which told me she was sympathetic. She also told me her hands were tied because the spots were not marked. Kia has been very Nice however there has been no emails gone out to remedy the situation or flyers put on doors to at least try to remedy the situation for residents parking in the wrong spots. I pointed to the contract that was signed. She told me to email the property manager and corporate. I have been emailing Rose P. (property manager) and Sue L. (corporate) since 9-21-20 neither of these Westdale employees have decided to return a call or message and today is 9-26-20. I have sent numerous messages through the leasing office. I called Kia at the leasing office and she seemed surprised that Rose P. had had not gotten back to me! I called Kia on 9-25-20 at 3pm and ask that Rose P. call me before the end of the day, Kia stated again she would give her the message, again Kia seemed surprised that Rose had not been in touch with me. After reading the reviews I dont know if Im surprised. I called the sister companies trying to get a number for corporate and no one will give a number and I was told by the sister company GOOD LUCK TRYING TO GET THEM TO CALL YOU BACK! THIS ISSUE IS MORE THAN ABOUT PARKING!!!! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR ANYONE HAVING TO WALK AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY AT 11PM OR LATER AT NIGHT!!!!! I am completely outraged at the fact that this company is not holding the the legal binding contract to keep their residents safe!!!!! I pay to be able to park in front of my building for safety and peace of mind!!!!

Don’t move here you won’t have any peace of mind and they will tell you things like, “ it will level itself out”. Management is a nightmare and will avoid you at all cost. So many other affordable better options in this area. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

Kia, Rose and Jasmine were all very kind and responsive to needs. I lived there a long time and had a hard time moving but the rent went up so much at one time that it was hard to stay. With prior owners the rent went up $100 on lease renewal which is hard to pay.

Me and my mom have lived here for a year or 2 and we are moving soon. The lady under us keeps her apartment dirty which causes us, her, and the people around us to have all types of bugs such as roaches, nats, and more. We tell the office staff and they come and spray which in my opinion makes more bugs come, they do nothing about the living of that lady and tell us to just keep spraying, I’m scared to have company over because of this. My sink in my bathroom is always leaking, the staff said they would fix it but never came back. It’s in real need of a clean up, there’s spider webs everywhere such as the steps, the door and doorknobs. The people in front of me have kids and they run around the walking way all the time late at night or early in the morning, most of the time their yelling and laughing and jumping, one time they (the kids) even knocked on my door at 8 am, i saw them through the peep hole and the parents was right there not doing anything. Also the people beside us need to be checked on, I told one of the staff to check on them because they haven’t came out their apartment in months and their kids usually make noise and their car is still here and there’s a awful smell coming from their apartment. Now I will say it is good space the walk to the trash is a work out, the pool and basketball court is a good size, no problems with parking, mail and packages are good.

I moved in 08/25/17 and I absolutely love living here. My neighbors are very friendly. Kia and Lisa in the leasing office are very helpful and get things done. Maintenance comes very quickly to take care of anything that needs to be fixed. I recommend Hampton Corners to anyone. You will not be disappointed. This community is very quiet

Upstairs neighbors are still blasting their music! Stomping on the floor! Thats all we hear all day and all night is loud music, cussing,arguing. Car alarm! It just never stops! The office people are extremely sweet. But the people that move in here have no respect for other people! Honestly Im so excited to be moving soon! And to top it all off the upstairs neighbors park in front of the walkway because they are to lazy to park in a normal parking spot and walk! Notices should also be sent out about parking! The complex is a nice place just the people who move in have issues!

I have been living here for 18 months. I absolutely love every minute here. Everyone is super nice and that includes the neighbors and staff. I feel that Clemmons Station is a very safe neighborhood and is a very reasonable priced apartment complex.

Upstairs neighbors are obnoxiously loud. Playing loud music and stomping around at all hours of the day and night. Told the office staff and tgey do nothing. Trash is always piled up by the dumpster. Place is run down. Nothibg ever gets fixed. Place is a jokeStay as far away as possible. I cannot wait to move.

The buildings are in dire need of repair. The landscaping is lacking. The management seems to be only concerned with money. I would not recommend this place to anybody

This place has been a mess. Maintenance never resolve issues properly, dumpster trash is always over flowing. Constant management turnover, not a good look on the community in fixing problems. Seems like no one can get anything done. I do not suggest anyone living here.

Worse place ever! I have been here for 2 years. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the apartment complex regarding how loud my neighbors music is. The bass is so loud it vibrates my whole apartment all day. My child is scared to even be home. The apartment has refused to do anything regarding this situation..

