Please stay away from this business. They have had my order since 2/25/21 and still have not delivered after promising several times that is was going to be shipped! Now they wont even answer the phone. Take your business to a reputable establishment which this is not!!

Placed my order on 4/4 and paid extra for seven day expedited service. Did not receive the order within the seven days. When I contacted them on the 12th, the order had not shipped yet. I emailed customer service on 15th and asked for a credit for the expedited service fee. They quickly responded that a refund would be issued and the announcements arrived the next day! They are beautiful! I would not pay extra for the labels and seals. You can get better ones at Office Max. But I was very pleased with the quality of the announcements and by the way they handled my request for a credit. I would recommend to a friend.

My review is the same as other customers. I bought a frame for my recent graduation from graduate school and I received it yesterday afternoon. The absolute worst case I have ever bought. No glass, wood is cheap, my school logo was cut from a cardboard box. Super disappointed. I even recommended them to other classmates. $170 wasted on garbage. I hope this family business owners are reading the reviews.

Constantly bombarded with emails and text messages even after unsubscribing. Friends received cheap products for extravagant prices. Save yourself and buy your diploma frame off amazon for half price and receive a superior product.

I bought the expensive frame for my daughters college diploma. The frame is plastic, not worth it, and it is really terrible. waste of money. the hole they cut for the diploma is too large, and hence, the frame and matte are useless. Terrible product. do not waste your money.

I ordered my daughters UCF Graduationannouncements through Signature and Kayla was the most helpful associate. She was so very pleasant and happy to assist me with planing my order. Signature Announcements is incredibly unprofessional and is a scam. I placed an order with them for a pack of 30 (25+5) announcements, but my receipt from them only said I would receive 10 announcements, even though they CHARGED me for the pack of 30. I called them to try to rectify the situation, but they said I would only get 10 announcements. I told them to look at the receipt and verify that it says I would receive 10 announcements, even when I ORDERED and was CHARGED FOR a pack of 30. They finally said that they would fix it, send me another receipt, and also send me a proof ASAP. However, they never did this. I called again the next day as well as sent an email. I waited a few days, finally got someone to answer my call, and was told that they would actually fix my order, send me a new receipt, and another proof by that afternoon. However, this never happened and i can’t say that I am surprised by this terrible service. incredibly disappointed with this quality of service and how unprofessional they are.

I received frames from Signature Announcements and I am so happy with the quality and the fast delivery service. I will definitely come back to this company for future items. I would highly recommend Signature Announcements in Clearwater Florida.Thank you.Anthony Acosta.

I originally posted a bad review due to the size of font and how one lady in customer serviced handled my complaint. On a Sunday afternoon I received a call from Karen Foster who was extremely helpful and understanding and resolved my problem within 5 minutes. They were going to ship out new announcements rushed. I did not expect to hear from them again, this was quite a surprise this day and age and it restored my trust in this company. Thank you for taking the time Karen

Wont stop texting or emailing, even after unsubscribing and responding with STOP! I am sick of being bombarded daily when I wish to not do business with them!!

Please allow me to give a HUGE thankyou to Signature Announcements! We had a horrible experience with the authorized company our sons university steered us toward; Herff Jones. Backordered everything, unapologetic staff, endless wait times on hold and zero help from the customer service reps. They claimed to be the only place to get university logod announcements. A pure unadulterated FALSEHOOD. I canceled my order with them requesting a refund and ordered with Signature the same day. The shipment arrived yesterday and is beautiful. I received a larger number of announcements and several extras with 7 day rush service for the same cost as Herff Jones had charged. I am still waiting for my refund from the only authorized company. Give these folks your business. You wont be sorry!
