Ben is a pro. He helped us sell our home in Lakeview in just two days. It was an older home and there were few like it on the market, so finding the right price--so that it would sell quickly and fairly--was tricky. It also wasnt a neighborhood in which he had sold many homes, but with his professionalism and years of experience, he was also able to guide us effectively.
