By appointment only (please dont walk in, interrupt my appointment time and leave with an attitude when youre told to come back later)I have been returning to Fancy Nails for over 3 years, LOVE THEM! Kevin and Peter are always so friendly and personable. They both take pride in their work. Id recommending make an appointment and blocking off time to enjoy this place.

My nails were extremely uneven. He nicked me in a few different spots on several fingers. The pedicure was not thorough at all and my toenail chipped as soon as I walked out. Won’t be going back...

Both Kevin And Peter are great at what they do.I was their first customer many years ago and I will always return there. They make sure I leave there happy. I recommend Fancy Nails to my friends and family often. Great job guys!

Went in happy and excited and came out angry and sad. I went in for eyelash extensions and as he was putting them on my got dry and I could stop blinking and he got mad and took off all the lashes he’d had put in already and told me I couldn’t do it! And just walked away awful service! Worst place ever

Worst service ever I asked the main nail guy a price I was polite and said thank you as I walked off he said don’t go back that there wasn’t any service for me. Just for asking a price smh wasn’t planing on going back anyway but he was rude . I should’ve looked at reviews before walking in . This guy is really RUDE WONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

I walked in for my first time and the man was extremely rude saying he was busy and come back Tuesday (this was on a Sunday) and there were two customers in the shop. I didnt mind waiting but since he told me to come back Tuesday I left. All I wanted were my eyebrows waxed. Customer service is horrible. I will never go back there again.

So I was unlucky enough to get my nails done here as one of the two people was not attending to anyone. I wanted one color, which should be simple enough, but I had to correct the man because he filed the color down so much that my nail was showing. Correcting him seemed to agitate him to the point of filing the skin raw enough to bleed on one of my fingers. After asking if I upset him, he denied (even though he clearly took it out on my fingers). I then asked him to fix another nail which he only dipped halfway leaving a ridge. This whole ordeal cost me $45 and 2 hours. Next time I will drive the 45 minutes to Fort Worth to get the job done correctly in an hour for only $35 dollars. I highly recommend going someplace else. I will also be reporting him to the state licensing board.

Awful experience. I never plan to visit again. Not only was the man very short tempered, but he did not do my nails how I wanted them! My friend and I were getting our nails done for graduation and were hoping it would go nicely but it went quite the opposite. Anyway, let me get to how it went. I tried making small talk with the man who was doing my nails when he just got angry, looked at me with this evil look and said, just let me do this! I hardly talked after that. He would often ask if its good and when I told him once that it was too thick, he called me picky!!! Note: I only do my nails maybe once a year so of course Im going to be picky! While he was filling my nails, I felt a sharp pain on one of my fingers so I flinched because it hurt. I have held still prior to this. The mans reaction was to drop my hand and everything he held and look at me again with this evil look as if saying really? Like yes! It hurt! I even apologized! When he was doing my friends nails, the two men argued and the man was more aggressive with her nails, practically taking it out on her. After the nails were made, he decided that he was going to pick the designs for me and my friends nails. He said that his idea would be prettier. These were our nails and we picked the colors we wanted. To say that the customer doesnt know what they want is ridiculous. I am outraged with the way my friend and I was treated here when we tried our best to be respectful customers!!!!! I dont like to bash on businesses but this was very wrong and I dont wish this on anyone else.

Out of town visiting. Treated my niece and self to pedicures. The woman who greated us was pleasant enough. Her assistant not so much. Shop was less to be desired. Seat was broken. Foot water cool side. Should had walked out but we stayed. My niece had the woman who greeted us. She was good. I got the assistant. She nicked the cuticle on my right big toe which bled. I had smudges that no one repaired. The nicked toe is infected to where its pussing. I am in pain. Looks like a trip to a urgent care? Took pictures. Board of health should make a visit. Also they charge more than New York. Where I am from. Find a different place but dont go here. Doesnt desrve a star.

Walked in already had a nasty look by kevin asked one simple question if they do lash extentions gave me another rude look told me in a Angry tone (No Not right Now!) Again i Asked politely when would he have time He took a deep breath and said half hour i wouldnt recommend this place at all!!!

This place is TERRIBLE!! got my nails done by Kevin Wednesday and today is Saturday and two nails have already broke off! he was super rude and really rough I let him know that he was hurting me and he told me to let him do his job and that he knows what hes doing. I will never be going back to this place.

I went to get my nails done and the Guy hurted my fingers super bad. He would pull on my arm roughly And twisted my hand. Burned my fingers. Used unsanitized stuff on me. Dropped stuff on the floor and used it back on me. Discusting!! Never going back there ever again!!

They give amazing foot rubs/ pedicures

This is an awful place. First they banned me and I had to learn it from the girl that was in there running her mouth to them about me. All I said which I was agreeing with her is the main nail guy not the foot guy is rough and nasty. My fingers would always bleed anywhere else I would go in burleson doesnt make me bleed nor let some crazy women come in and try to get me banned. I mean I had already said I would never go back anyways but its just the point.The fact that several hundred people have been banned from this nail salon tells me its the problem with the men running it no one wants to pay to get hurt or be treated poorly. The main nail guy is the one that said hes always having to banned people.I wish the health department would go in there they really need a surprise visit... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAND FROM BLEEDING WITH THE SAME TOOLS SOMEONE ELSE DID.

Walked in to get mine and my daughters nails done. She’s 6 and gets her nails done all the time. And the guy acted so lazy saying he wouldn’t do her nails because she was too young.Really he was just too lazy to work
