What a wonderful limo company! We rented a limo for my daughters 11th birthday and they exceeded our expectations. We rented the basic model limo and was upgraded to the Range Rover. Devin, the driver was unbelievable accommodating. He even helped us win stuff in the arcade for the kids. I’d give 10/10 if I could!

I just have to rave about Jefferson and how he handle 15 Church woman celebrating a 75th Birthday for an extra-special lady who ordered the limo. A true gentleman with extreme patience as I had a plethora of party items and two cakes that needed to be safe. He treated every woman with care for their safety especially as the rain poured down. From start to end, Jefferson made sure no one was disappointed with the service he provided.

I booked this limo for my wedding day, which of course is the best, most exciting day of my life. And to say I wasn’t pleased is an understatement. First, I made this reservation months beforehand. Two days before the wedding I had never heard from them about final payment so I called. They told me they tried to run my card (and since my bank card had changed since the first deposit it didn’t run), but how do you run my card and not tell me? And if it didn’t work why didn’t you call me? Their response was we would just get cash from me day of. I don’t carry cash, so how dare you expect me to just walk around with that kind of money without confirming with me first. Second, there was no “just married” written on the window as I requested when I ordered and mentioned again when I checked on the reservation a month in advanced. Third, the driver, Jefferson, was not very exciting or energetic which diminished our experience. In addition, the condition of the limo itself was subpar. The compartments that held the ice were dirty, the aux cord was broken and taped together which is pathetic. And he didn’t clean the limo between rides or refresh the ice. All of this to say, I would never use them again.

We reserved a limo with Imperial One for our 25th wedding anniversary, our driver Jefferson was awesome. He filled the car with balloons, roses, confetti and drew Happy Anniversary on the windows, people were filming the limo on the highway :). He really spent a lot of time making the limo look extra special for our evening. Jefferson was on time, great communication and very friendly. We would highly recommend their services for your next event.

The driver was professional and courteous. The condition of the limo was horrific!!!! The seats were all torn and the windows leaked!!! My guests got rained on because of this. Do not recommend.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt I had to. I rented a limo as a surprise for my mom’s birthday and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I made the reservation with Troy and he was extremely pleasant on the phone. Our driver Mario was AMAZING! He was very attentive, helpful, and professional. I called around to several other companies and this is definitely the best value in town. They even provided complimentary soft drinks and balloons. I would highly recommend this company!

Jefferson our driver for the evening was amazing. On time, knowledgeable, very funny and helpful! The limo was decked out with balloons confetti and refreshments to celebrate our end of the summer event. Smooth drive all the way to Clearwater then back to South Tampa. We had an amazing time. We used imperial one for a 9 yr old birthday party. Everything went great for us. Jefferson, our driver, was on time and great to deal with it. The hummer limo was stocked with soda and water and decorated for the kids. Overall, we all had a great time.

Horrible Customer Service - A/C didnt work upon arrival and the entire event. We actually had to cut our night short. When we called the company they did not or would not answer the phone and the messages left for the owner were NEVER returned during our event. Our driver told us how this was a continuing issue with this rental. Seems like as long as you have paid, they dont bother to do anything about your complaint. The vehicle was also in bad shape, scratches, dents, dirty trays, missing ac vents, missing window buttons to roll down the window, tore up/burnt seats, peeling paint, missing hub caps, and more... It was HOT!! and couldnt roll down the window which was the main problem and my initial complaint. It wasn’t until they refused to reimburse me any portion of the $575 we paid that I felt the need to write this review. Jeff claimed he knew about the missing hub caps, so why send out a vehicle in that condition? This is bad business, There are certain standards that should be followed when you rent a limousine. The one star is for them dragging the broken down vehicle to our event. Instead of being rude and unaccommodating, a better solution would have been to say, we apologize, we know our vehicle is in bad shape, let me lower the price and give you a partial refund.

