March 14, 2020 at 1:15 PM my wife and I went into timekeeper at Westfield Countryside Mall right next to Dunkin’ Donuts to get a battery changed out in her Victorinox watch ( $500 Watch)And when he changed the battery he scratched the back up badly and didn’t even tell us about it, that it happened.The man in the store said they had been there 40 years. We are so upset that this could happen and consider this to be bad business! We will never ever go back to the shop again! He really should have had to pay damages! We were very trusting because of the length of time he said that he had been in business in that location,BEWARE it could be your watch next time, See Pics

I wish I could give zero stars.To all my friends and contacts in #pinellas #clearwater #dunedin #tampa #fox13 #baynews9 #palmharbor do not go here.Not only did they break my moms watch we specially got her due to metal allergies, they denied it to the end and treated her horribly! If you know my mom and how sweet she is, they treated her so bad, she got so mad, and left with no words... no words!I can’t say they have bad customer service because they have none period! There was no compromise, no discussion, not even the attempt to resolve.Way to go @timekeeper at @countrysidemall you guys are the reason people post bad reviews because you don’t care about people. Get out of retail!

Never in my life have I been treated so bad by a retailer. Dropped a Watch for repair and when I went to pick it up the unidirectional bezel was broken. Told the counter gentleman attending me whom said he would have the watchmaker look at it and they would call me. Next day I get a call from the watchmaker insulting me and how would I dare call him a liar. That he was going to undo any repairs he had done and to come pick up the watch.

I have found them to be honest and reliable for all sorts of repairs
