I love this Gym, rather you are and athlete or just someone like me that wants to stay healthy and get fit this is where you should be. They provide really good service, and are friendly and actually show that they care about your well being. Quitting is not an option as they push you to mentally and physically reach your goals with out being over bearing. The trainer makes the workouts fun and fit your needs and capabilities. I had the pleasure of attending a birthday party that was also held at this location and it was a perfect fit for the sports themed birthday party and has a large space for the kids to play in the bounce house.

Excellent facility, fantastic trainers, and certainly a positive you can do it atmosphere! I felt so encouraged from all the support and extra push I received from my trainers as well as the group members I trained with! It was exactly what I needed to push through the intense work-out! Where do I begin?! The facility is very welcoming, the trainer is so encouraging, his family is involved which makes for a comfortable atmosphere... Im praying that they open up other locations because after experiencing this type of love and motivation, nowhere else compares! You can sense the love and familial support! My twin boys having been working out there for one week. USG has become a blessing in their lives. This is the best developmental training they have ever had. Every kid in there is on their way to college. It’s not for everyone. If you want to be the best, you have to train with the best!

Hands down THE BEST place you can train. Our son has been training there for several months now, and each day he is getting stronger and faster. Ultimate Stomping Ground has it all. The trainers are excellent and we couldnt be any happier!!!

My summer program attended USG and had an awesome time! The staff were energetic, attentive and great with the kids. The facility was clean and well equipped. I look forward to our next trip in the summer and attending some personal sessions of my own!

Absolutely the best training Ive had in years, they really care about results and they make every session worth while. As a fighter you need the best ti compete at a hight level and they give you the best, from meal plans to one on one sessions. Oh and tou cant be the price for all that they offer. Great job guys!

I normally do not write reviews but i had to for such a great gym. Came to USG with my wife as a visitor from Miami, the location was near where I was doing a 3 month training program for work. I had started at a different gym in the area, owned by a famous CrossFit competitor but quickly changed my mind to join here after seeing the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of the class programming. Bryant approach to me is what not only excellent but was inspiring.

Had an awesome workout at this gym. The staff is very friendly. You will walk out with great workout and a smile on your face.

I have three sons training their and I see the improvements not only in speed,power and agility but also in character this is hands down division one and professional training mind,body, and soul has to all be trained and thats what Im witnessing the trainers are doing with everyone five stars.

USG is family first of all.... But man! If you seriously looking for change in weight or whatever the case maybe USG is the spot.
