I called Dryer Tiger after figuring out I had an air flow issue when my thermal fuse in my dryer kept blowing after replacing a few of them after 20 minutes worth of the dryer running.Called and left a message, Ken got back with me within a couple hours and was able to squeeze me in next day after a cancellation. Showed up exactly on time and was very thorough in his repair steps and transparent about potential concerns. Did a great job getting my vents cleaned out and getting my air flow issues taken care of, very thorough in getting things cleaned up afterwards as well. Ken was an honest, straight shooter and gave some extra insight into making sure you understood what caused your problems and what you might run into.Highly recommend Ken, pricing was very fair and service was great. Will be calling on him again in a few years to make sure we better maintain things going forward.
