Quality work, attention to details, nice people and lots of patience. Unfortunately it is really hot so they are short on employees. My poor truck is so neglected and they gave it so much attention.

I seen bad reviews for lone star. So, I wanted to see if it was true. First time going there. They communicated they were short staffed trying to hire ppl. And let me know the time frame beforehand. Top notch! Guy working on my truck was the best! Looks brand new again.Definitely, would go back again.

I was there getting the oil changed and my car washed. The man in front of me wasnt happy that his car wasnt dried off properly after his wash. When he told the employee his problem all that he received was a few choice cuss words. I have gone here at least once a month since we bought our car but will not return. If that young man had talked to me that way the police would have been called after I was done. Absolutely zero respect or customer appreciation. Be warned if you choose to go here this is how you may be treated.

I visited this business to get an oil change which includes a car wash. I waited over two hours for my vehicle to be finished. A ridiculous time amount. Many other customers came and went while I was there. Very frustrating that my vehicle was pushed back over and over again even though I was there first. Wouldnt recommend this business unless you have half a day to spend there. Bring a book or something to occupy your time. Not the first time this has happened to me here. Last time was just a wash. Again, I had to wait over two hours.

I took my car in yesterday and paid for top service and paid extra for dog hair removed. And they didn’t even vacuum the carpet behind my back seats because the back windshield. Still covered with dog hair. Dust still all in vents and on screen and above steering wheel. Inside of windows dirty with film still. Only thing truly clean was the outside of my car. They left dirt in floorboard and the cleaning on inside was awful. Streaks and some of the stuff had shine on it and some didn’t. I would never ever come back here

Called cause my mobile detailing canceled last minute told the lady I could be there in 30 minutes. She informed me they are slow so may be closed before I arrive. Asked owner he said no they would be closed. I offered to pay double they still said no.

Sorry this is long, but it is mainly for the owners/management. I went on a Saturday 10/31/20, Halloween. I took my car in around 1:50pm. I bought the number 3 for $22.95, it came when a freshener too. I thought that was affordable to not have to do it myself. I went to LoneStar off of a friends referral because her friend is the owner. I do not know if she has used the business, I just knew I needed my car cleaned really bad and hadn’t had time. I had my toddler son with me and figured I could manage him for roughly 30 minutes. My car didn’t go through the car wash right away because there were others before me but once it did, it sat in the sun drying til it was not wet at all. After I had went to the restroom, I didn’t see anyone working on my car, which nobody had yet, so I asked if it was done. The guy went to ask and told me it hadn’t been started. While I was there waiting outside for my car to get done, I witnessed the most disorganized car wash team. I think the owner wouldn’t have been happy to see this taking place. The workers wiping down the cars were arguing, shaking their heads at each other, looked upset about the volume of traffic and kept asking one another if they knew which car was first. There was one person on each car which took a long time due to one person working slower than another or the other pulling off to do something. One girl with the jail costume on kept walking away from the car she was supposed to be working on to talk with other workers. When the man came out to examine her work and leave she had to redo the tires. She did not put any shine on them and they both were upset. He had been there over 2 hours. A lady next to me had said she was going on 2 hours and that is when I went to find some type of supervisor. I went to the cashier and ask to someone about a concern. And she got a man out of the back behind her. He stepped out and I explained to him what I’ve been seeing. I let him know it didn’t look efficient, nothing was operating smoothly and the customer are upset. The workers aren’t getting along. He said he understood and would go see what was going on. He went outside and had a talk with a man with long hair and tan cap and 2 others of the group. And went back inside. I ended up being there for over an hour. But, I know I can go to the Granbury CarWash and it will only take 30 minutes or less and I can get a great wash and detail. I will say the girl that did the inside of my car vacuuming and wiping did. a nice job. But the time was way to long and the bickering and complaining makes me not want to come back. They were definitely not about customer service and were not friendly and inviting.

A vagrant came in with no shirt and did not have a car. He was asking for money for drinks. Smelled horrible and was using foul language. When 3 customers approached the cashier she refused to ask him to leave. Update... the cashier called for help and they asked him to leave.

My review is a 3 star because of the attempts (plural) to up-sale from a oil change to other services, which is typical of quick oil change businesses. While happy with Bobbys, the attendant, personality, I would have been elated to have gone for oil change without the additional hassle.

