Fairly well taking care of. Theres air conditioning and t.v. open late. I do wash there all the time.

$1.50 deposit to get a card to use anything. You cannot spend this amount. It is only to get a card. Owner informed that once you put $20 on the card you get the deposit back. I just needed a dryer so Im out the deposit, since i wont be coming back.

Fairly crummy place. Have to use a their card and it charges you $1.50 to get one. Washers are very pricey $6.95 for a medium. (What I would consider an average home size washer) Isnt cleaned regularly. Washer we used (and the four next to it) had laundry detergent built up in the dispenser had to scrape it out and it still didnt send enough water through to dissolve one tide pod. Dry is .89 cents for 16 minutes which isnt bad but not enough to make up for half clean laundry.

This place is wonderful Clean! Its clean and well-stocked, with ice-cold air conditioning. There are snack and drink machines, and a clean restroom.The laundry machines, vending machines, and restroom access are all operated by the same card. It costs $1.50 to purchase the plastic card,, but reloading is free and you can use it every time you visit. (For instance, I put in a $20 bill and got $18.50 put on my new card.) You can purchase or reload the card with cash (no coins) or debit/credit card.Currently, the hours are 6:00 am to 2:30 am, with the last wash at 1:00 am.

Very clean well kept laundry, took a few minutes to figure out you must use a credit card or get a money card from the money changer to operate the equipment. Cleaned the clothes great and dried fast. Seemed to be a lot of foot traffic and activity in the parking lot.

Homeless and crackheads hang out here. It would be a nice facility, but I know they cannot control this. its sad that I have to be spoken to the way I do just to get my laundry done here I will be seeing alternatives

Laundry facility itself is pretty good, most units in good working condition. Generally busiest on weekends.location itself is kind-of sketchy.

Clean laundromat. Updated machines. Only bad thing is that you have to pay by card. So leave your quarters at home or for skyway bridge. Bathroom uses card to get in as well.Watched a couple go in the bathroom together and probably do drugs times 12:15pm 7-3-2020

I want you to say I have never been into a commercial laundromat that is so so immaculate. This laundromat is so new to me any other one I have been to when I lived in Seminole, was always quarters. So my grandson had to show me how to use these washers. 😂And yes I will be back to this one for sure! Have a great day all. 😃

Lots of homeless people just hanging around inside and outside. Owner will tell at the homeless over the intercom which just makes it awkward for everyone else inside. Because of the homeless its hit or miss if its clean or not. Otherwise machines are cheap and work fine. Just dont like the homeless.

Very clean laundromat, I bring my quilts and blankets in since my washer is to small for them. The machines are always very clean Making me feel comfortable.

Upsides.Very clean for the most part.Machines have always worked just fine for me.Price is higher but Ill pay it to be in a clean cool environment.Bathroom that isnt allowed to be trashed. People complain about it being locked but at least they keep it clean and functioning by not having it open to all.Downsides.....getting stuck using the machine after commercial cleaning companies clean their towels and mops. Had to redo 3 loads because my clothes smelt like cleaning chemicals. A big annoyance is the homeless that use it as a place to cool off and drink. Looking at one passed out on the table I planned to use for doing work while I waited. The drool puddle is quite gross. Then there is the constant begging from individuals roaming the parking lot. Doesnt make for a safe feeling place.To update this review the lovely company who washes all their mops and cleaning rags, loved how he wore latex gloves to load everything in the machines, is 4M Building Solutions.

I will never go there again...they make you waste your money on a laundry card. Plus the other customers are bottom of the barrel will rob you type.

Another 24hr laundromat that isnt. Having been inside the place, it is the nicest laundromat Ive been in in the Tampa Bay area. A bit pricier than most but the machines are new and dryers get hot. If it wasnt so expensive Id come here often.

Fresh Start Laundry isn’t a bad place for a laundromat. I have been in many far worse, but just a few in comparison better. The cleaning staff happened to be there and both were very helpful and courteous. The costs were very comparable to other laundry facilities.

Enjoyed the environment. Great set up everything is explained, just have to read. I feel the prices are reasonable. The bathroom was just a little tricky to get out of. I would recommend going here. I went around 8am it was only 1 other person there around 10am-11am more people started rolling in but they weren’t loud or rude or anything

First and last time! Horrible experience. Machines are overpriced and clothes did not wash well. And, it ISNT a coin laundromat. You have to get a card and fill it with your debit/credit card. No attendants on the premises, and one of the machines we used started pouring out water onto the floor. It was a disaster. No phone number posted for emergency contact. Some of the clientele was sketchy. Not a good neighborhood, overall. Needless to say, as soon as the machines stopped, we packed our wet clothes and left. Do not recommend!

