By far the best experience I’ve had with any company. They were incredibly timely and very polite. They called to set up a time the day before the birthday party because they were worried they wouldn’t be able to get the inflatable rental to us on time. They didn’t charge us for the extra time we had it and it was a very professional experience. We will definitely be renting from them for all future parties!

I dont think Ive ever had a fast set up and pick up ever! Customer service couldve been a tad better with answering questions but they send you an email explaining it all after the booking with a reminder the week of. The delivery guys made me give 5 stars they were great!

We used Inflatable party magic for our Fall Fest Fundraiser at our school and everything went very smoothly! They arrived on time for drop off and pickup and made sure everything was up and running before they left! We will definitely use them again!

Water slide was amazing and clean and new, the setup and tear down was great. My only complaint is, I rented the generator as well to run the slide and it ran put of gas after about 30 minutes of the slide being setup. I had to search for a gas can and have someone get gas while the kids waited. I just wish I would have known a head of time, so I could have been prepared. Overall great rental and company.

We rented the carousel for our 4 year olds birthday party and it was perfect for her and her friends. The guys that showed up to set it up were polite and put it exactly where we asked. They showed up a couple hours earlier than expected so our kids got some time in it alone. The bounce house was VERY clean and seemed to be well maintained. We will be doing business with this company again for sure and would highly recommend friends and family to them.

Truly Awesome! We rented the trackless train really last minute, however the customer service we received was remarkable! On the day of our event, the delivery and set up was so quick! The driver of our train was so kind and patient with the children and teachers in our program, despite the heat of the Texas August Sun. This was my very first time using this company and I can not wait to use this company again for our programs in the future!

The initial call was delightfully shocking because the company offered us a four day rental for the price of one day. They are very busy right now, the summer is typically busy, and due to their full schedule they offered us this fabulous rate. I was VERY pleased by this but also felt it wasnt fair to the company. THEN, the young man who delivered the bounce house was absolutely the kindest and most patient young man Ive experienced in customer service. He did not have to answer the hundreds of questions my 3 y/o posed nor did he have to let my boys (11 and 3) help set things up, but he did-- and did so with grace and fun. I will absolutely use Inflatable Party Magic for my future bounce house needs and will share their name with others also needing bounce houses. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking at other places, Inflatable Party Magic restored my hope in customer service and reminded me there are good people out there. Lets support these good people and help their business achieve success!!

The service was very friendly. The owner himself came to set up the giant inflatable movie screen, AV equipment included, and did a sound and video check. It was a great set up for our daughters 15th birthday party. We will definitely call on them again if we ever have a need.

Great overall experience from reservation, set-up, and tear-down. Set-up crew called prior to arriving, set the slide up, and ensured everything was operational before departing. Would definitely choose to rent from them again.

Our experience with this company was exceptional. Their website is easy to use and find what youre looking for. When I called they were able to get me taken care of quickly. The day of the crew were on time and set the bounce up quickly. They were very professional and pick-up was a breeze. My only complaint was that the bounce house was dirty and had cake left over from the previous party. Not worthy of taking away a star. Even then, I still recommend this company and look forward to using them again.

We rented a movie screen for a movie in the park night. It was wonderful. They showed up right on time. All the equipment worked perfectly and the community had an amazing movie night in the park. We love inflatable party magic!

Super impressed with their customer service. The inflatable that we rented for my sons birthday was extremely dirty from all of the rain. They sent out an additional crew to clean it after initially setting it up, and then they let us keep the bouncer an additional day at no cost because of the inconvenience. Good customer service like that in todays world is few and far between.

This is the second time I’ve used Inflatable Party Magic. Each time they have made the party amazing. The bounce houses have always been clean as well as tables, chairs, and tents used. They are timely and reliable. They set up and take down everything (yes, even the folding chairs, tables, and tents!) making your day that much less stressful come crunch time. 10/10 recommend this company for your party needs! The bounce house was awesome!!! The tea pot was a perfect size and glittery, which our girls loved! Only issue was with the timing. I asked for it to be delivered early, at 9, which is earlier than the normal delivery time. It didn’t come til 10:30, as our guests were arriving. The guys put it up quickly and it all worked out! Would definitely use them again!

Maybe not the first place you think of for wedding paraphernalia, but they came through big time with a very nice (white) tent along with tables and chairs to help us in case it rained (it did). We have done a family party every year for the past 10 years. We started it when we lived in Corsicana and we had a great party rental company.Two years ago we moved to Whitney. We tried a company out of Waco our first year here. They were late delivering, so we had several impatient kids. The slide came apart and a couple of kids got hurt (minor injuries).This year we used Inflatable Party Magic. We rented a large slide, 20 tables, plus the chairs, a snow cone machine and a couple of yard games, all for the same price we paid for the large slide last year. The delivery was on time even early. The delivery folks knew their stuff and set the slide up perfectly. We had a blast. I will never use another company, and I recommend them to anyone who asks even people on Facebook that I dont know. Best Rental Company in the area.

I originally order a bounce house for a party the weekend that the huge snow storm hit so clearly we had to reschedule. They offered me a refund for the weather but I decided to just reschedule. We did all of this communication through text, SO easy! I rescheduled through text as well and the event went off smoothly. They arrived at 11 and it was set up within minutes and then they picked it up around 8 and it was gone within minutes. We will be using them again and again and again.
