The electricians that came to my house were prompt and courteous. They had my service and panel changed out in no time, charged me exactly what they said they would. Also, the ladies in the office are real nice and polite and kept me informed of the job and progress. Thanks again!!!

The two men who came to my house were very professional and courteous. They did the job in timely manner and explained what was going to be done before they started. Jose explained everything that was done after the work was finished. He was great and his assistant was too.Josh who came and did the estimate was very thorough. He explained all that was going to be done in a understanding way. He listened to all of my concerns and answer all my questions. The estimate was very reasonable and got it within a day.Great home town experience.Wonderful job Dugger Electric. We will call you again.

Thay came at the right moment and started the job right then! In favor of their work we gave them water and treats being it was such a hot day and they worked so hard to get the job done quickly. All went as planned and the worked was completed ahead of my schedule. I will reccomend them to others!!

This review is for those 2 employees drivers who cut me off this morning while I was driving my big rig around 11:35am on 67 Hwy close to I- 35. One of them cut me off just to stop on front of me to let his partner driver to go in front of him. This is what they do to be on time for they customers or just some bad behavior drivers. To whoever read this be cautious for those drivers.

I have used Dugger Electric many times over the past seven years and I have always been impressed. Everyone I have dealt with there is professional, very knowledgeable, quick and courteous. They clean up after themselves - in fact they always say that they like to leave the site better than when they got there. Their pricing is always affordable. On more than one occasion they have offered a better solution to problems was was cheaper. I never feel like I am being cheated or sold a bill of goods. I can not say enough good things about this organization.

Quite a bit of exterior electrical work to be done. Two men showed up at 8:00, worked thru a short lunch and were completed on time, on budget and we received more than expected! Great attitude and work ethic shown by the men. Ive just called them to come back and do some more work for us!

A man named Jeremy from Dugger Electric came to my house to give me a bid on Tuesday March 10th. On Monday March 16th I sent him an email asking if my bid was complete so I could move on with other projects. I have not received a reply. Yesterday I called their office, no one answered but I left a voice mail. I have yet to get a bid from Jeremy, an answer to my email or a return phone call. I have worked in jobs where I was required to give bids for work and I was never allowed a week or more to give a bid and I have always returned emails and phone calls. I dont know what I did to offend these people, but I feel like I have been written off and disregarded. You cant tell by looking at me how much money I have in the bank, but I could have paid for anything they threw at me. If you choose to get a bid from Dugger Electric, make sure you have another company standing by.