This is a good place to get your laundry done when your washer machine breaks down. They have several washing machines in three load capacities the largest being the big boy washer which can wash up to 8 loads, very helpful if you choose to wash pillows and quilts. Their machines operate on a combo of brass dollar coins and quarters which you can get from a change machine on premises, the coin machine only takes 5, 10, and 20 dollar bills.

They have an extremely clean place. The prices are great! They even have money they put aside to help people do laundry that cant afford it. They are some of the nicest, most sympathizing, good christian people that Ive ever had the honor of meeting.Look around this world, you dont see this everyday, or any day for that matter.We are homeless right now, and hadnt had clean clothes for at least 6 months, and they were there, putting tokens in the machines and giving us the soap and dryer sheets for all who entered.They cant afford to do this everyday, so you might want to FOLLOW them on here and they put the dates and times that they help others less fortunate. GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!

They charge $1.50 for a card that their machines use for payment. They machines will not take any form of money just that card. Also, it’s expensive compared to others. The one down the street is 2.50 a for a regular wash this one is $4.00

Nice and clean. Different sizes washing machines. Change machine will give you a few $1 tokens with quarters. If you dont plan to come here often bring your own quarters.

Wish I could give it zero stars but here it it. The washers are over priced and the dryers do not dry. After three rounds in the dryer still going home with wet clothes!!!!! Spent 3 hours trying to do laundry. They also make you buy and card to use the machines and have you add dollars but every machine is odd cents $.89 dryer. HOT AS HELL the whole time I was there I sweated my butt off. My hair was wet from sweat when I finally threw in the towel. $40, five loads and laundry still went home with wet stuff. Pass by this place. It was very clean but I would assume it was because people know what kind of place this was and passed it by. You have been warned

I have been using this site for over two months now. I also have 3 of my friends now using this location. It is always clean and the machines WORK!!! Only thing is I wish the access to bathrooms was easier. I still cant get a code to get in. Maybe soon.

We stopped in on our vacation to wash a load and holy crap! The service was amazing, friendly and wonderful. Prices were awesome, and clean clean clean! Amazing!

Restroom was already only accessible with a pay card. Per this note it seems that the bathroom has been fixed, but customers are grounded from bathroom privileges until someone helps identify the vandal. Owner seems to have forgotten that his customers are not his employees or his children. The vandalism is unfortunate, but punishing your customers is a very odd business tactic.Response to Owner:If you have not yet fixed the bathroom / door then that is understandable. Your note on the door however stated that customers were being denied access until they help you identify vandal, not pending repair.

Reasonably priced, safe and easy to use system once you get started. The workers are helpful and informative.

When I first moved to the area, I had to find a laundromat to wash my comforter because it wont fit in my stackable washer/dryer. I chose this place because it is close to where I live. It was great in the beginning, but for the last few months I have had issues with one machine or another pretty much every time I have come, just had $2.25 taken in a washer today. Its a real hassle to lose money nearly every time, and the refund process is also inconvenient. The first time I had money taken, I called the number posted, and it rang and rang but was never answered. I will probably look for somewhere else to go.

My family and I love coming to this Laundrymat in particular for several reasons first its convenient to our home. But for the most part its clean and we feel safe no matter the time we decide to do the laundry with all the camers. I love the restroom locked and a code for it is individual to the customer....it helps to ensure cleanliness and the no loitering. And the plaza is patrolled. Unless I move I will continue to use this place. 10 on my list :D

I came here because the reviews were excellent, but I got here and it was nearly impossible to connect to the wifi, I put a $20 bill into the change machine and it gave me tokens. No where on the change machine did it indicate that I would get tokens instead of quarters. The bathroom requires a code, and I was unable to get one. We tried to get a hold of someone, but no one answered the phone. Limited seating. One TV. Would not recommend to anyone

Not a coin laundry, they make you buy a card prices are somewhat expensive, spent 7.00 in between card and 5 dollars minimum to add to card to dry two loads of laundry.

Its a decent place to go and take care of your laundry needs. It would be great if it was kept a lot cleaner.