Last night we rented a limo for my daughters drive through high school graduation. Imperial One limo made this experience one we will not forget! Jefferson arrived on time with the limo filled with balloons and roses and carnations in my daughters high school colors. The cooler was filled with waters and sodas and even the drink napkins were matching. The car was clean and comfortable and despite being older it was perfect for us. Jefferson took tons of pictures for us and shared them. He even hung out with my 8 year old son while the rest of the family finished dessert. It was my kids first limo experience and one they will not soon forget. Thank you Jefferson and Imperial One!

I had the pleasure of booking the limousine for this Labor Day weekend wedding with Troy a week in advance. This process was so easy and affordable so i was super grateful. Devin, the driver, was awesome. I got a courtesy all an hour ahead of time which gave us a nice time stamp of where all of us Bridesmaids were in getting ready. When we got down there, we found Devin and our very nice and UPGRADED limo! Devin was very helpful and went above and beyond for the Bride and the Bridesmaids on this special and hectic day. This limo service company is entirely unprofessional and out of line in so many ways. First, let me say the drivers were extremely professional and kind. This review has nothing to do with the actual driver. However, the limo service company, Imperial One Limousine, is a whole other story. One every customer has the right to give their honest review of their service experience to allow others not to make the same mistake as they have done. This is why there are platforms that allow you to input and share your experiences with others who may need specific services. In this particular case, it is the service of a limousine for a special occasion.My aunt rented out two limousines, from this company, Imperial One Limousine, for her sunset beach wedding this weekend, to experience a world-class chauffeured transportation service, as stated on their website. World-class is the last thing we experience. Like stated in my aunts review below the limousine smelled like a wet basement, was not fully stocked at all unless you would like to claim fully stock as a half-empty water bottle and on top of it, the limousine had roaches. So, of course, with all of these complaints, you could expect a bad review. What you would not expect is for a so-called professional customer service oriented company to come onto a review platform and blatantly name the client and try to rebuttal and discredit the client in a derogatory manner — trying to embarrass the groom and groom party. Telling an unnecessary private experience about the groom and then calling the grooms family fat not the size of the limo but the size of the passengers( Imperial One Limo) is less than professional in any customer service book I know. On top of that to bring my great grandmother, god blessing is 100 years old into your nonsense is flabbergasting.One yes she was sitting in the limo. However, she was not sitting in the limousine alone; she was sitting because it was about to downpour, and she did not want to be in the rain. Two, my great grandmother uses a walker to keep her balance, and it would have been challenging for her to push her walker down to the beach in the sand. So her two nephews sat her in her walker and decided to carry her down the beach. Your fantastic limo driver asked if they could help and her two nephews and your two drivers carried my great grandmother down to the beach so she could see her granddaughter walk down the aisle and get married. So I am not sure why you believed it to be necessary to throw my great grandmother into your unprofessional nonsense.Once again the wedding was on a beach so the sand would have been expected, mainly because it was stated in the contract that the drop off wedding location was a beach.Regards of how you felt about the refund or review, the problem lies that you believe it was an excellent professional choice for your world-class chauffeured transportation service to come onto google review and blatantly call your client out by name and then provide embarrassing information about their family is completely mindblowing. The only thing your company has accomplished in your reply would be precisely what the review discussed in the first place, how Imperial One Limousine is an unprofessional chauffeured transportation service that is lacking the main ingredients to a successful, prominent company customer service.Once again, I cannot express how deeply displease my families experience with Imperial One Limousine company was. Troy was the driver of the limousine for my wedding on July 11th 2020 let me tell you how amazing and great this man was. A friend of mine was supposed to cater my wedding but she never wounde up showing up so a friend of mine and my husbands had asked Troy if he could stop at the publix so we could get some hoagie trays for the reception. Troy said yes he could and that was very nice of him to do that . I believe if we need a limousine again we will be calling Imperial back. I tipped our driver Troy and thanked him for being so kind. The team at Imperial took great care of my family on Christmas eve. We took a light tour through Pinellas County. This is the 3rd year we’ve done this. Its a new holiday tradition. We loved Largo Central park, Straub Park and especially that Christmas house in St. Pete. Please tell Greg we miss him and he is in our prayers.