You would think for $38.95 my car would be clean. Could have done a better job myself. Called and spoke to a manager and he said bring it back which is all fine however I took it there Because I don’t have a lot of time... told him that was ok I probably wouldn’t be back and he was like that’s fine too ! I noticed the right side of the car hood was not closed all the way and small bump on the hood. Once I opened the hood, I noticed they slammed the hood support rod down instead of laying it back down. I took the rod to the owner and he straightened it out. Then, I noticed the car felt a bit rough when driving. The manager checked the oil and they had over filled it. Plus, they spilled oil all over the engine. Lastly, it states its $34.95 with a wash. I paid $47. Not a good place to go.

They let my vehicle air dry outside then took dirty towels to clean my windows I couldnt see to drive after a 20 dollar car wash horrible place never again

Best truck wash Ive been too. I have a f450 with a flat bed so I wasnt expecting much, but they went above and beyond. Even the floor boards looked new. And as an oilfield man it means a lot that they cleaned it so well it looked new

I put four stars by mistake I was looking for more stars and my fingers accidentally touched that #. I did I took my daughters car and they washed that and it looked brand new when they was through.Its a 2012 Fusion. Every person there was so nice polite courteous even the one that inspected my daughters car. Its my second time ever going. The first time that place even impressed my mother. And people that have Mama Like Mine know that is not easy! LOL I will continue go back just for the car wash until I need another inspection of course thats where Im going. They vacuumed my car they wipe the dash clean the seats. And that whole car wash after they were through, they dried it by hand and it is beautiful. That whole wash costs $12.95. To me I would have paid a lot more if I had more money. I have a Ford Escape that after this rain, I will take it there. I can wash it no problem but vacuuming it I cannot do it. So guess where Im going? Honest my car will look brand-new and smells so good cuz I trust them. I will recommend this place to anyone and have no problems about doing it.

Best car wash in the world. Always leave my car spotless. Staff is friendly if I could complain about something it would be on how long they take to wash your vehicle. Once I spent like a hour or 2 just waiting.

OK. This is really an awesome little carwash. Regardless of which package you choose, you will be pleased with the level of detail they put into their work, and it doesnt matter what youre driving (my wife drives a Mini and I have a Ford Super Duty). However, do NOT be in a hurry. At all. Even if youre the only customer, they will take their time giving you a beautifully clean vehicle.

This review is only reflected on the manger.. I have been here numerous times and have always had my truck looking very good. My son started uber and I feel like your vehicle needs to be clean and smell good. So I told him to go, they would do an amazing job. He got the works and also the rain x. When he returned I was very very surprised on the sloppy job. I know those workers get extremely hot I told him to make sure he tipped well. I called to tell the manager and being his first time there he could have said well being it back in and I will make sure it gets done right. But all he said was oh im sorry and trying to see who done it.. It doesnt matter who it was anyone could have a bad day. But he was the manager and should have made it right. I guess I Will be going to burleson car wash from now on.

It is the only place i take my truck to be washed and serviced.the employess go out of there way to be sure you are a happy customer. I drive about 20 minutes twice a month to have my truck cleaned. And you walk away happy customer.

Shows up to get my car cleaned, there is a car beside me getting vacuumed and one behind them. Both cars one the next lane are done and goes for a wash and mine is still sitting in line not done. I went out to the person doing my car and she said that she has to stopped to file tickets and write tickets for the other cars when there are other attendants sitting around doing nothing. Not very professional

Paid for the works. Outside looked ok. Vacuum must not be included especially for back floor or who ever was paid to do the job did not know how to operate the vacuum. Carpet was covered with dog hair but I have not had a dog in vehicle for over a month?

So, my wife just got fired bc its worse than a high school up there. Drama every day over who gets tips etc. James, the manager has some kind of connection with a employee there that no matter how rude or disrespectful she is to EVERYONE, she can do no wrong in his eyes. Buddy, I hope shes worth it bc you have lost a very good worker.

Arrived 10 minutes before they closed I did not know that they closed at 5 p.m. but they cleaned my car took their time and it was excellent just like it was their first car of the day.

I use to work here and its gone down hill. I had to vac it again after I left. The cup holders were not even wiped out either.

It was my first time today. They left my car looking nice. But I had no idea who did what so I could tip them. I would of tipped the wrong person.

Ask for no Armor All so they didnt even touch the dash. Streaks down both doors and carpet still dirty. Smh

I have been several times and they the job they do gets worse every time. You pay 37 dollars for basically nothing. There are is still dirt in cup holders and apparently it’s an up charge to vaccume the back floor board. I’m never going back. They will soon be out of business if they keep doing terrible jobs.

This place is awful they do not car about the customers car I went there yesterday in my Camaro and paid for a full detail came back to get it and it didnt even look like they did the rims at all they missed so many spots I spent another 15 min pointing out places they missed and finally said forget it and went home and did it myself im never going to spend my money there again and never will I refer another person there