I went in there about 11:30 with my husband there was another couple they had no problem with my service dogand I was asked to leave over the microphone I told them that you would come out and look at her paperwork he refused to come out even for you to look at our paperwork 😡

Been going here for a year or so now. Raises prices constantly. They have a system now, where you must use these laundry cards. The card I originally got 4 months ago or so, was free. And you added money to it. You had to use cash or debit card. No coins to add to the balance. If you use your debit card its a 5$ minimum. I lost my laundry card and went in today, and spent the only laundry money I have on one of these stupid cards. $5 for that stupid thing all of the sudden. Instead of 8 minutes drying time for a quarter, its 4 minutes now. The owner is rude. He has a cute golden retriever though, hes not very nice to his dog as well.Terrible.

Overall, clean and quiet place.Although, the refund process is painful. Insert 5 tokens into the machine #5 and neither it worked, nor it gave refund. None of the employees were presented at the time I was there. So, basically wasted 5$ into not working machineAlso, the changing machine gives you back mostly tokens and not quarters.

This is the WORST laundromat I have ever been to. I got $20 worth of change and only $4 worth was in quarters. The rest was in $1 TOKENS. The detergent dispenser doesnt even take the tokens and one of the washers only gave me a 25 cent credit for a dollar token. And you have to call a service number to get a code for the bathroom. Then the attendant said she couldnt give me cash back for the tokens. I live out of state and was in Clearwater for vacation and I will NEVER be able to use these tokens. Id recommend trying elsewhere.

The laundromat itself is surprisingly clean for the location. My poor rating is because the owner used the loud speaker to ask an employee to remove me because I had been there a while, not moving around and probably wasnt doing laundry. I was in fact, on the final 15 minutes of drying 4 loads of towels. I had been reading. Most people dont move around a whole lot when theyre engrossed in a novel and know how much time they have left on the dryer. Being a shy person, I was mortified at being singled out and accused of wrong doing, I collected my still damp laundry and left.e they left. The employee was very polite and apologetic. novel.

I come here all the time and its a great place. Use to come for the back row special but I work over nights now. The only thing I have problems with are the people who come to get quarters who are not doing laundry and the rift raft that comes in to charge their phones and watch tv. Also today there was an employee cleaning while her significant other was charging his phone. Was a bit unconfotable. The employee never said anything to guy who was just charging his phone.

I really enjoy the midnight-4 special! Double loaders for $1, free wi-fi while I wait and its super quick to get my clothes clean after working a second shift!

I have been going to this place for years with no problems. I was in earlier in the week. I put $5.00 in a washing machine before I noticed it was not working. Another customer and I both noticed that some of the machines was calling for more quarters than needed. I called the number that was advertised and nobody answered. A man came in that claim to work there sometimes and his explanation made no sense. I filled out a piece of paper with a comment about what happen. I have not heard from the owner. I also have been back twice and the owner is still no where to be found. Also, the bathroom was filthy. Someone choose to urinate on the floor. If the owner does not call me back. It is doubtful I will ever go back to this business. That is too bad because it is close to my home and usually very clean.

Usually there are no employees there, if the machines eat your money it takes more effort than it should to get it back. If a machine is broken, youll probably find out after you put your money in it. The owner is kind of a jerk. There is camp of homeless people nearby who are often drunk and/or high and frequently loiter on/in the laundry. The bathroom requires a pin. It took the owner two weeks to give me mine. Kind of expensive. The place is usually dirt. Most of the time the tvs and WiFi dont work. To use the WiFi you have to long in with your Facebook creditonals. Most of the customers are ghetto /trailer trash with attitude problems. They often have kids who run around playing with the carts, screaming, laying on the floors, blocking the doors, touching/taking other peoples property, or leaving their toys on the floor so you can slip and fall when you are carrying your clothes (since you cant see directly in front of you). Also the owner has multiple stores but only uses the pictures of the nicest one to represent ALL his locations.In reply to the owner: Nice attempt at saving face, but this has happened more than once. Most recently 3 weeks ago when the 2 new cleaning guys started, before they started working nights.

I have been coming here now for over a year & 1/2. Ive been to laundromat closer to me for Im about 15 minutes away with traffic. But instead i come here. I dont feel a threat here, the prices are great. Its clean & ypu dont have to worry about going to the bathroom and ppl walking in. The owner is a very nice guy. Ive been to others that are dirty & half the equipment dont work. So i only come here. Pickiness i guess. I have recommended this place to many others & even told newbies they will come back. Its a great location, & its big. I saw a review about it smelling & water everywhere. Not once have I ever witnessed that & I come twice a week! I definitely give 5 stars. And will remain coming here. :)