Awesome service

I rented a limo on September 15th and it was an experience. I wanted this to be a special day for my sons 11th birthday but I wasnt sure how to pull it off. Jefferson suggested we do an envelope birthday. This was a huge hit with my son. My husband and I went to 5 places earlier in the day and left an envelope with an employee at each. The envelope had a gift card clue for the next stop and each one was a surprise leading to the next. Imperial and Jefferson in particular were more like party planners than just a limo service. I appreciated all the helpful ideas. Another point I cant forget to mention is the suggestion about Armanis. Jefferson had our chauffeur drop my husband and myself off at Armanis in Tampa to watch the sunset and have a cocktail while my son and his friends went on their adventure. A great evening for all of us. We will be back.

Dont do it!!! Pay a little extra and go somewhere else!! They canceled the Cadillac last minute on a Sunday!! Had no other options, so I had to go with a busted Town car Limo and then they expected me to wait almost 2 weeks to do my refund!! The owner was Very rude and has no concept of customer service.... Regardless of whether I called a day before or the day of to reserve a limo, I was VERY UPSET with this company!!! I received a call from this company the night before my daughters wedding informing me that the limo we reserved broke down on a group of people that night and I wasnt able to get a limo for my daughters wedding the next day. I was FURIOUS!!! They really did not try to accommodate me and just left it on me to handle. I think they should take better care of their limos so this problem wouldnt happen!! THANK GOD we were able to reserve another limo the same morning of her wedding with another company!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!! They will leave you hanging!!!!

I do not recommend this limo service. My sisters wedding required a hummer for the groom and groomsmen and a limousine for the bride to be and bridal party. The hummer for the groom and groomsmen which was only for 7 was to sit 12 people. The limo arrived and it was a tight fit, smelled like a wet basement, and had a cockroach as an additional passenger. Let me not forget to mention that the only we refreshment in the limousine was a 1/2 drank open bottle of water. When we contacted the company the next day, my sister was met with hostility and excuses. Instead of being concerned about customer service, Imperial One Limousine is more concerned about offering excuses and putting blame on the customer then taking responsibility for as lack of service. I fully expect to read a negative, defensive and personal attack response to this review from the Company, as this seems to be their normal way of doing business...not addressing the issue or offering customer service. So, Imperial One Limousine, I am not going to debate this review with you....in fact, this review is not for you, but for people looking for a Limousine company.

Our school hired Imperial for one of our Fundraiser prizes. The driver Ron was great. The students loved getting to ride in a limo. Troy the owner was very understanding and flexible with us as were a nonprofit. I really appreciate it!

I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0 OR NEGATIVE STAR RATING IF I COULD!!!! So they call me minutes before my pick up time on Sunday (And at that I had pushed our pick up time by an hour) To tell me that my 20 passenger Escalade has only been test driven one hour before and they found smoke coming out from under the hood. And now I have to send my daughter in a 14 seater town car. They gave me absolute no time to contact anyone else. My family and I are convinced they probably rented out my limo to someone else at a higher rate. When they called us and told us this, I was furious so my husband dealt with them for the rest of the evening. My husband said the driver was professional and he tipped him at the end of the service. Waiting on the refund for the rate change. So not only did the other passengers have to drive themselves, the pictures that were supposed to be taken werent taken, And then we get attitude this morning and threats if we put a bad review... I honestly wasnt gonna write anything about it, but after the conversation that was had with my husband and a horrible way he treated him and us, I think everyone should know what theyre dealing with when they deal with Imperial. If you have a special day planned, its totally worth it to spend the extra money but know youre gonna get what youre paying for!!!

