I rented a house in Largo, FL for 3 years from Jeff Thompson at Arbors Management. What a great person to work with. Very fast and helpful if the house had any problems!! He gave me his private cell phone number to be able to reach him at all time. He helped me get into the house I wanted. I loved the house. I left and moved to Maui but Jeff was fast to get my deposit back to me. Now I am moving back to Clearwater/Largo area and you can bet I will be using Jeff Thompson again. 5 Stars for Arbors Management.

Bob Anderson and Arbors Management were a great company to deal with. They leased and managed our condo for nearly 15 years. They recently sold our condo and it was a very smooth transaction. I rent from Arbors. My first opinion was really bad, because my agent didnt work that fast as I wanted. They are saying that manage tonnes of property maybe thats why its hard sometimes to reach someone. Also we had some issues with cleaning when we just moved in, but they resolved it. What I can say - we rent in Eastwood Shores and place is absolutely nice, peaceful, has garage wich is rare. So finally I can recommend this company if you are not in rush and can work with some issues patiently.

Absolutely worst management company ever. Good luck ever getting a returned phone call ever. Rented from them for 2 years and they are no help with any problems you encounter while renting from them and good luck on ever trying to get a deposit back after you do a walk thru and they say everything looks great. Stay away from these people awful experience.

Found a home with Bob Anderson listed as the agent. Myself and my own agent contacted him multiple times to view a home without a response. The property manager of the townhome complex allowed us to see the home with our agent. Continued to contact Bob in an effort to apply. I was only able to get in touch with him after I called the secretary, who told me he was sitting at his desk. He then told me that there was already applications on the home, which means he did not update his MLS listing that app was pending. Very unprofessional. Will not be working with Arbors Management in the future.
