I rented a property from rental houses LLC from 3/2019 to 3/2020 me and my family were in a safe, clean neighborhood. House was well kept. Our rental MG was always attentive and returned communication in a timely manner.All the issues the came up where also attended and taken care of ASAP. I would certainly rent a home from this rental MGM company again in the future.

Rental Houses LLC was our first and only rental home in Florida. We relocated here 2 years ago from NJ. Our experience with Rental Homes LLC was so positive after year 1 that we renewed our lease with them for a second year. Our second year was also a wonderful experience renting from them. As a rental management company they were very attentive and responsive to any issue we had and resolved every issue promptly and satisfactory usually within 24 hours. We loved the home we rented as it was in a beautiful neighborhood, was well maintained, and a great value in comparison to the rental properties available. The staff were all professional, curteous, and showed great customer focus, a especially Jonathan L. our rental manager. Our only reason for moving is that we purchased our first Florida home. If needed, we would definitely rent again from Rental Houses LLC and Jonathan. Darcy the property manager is a scammer never rent from them even they lawyer and judges are crooked they send court documents to wrong address to avoid court and give you no chance to fight and can’t keep up with there lies

From my first visit to see the rental property to the signing of the lease, everyone has been amazing to work with. They are all very professional and genuine about caring how the property looks and is kept up. I would rent from this group again and recommend them to others no problem.

I had a good experience with this company. Johnathan was able to help me get into the house quickly when I had a short timeline to find a place and move in. They were also very responsive to any repair requests that I had and the one time the A/C stopped working there was a repairman there the next day. I would work with them again should i ever find myself moving back to that area.

Hello my name is Duke Ellington Hubbard upon reading the review for rental house I was a little skeptical on renting a house from them, however I just went thru some personal experiences of my own and was falsely accused of something I didn’t do,. however the truth came out everything was fine because of that I learned to give people a chance how they treat me rather then relaying on someone else experience . with that said I was open to give them an opportunity myself and I’m happy to report from the beginning of this process til the end of of the process they were profesional, kind, informative and help me thru the process that made it very easy to rent the home that I’m now living in . I will highly recommend them to my family and friends . they were great and we are very thankful .

I rented from this company for several years. I never had an issue and they were responsive to my needs. House was lovely and staff was friendly. I would rent from them again.

. I moved into my rental home back in September. I first encountered trouble when I was only given 1 key to the property and the property actually had 3 different locks on it. I contacted the office within the 72 hours to notify them of this and then by coincidence my father locked us out. There was a $250 charge placed on my account for having the locks rekeyed which the rental office requested that this be done. I had to literally argue with the agent at the time to remove the charge. This all happened in the first few days of living there. At the end of April I contacted the office and gave a 60 days’ notice as my lease required. I called Kevin and let him know that I would be staying in the home until someone moved in so that I would not be responsible for additional rent. I explained to him that I am a single mother of two and simple can’t afford to pay rent at two places. Then, I was contacted by Kevin by phone on May 24th and he advised me that he had new tenants ready to move in by June 15th and he asked me how soon could I move out. I let him know that I was able to move by June 9th and he stated that I was to pay all of June’s rent and that I would be refunded my prorated rent from the 9th. I have called the office a few times and talked with a John trying to reach Kevin after my move and never did he mention to me until 6/26/19 that Kevin was no longer with the company. John first advised me that everything was ok and that I should receive a refund within 30 days of my move out date. He called me back on 6/26/19 and then told me that no one would be moving into the property until July 1st! I became very upset because I would not have moved and wasted all of this rent money like this and spent the extra money moving out so fast due to the request of Kevin. I made this very clear to Kevin that I did not want to move until someone was moving into my rental home and now I am finding out no one is living there. John only offered to talk to the investors on my behalf and stated that there was no one above him that I could talk to. I could not believe this was true. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL EVENTUALLY TRY AND SCAM YOU!

For the love of God, do not rent from this company. After four years we moved out. They kept almost half of our two months deposit. They indicated on an itemized receipt what they needed to fix. Their wasnt anything new in the house in the first place. We eveN made minor repairs ourselves. The things this company does should be illegal.

Horrible business practices. I left a home I rented from them for 4 years in good, clean condition. Yet I was refunded less than half my security deposit. For paint (walls were white); general maintenance (um, wouldnt that be typical owner expense when turning over a property?); repairs (say what?) and cleaning (again, what company doesnt do a move out cleaning before re-renting?). In addition, when the house flooded from an undiagnosed plumbing problem, I lived with soggy carpet and squishy laminate floors for ONE WEEK while they sat around apparently wondering what could have caused it. They did not replace one inch of carpet or laminate. Couple all that with a staff with a seemingly 8th grade education and youve got a company to run from. Google JB Management and youll spot the fake 5-star reviews (as you do on this page by the same reviewers).

Do not even attempt to rent from them!! They just take your money and do not help you at all they come up with excuses as to why the will not rent to you!! Worst people ever!! Scammers