Every company I spoke to, either wouldn’t come to Springhill or wanted to charge 2 hours more to do it. The Cadillac was beautiful. Jeff was our driver and he was the greatest. He’s a big softie and she just loved him. Hopefully you guys got the Thank You card we sent.

I would like to thank Jefferson, who I found out was not only the office manager but also my Chauffer, for making our daughters 17th Birthday one to remember. Not only was he extremely professional on the phone, and very helpful, at the time of our booking. Jefferson also filled our limo with pink, purple, and white balloons as well as staggered pink and hot-pink napkins in each one of the cups. Ive never known anyone to go above and beyond to reach the level of customer service that he did. He also kept us informed throughout the nights events as to when and where our daughter and her friends were visiting. I will definitely recommend Imperial One Limos to my friends and co-workers for their future events and definitely ask for Jefferson for their Chauffer. This company charged me $300 for my event. They took a $100 deposit from me and told me my remainder could be paid by cash on the day of. Three days later, they charged my card $280 that wasnt even owed on accident. I understand accidents happen but they didnt even bother to call me and let me know it happened. I had to find out by my bank alerting me that my balance was so low. I immediately called and was told that my card was used for someone elses balance. It took them FIVE days to refund me the $280. Because I was upset, they chose to take it upon themselves to cancel my reservation rather than give me a discount. They didnt ask my opinion just emailed me saying it was cancelled. Breaching the contract that I had from them. They also havent returned my $100 deposit and its been a week tomorrow. I have asked multiple times and they ignore my emails and phone calls. I was even told that they said sorry but thats all theyre going to do and Ill get my money eventually. I will be filing a small claims suit and reporting to the BBB. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

These guys did a great job for my kids prom. They handled everything with professionalism and made sure they arrived safe.I especially liked how they assured us that they do not allow kids to get crazy in their limos which showed they cared about your children and their business.Will plan using then in the future for my wife!

I feel I must leave a review after seeing some bad reviews calling he owner rude and uncaring. I myself called this company a few months ago, because I was looking for a limo service. The owner himself returned my call, and explained to me that he doesnt service Tampa. So, I didnt hire from this company, but I can tell you that the owner and I had a lengthy conversation and he was very kind, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. He helped me find a company that can provide service for me, and I couldnt be happier. The owner and I even spent time talking about things other than his limo service. So, although Im not calling anyone a liar, I do find it hard to believe that the owner who was so helpful and kind to me even though he didnt make a single penny from me could be the monster a couple of people make him out to be. He didnt have to help me find a company, and he didnt have to take time to chat even though he was very busy. So, if the owner reads this, and remembers my call, I want to say thank you. Even though your company couldnt provide my car service, I am very happy with the relationship with the company you mentioned. You were very kind and honest, and I tell anyone in your service area looking for a SUV limo about your company. I certainly hate to hear a couple of people are unhappy, but reading those reviews seem to leave out important information on the part of the posters. The man I spoke to just doesnt add up to the monster the 2 or 3 nevative reviews make him out to be. So once again, I will continue to tell everyone about imperial one and the kindness of the owner. Rented Limo for my brothers wedding this past Saturday in Tampa. Limo driver called me 30 mins prior to pick up to indicate that one of the limos had broke down and we would have to do multiple trips. Not thrilled but ok. Then limo shows up and it’s a disgrace. The limo had dents all over. It. Was an old car 2010. It was falling apart and the inside smelled moldy. The AC did not work well and the driver looked sickly. I gave it a one star only cuz I had to give it something. Trust me don’t hire them.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! (The one star is for the driver).) I am TOTALLY beside myself with this experience. I reserved a limo to take my family to their FIRST concert and when they showed up, the limo was not only OLD and run down, the air conditioning was NOT working. Mind you, its AUGUST in FLORIDA, we all had sweat dripping down our foreheads and neck. I had to ask the driver to stop in my neighborhood and turn around so we could just drive ourselves. The driver pulled over and called the Company and even told them it wasnt working, but they didnt care, they just said it was working fine. We were 30 minutes late the concert and had to take two cars, pay $60 in parking ($30 each) on top of the $400 for the limo and $40 tip I gave to the driver. Im out $500 because these jerks wont give me a refund. I called the day after to ask for a refund, he was raising his voice, being defensive telling me the AC worked fine and hung up on me. Now I know why this Company has such poor reviews and they all sound familiar to one another. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The owner has now replied to my google review saying I wore a sweater! Luckily I have time stamped pictures on my social media showing that I did NOT wear a sweater! If I was concerned about the money, I dont think I hire a limo AND give your driver $40 cash for a service I didnt receive. You are a CROOK, A LIAR AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! REVIEWS DONT LIE, YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

