This was the second time I needed service on my Grindmaster. The first time, the machine just needed an adjustment. I brought the machine to them and they took care of it in about 15 minutes! This time, I determined I needed a dump valve. I was unable to get the part in any of the restaurant supply stores. I called Certified Service, told them what I needed and Chris told me she would call me back to let me know if she could find one. In ten minutes she said she could get one for me. Within a week I had the part, my husband installed it, and I am drinking my French Vanilla Cappuccino! Thank you guys, you are the BEST!!!

Not sure why only one other person has reviewed these guys on Google. I have used them for 15+ years through multiple restaurants and will never let anyone else touch my restaurant equipment. Theyre a family run business and have never done me wrong. Top notch technicians who tell you exactly whats wrong and give suggestions on how to prevent future problems.