My husband and I have been living in Clemmon Station for a most a little over six months which is half of our lease. Since we moved in here we have had a lot of issues. One of those issues being the upstairs neighbors. I would call and complain, and kind of plane on the upstairs neighbors because they were ridiculous. 12 o’clock in the morning they are outside talking in front of our door. 2 o’clock in the morning they’re all upstairs walking and jumping around like it’s a zoo. One o’clock in the morning they are out on the balcony drinking beers and being as loud as can be, playing music on the phones . My landlords do nothing about this. They always say “ we will call them . “ but they don’t end it doesn’t get any better. I am so stressed out about this I woke up this morning at 5 o’clock in the morning because of the upstairs neighbors banging staff, and jumping around. I was in tears when I woke up this morning and I called my husband and told him I cannot do this anymore. About a week ago the maintenance man that is very friendly with the upstairs neighbors came down to my door at 1 o’clock in the afternoon and told me that I needed to turn my music down. I completely Lost it because they had the audacity to knock on my door and tell me to turn my music down and all I’m trying to do was clean my apartment and enjoy my day. I go outside to smoke cigarettes, not once have I seen anybody go upstairs and knock on their door. This apartment complex rather let rude, disrespectful, loud, and ignorant people rule this apartment complex rather than letting the respectful ones who follow rules live peacefully. My husband and I are calling the Better Business Bureau and the state on this apartment complex because we are feeling neglected and missed treated and being told that we have to live miserably and nobody cares about how we feel. I would not recommend this apartment complex that anyone who wants to live peacefully and whoever wants to be respected. Because I’m telling you right now, there’s definitely some sort of virus going on here between myself and the upstairs neighbors. Just if you’re looking at Clemmons station to move into, look elsewhere.EDIT - The people who are in charge here don’t understand that it is very easy to say that people who are dealing with absurdly noisy neighbors are over reacting. And it’s easy to do that because they aren’t the one to have to live under them and they aren’t the ones who have to deal with it and they aren’t the ones who can’t sleep at night.

I saw a lady brake her cars windshield and she reported the landscapers that they broke it when they were blowing. she had a white KIA SUV and she lives on the second building of the entrance

Now run by a typical publicly traded property management company that only cares about profit and shareholders, not the people who call these apartments their home. Rent goes up with empty promises of change and improvements. Mold, mildew, flooded land, this is worse than your typical complex. Heaps of trash, burning cigarette butts, and litter left for weeks on the grounds (even by staff). Sinking hole in a prominent parking spot for months, they simply do not care. There are much better places for the same amount of money, keep looking....

I would give this place less of a star if I could. I have lived in the complex under both management but this company has turned this place into a hell hole, rent raises every year but continues to decline. Tenants destroy the pool and managements answer is we dont work weekends so we cant control it. What kind of answer is that. Landscaping is horrible, tear down the swings and not replace them. Its not in the budget what a joke, I will never recomend this place to anyone, I tried to call corporate but they dont care just move then is the answer lol. This is not how you treat people.

I have lived here with my family for almost 10 years now they have been horrible from year one. No one inforces the rules for a place that you pay so much for it should be kept up. The trash over flows everyday they said they would put cameras out to enforce it but instead they make the residents pay a 10 fee on our rent because they won’t do what they said they would do in the first place. Everytime I come over to the office no one is here they are always on break with the door locked like today. The maintenance guys do all they can but they can’t do. When it snowed last week we had to dig ourselves out of our parking lots they put down the day before it snowed but after that they didn’t even bother to do anything else. I am feed up with this place and very unhappy with it if you are looking for a nice place to live look somewhere else because these people who look after these apartments don’t care who they lease too. These people still stickers and tags off of people’s cars and let this place be vandalized by other

I have been living in Hampton Corners Apartments in Clemmons for about 2 years now. I have had countless issues since I moved in.-No landscaping, no pine needles or mulch or anything, which equals mud. Mud everywhere always. I paid for my own pine needles around my apartment patio and area because I did not want the mud tracked into my apartment. The landscapers have twice raked them up and not put them back the way I had them. I told the landscapers it should look exactly how it was before. They never fixed it. Office was told about it and nothing.-Laundry facilities & gym area are always in total despair and access to it could be public as there is no security to it. The kids around have destroyed the area. Now I hear the gym is getting new equipment and you have to have a key to get in now. I heard this on Facebook. Why were no letters sent to the residents about this? I should not have to find out on Facebook. That is childish. I deserve to be aware of happenings just like everyone else & feel that letters should have been sent out.- Pool area. Water and pool are always nasty. The bathrooms are disgusting with trash everywhere. No paper towels, no soap. The trash cans are always over filled.-Pet waste. No one picks up their pet waste. It is not enforced. I have reported it several times of certain people I see not picking theirs up.-The maintenance team is one down & that leaves one for the whole complex. That is crazy. There is too much work around the place for just one. It is not fair to him.-Dumpsters. Always over filled, trash everywhere, harsh smell, 1 dumpster for whole complex, & people dump furniture everywhere when they are not supposed to.-Litter all over grounds, beer bottles & cigarettes everywhere. Cigs on wooden stairs & in grass everywhere around my apartment.-Lots of Police activity & domestic issues. People are arrested & that is a violation of the lease. Nothing is ever done about it & it is reported to office. Lots of thugs are living here now.-I never received a copy of my lease-Maintenance issues: When I moved in the carpet was not replaced & both bathrooms had serious water damage issues and both bathroom floors are purple instead of the color they are supposed to be. They are now starting to peel up. The carpet is rippling up in all the rooms. There is half the padding missing in the middle bedroom. If I renew my lease I would hope that all of this was taken care of.-Shower: A hole has sunk in in my master bathroom behind the wall. I am afraid there is a leak. The paint is also rippling up and there is black coming through the wall. I told the office repeatedly that I believe there is a problem & that there is mold. They always told me no.-Office staff is short with you when you call with an issue & they are rude & quick to get off of the phoneI dont understand what is going on with this place.