The perfect scam. I am shocked people like this exist.Limo was old, rusted, A/C cut in and out, limo driver was impaired and 30 mins late to pick us up, limo broke down on the way home...a complete nightmare.Guy who answered phone, quite the salesman at the initial call, offers us a free limo ride when I complain lolI dispute it through my bank. They had me sign something as I entered the limo (should have read the whole thing) saying not responsible for breakdowns and then lied to my bank with a story that I was drunk and belligerent and asked for more time which they refused me. The limo broke down and we took an Uber home!How could I ask for more time.THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS AND VERY GOOD ONES. BUYER BEWARE. This scam has to stop somehow and I have no other recourse but to warn others.

This company provided a limo for our special needs children to the prom. I could not belive how wonderful they were. The driver was amazing and the limo was stocked with water ice and sodas. I highly recomend them. The limo was very clean well cared for and very well priced. Thank you again

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I did my research and there prices were the best around. Before the event, they answered all my questions. The driver even gave me his personal cell # the week before so we could organize the night right down to the very last detail. The limo was sharp and the driver Mario was a real pro! I don’t know when I will need a limo again, but when I do I know where to go. I recommend you do the same!

I use Imperial one limo for my wedding and I I dont regret it. I used another company for my daughter s graduation and this experience was way better.

DISHONEST LIMO SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They erroneously charged the groom of the wedding for services he did not request and lied about the refund. They did not provide the limo he requested and was promised, instead had them picked up by an old beat down vehicle. They lied, manipulated, and took advantage of the bride and groom on their wedding day!

Please don’t trust Jefferson Mark or David They’re all the same person answering different phone numbers this limousine company is not to be trusted at all they will lie and cheat you out of your own money Please pay a little more and you’ll get what you deserve do not give them any credit cards or debit cards over the phone Please don’t trust him

Imperial provided my Family and I with a Great Experience. My standards are pretty high and they were able to meet them. I would highly recommend Imperial to Limousine shoppers in the area.

If you are looking for the best experience for a special event no matter the occasion this is definitely not the place for you to get service from. Since everything from customer service to the old limo if you can even call that a limo. It is understanding when you have a last minute event but when the booking gets done 3 Months prior to the event date. And you end up getting a different limo, on top of that they trying to charge more and when you call dont get an answer, so we had to call from a different # to get an answer. Then we are told we are lucky they even sent something (like are you serious) and then Hang up. What kind of customer service is that. Very very unprofessional, I will not recommend anyone to get service from this location. Thanks for not doing you part to help make this even wonderful. AFTER ADDING THIS REVIEW WE ARE NOW BEING HARASSED.

Many other limo services in the area! DO NOT USE!I booked a reservation for my daughters sweet 16. Five minutes before pick up time I was called by the limo driver and he explained he would be 25 to 30 minutes late. I called the limo driver and he explained that a wedding had gone over their time which caused the issue. I then called the office and spoke to a man who did his best to accommodate the unfortunate error. Rather than being picked up by the limo as planned we had to find our own transportation to our reservation. This limo requires 3 hour booking time, which was not an issue. However, due to the error I was told I would receive a two hour credit and only be charged for one hour.Almost a week later, after not receiving the refund I called the office to inquire. I was told it could take up to a week. Not a problem. Over a week goes by and Im still not issued the refund so I called the office again to inquire about when I could expect the credit on my account. This is the second time I spoke to a man named Mark. He explained to me that it was a slow time of year for them and they needed to wait for funds to be in the account for them to issue the refund. I was confused by this since I had already paid the full amount and was trying to ask Mark to explain it further when he told me he was becoming irritated with me repeatedly asking questions. He told me not to call again and hung up on me. I tried to call back two more times only for him to pick up the phone and hang up again. I decided to send the company and email on their Facebook page which Im sure will go straight to Mark himself. Afterwords I called back and asked kindly if there was somebody else in the office I could speak with. Mark started to yell at me and told me to not call again or he would block my number and hung up again!UPDATED.....I received a response on my Facebook comment on their page. “Have patience much? Most of what you wrote isnt true. The photo below shows when you called about a credit. (The photo they posted included my cell phone number, and time I called ) And we were very patient with you today on the first call but by the fourth call asking the same question it did get a bit old. We clearly explained that the person you need to speak with is out of town until Thursday and asked you to wait for his call or call back at that time. Also dont forget to mention that you waited until almost 5:30pm to call today when no one is available that can help you. Its pointless to address each of your lies but the most significant point that needs to be mentioned is that the limo would have been 5 to 10 minutes late and you blew a gasket when we advised you of that. Even though we clearly explained that you would still be almost an hour early for the Drag Show that simply wasnt good enough for you.”I still have the voicemail left by the limo driver stating he would be about 30 minutes late. And yes, I did call four times. First, my initial call he hung up on me. Not once during our call did I raise my voice. I was simply asking questions. I attempted to call two more times but Mark would pick up and hang up without speaking. Then the fourth when I kindly asked to speak with another person and he then stated he would block my number and hung up on me again.I find it very upsetting to be treated this way!

Please be sure to ask for Sandy as she has no home training and states it’s common for roaches to be on Florida because hey it’s Florida and “it’s common to see roaches” in FL, especially in limo’s that your paying for!!!”

Choose another company! The one star is because they showed up. A friend hired this company for his son’s birthday. The vehicle looked nice but it was dirty on the inside. The party saw two roaches within the first five minutes and when the owner was called he was very unprofessional and threatened to put the whole party including the kids on the Causeway! Save yourself the trouble, use another company.

I would like to share a few words about the experience my wife and I had for our Valentines evening out.The owner was very courteous, and kind. Even though there were some mechanical issues with the Escalade, our driver Greg, arrived on time with a different limo, a Navigator. He communicated with us about everything that happened. Arrived with the limo fully stocked with beverages on ice, a bottle of wine. Even had artificial rose petals on the floor with valentines balloons. Like I said, exceptional service!Now, I would like to mention the appearance of the vehicle. Poor... body damage, a broken off rear wiper. Tint film was scratched and in rough shape.Interior, missing vents exposing the tube that provides air. Rear bench seat had severe damage to the vinyl. Missing the housing that covers the wires providing lights. The inside of the windows were disgusting. Dirty film smeared covering all windows. Eventually I wiped off one of the windows that we were looking out of the most with cocktail napkins that revealed the windows were covered in black dirt.The ride was worrisome. Limo was shaking at certain speeds on the highway and had trouble excelerating with out shaking the seats.All Im saying is this company needs to seriously improve their fleet. I stopped by your office to inspect the limo prior to leaving a deposit. Had I inspected all of your fleet, I would have known the condition of the navigator your driver was bringing, and would have declined the service. Your drivers deserve a quality vehicle to reflect the service they provide.Thank you, James Mantsch

I could copy and paste these other 1 star reviews for what happened. An Unauthorized charge took 20 days for them to refund. Each day saying they didn’t have the money to give back. Yet, I was treated like some kind of scoundrel. Obstinate. It was painful to communicate. I actually pray for them. People like this were not raised right.

Another great evening with Imperial One! After booking last year and having a wonderful experience, we just used them again this past weekend. From the booking process with Devon to our awesome driver, Bob, we had a fabulous time! As weve come to expect, Bob was right on time (early, actually). I had forgotten my written list of pickups, so he was cool with me texting the addresses to him. Bobs great. Very laid back and pleasant. He just went with the flow... super chill guy.Back to the booking process... I had another great experience with Devon. Last year, I had booked with him so early in the year (June maybe??? for last years Christmas party)... By the time that night arrived, that specific vehicle was no longer in their fleet. So, we received another (slightly smaller) limo instead. Not a huge deal. We all still fit. Lol! When I mentioned it to Devon after the weekend, he explained that our reserved limo was not available and that the slightly smaller limo had been available. Sure thing! No problem. Surprisingly, as a gesture, Devon offered us a credit towards our next rental (which was now one year later, this past weekend). He went above and beyond in customer service. I would have never asked for a credit. This was such a grand gesture. And on top of that, he ALSO offered us an hourly discount on this years rate! We were most appreciative... and still are! :-) He completed went above and beyond in customer service!They did their job TWICE... were on time, safe, limo was in great shape (if it was old, we certainly didnt notice it), and Bob The Driver (lol!) was professional, yet very personable... just awesome.Hey guys: stay tuned! I have been meaning to come back to write a review of this company since I had such a bad experience when I booked them for my wedding a few months back just to inform everyone of what kind of professionalism they lack. I booked them because they were the most affordable company I found and they were available for the date which was about 2 weeks from the date I booked since I had decided on going with a limo last minute. What I failed to do was check reviews elsewhere bedsides their website. When I called I booked for February 25th, made my payment in full and provided my email address where the (what I can only assume was the) owner said hed send my receipt and relevant information. I checked my bank account after to make sure payment was taken so that I was all set but saw there was no email yet. With all the planning I was doing for the wedding I completely forgot about the email until the Thursday before my wedding and saw I still had nothing. I went to look up their number on google to give them a call to make sure everything was still in order when I noticed the reviews and read through and saw some bad experiences noted such as the company writing down the wrong date. When I called the guy said he had just left the office and would call me back the next morning when he was back in. The next morning (day before the wedding) he never reached me so I called him. He reviewed the info with me and said I had booked for Sunday the 26th! I couldnt believe it! I assured him I had said SATURDAY the 25th and he said he himself had written it down and it was all in the email to which I informed him I never received an email and what email he had taken down, well he had taken down the wrong email by being off by one letter even when I SPELLED IT OUT for him. I was horrified as my wedding was THE NEXT DAY and I had planned my schedule for the day counting on having a limo for my bridesmaids and I as my venue was an hour from home. He checked to see if there were any limos available but he didnt and offered a refund which I of course took but was left with the task of trying to find a limo for 10 people for 4 hours the day before it was needed to be booked so I called company after company crying between every call. I guess this experience could had been worse as I read one review where a refund was never made. It was a HORRIBLE experience I will never forget, this guy never apologized and made it seem like I was the one who made the mistake as if I didnt know my own wedding date, what a joke. Id steer away from dealing with this place!

Had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We hired two limos for my wedding day and after being dropped off at the church one of the limos broke down! We had a strict timeline. They had no suggestion of how to fix the issue. The limo was broke down all night. I rode in my uncles car to the wedding venue in my wedding dress. The manager was not in and would not be until Tuesday. To top it off the limo driver left with our bag in the back of the car!! Would NOT reccomend! The cars that did show up were old and the drivers were not friendly. They had one bottle of champagne in the one limo and only a few cans of coke in the other. They brought me paperwork the day of instead of asking me to mail a contract. I was signing papers on the day of my wedding while I was trying to get dressed. Totally unimpressed with this company and their services!
