I have been at CKO Clearwater for over a year now and I can say without a doubt that I have found a home here! The community is amazing, the instruction is stellar, the facility is fantastic and as a student turned trainer, I cannot be more excited to share my experience and knowledge with all of our members. CKO Clearwater is not just a kickboxing studio, it has given me results that I never had before and the ability to really love what I see in the mirror. Thank you to everyone that has been on this journey with me and I can’t wait to see where we go from here!

I started working out at CKO when it opened last year. Its a great place to come work out its located in a strip mall on Ft Harrison free parking around back, the trainers are proficient in what they do two of them are active fighters. They have 24 adult weekly classes and 1 kids class on Saturday. Beth is a very active person and is always looking to motivate with different activities. Theres always different routines that the trainers have going. Beth, Marissa, Hubert, Hassan are great to workout with. Give them a try judge for yourself the first one is free.

If your looking for a Great Calorie Burning Workout, CKO Kickboxing Clearwater is the place to be. I highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed. I’ve been a member for 2 yrs now and lost 60 lbs and have muscle I thought I would never have. I have also turned around some bad health issues. CKO saved my life 💛🖤💪 it’s such a fun, high energy, friendly atmosphere 🥰

I went today for my first kickboxing class of my life. It wasnt easy but it was a really good workout. I plan to go back, maybe even tomorrow if my body agrees with that plan. I highly recommend this business...

Madeline R.NW PRT RCHY, FL023/19/2021I called the facility because it was highly recommended to me by my friends at Title Boxing. I lived in New Jersey grew up in Hoboken and was thrilled to find out that there was a CKO Boxing Club in Clearwater FL. I called during the week and was told I would need to fill out a form and that I would need a new pair of sneakers before starting a class, which is totally understandable. I was super excited knowing there franchise history. I arrived at 5:15p.m. as I was parking there where two ladies getting things out of a vehicle and bringing things inside. I immediately placed my mask on and proceeded to go towards the door. It was locked I peeked inside and the two ladies proceeded to enter an office room that was towards the far right hand side of the facility. I knocked on the door and no one acknowledged me, I proceeded to knock harder the door is made out of a rather thick heavy glass. The facility franchise owner proceeded to walk towards the door as she opened it she replied with what do you want WE ARE CLOSED. I was stunned. I proceeded to explain that I had called during the week and was told I could stop by and pick up a form, she gave me the most mortifying look and proceeded to tell me that they where closed and not to ever knock on her door that way again. I went on to say that I worked locally, she didnt seem to care. I will never refer your establishment to any of my friends or co-workers. Its sad to see that a locally owned business would treat customers with such disregard. ALL I WANTED WAS A FORM so that I can be prepared on Monday and perhaps purchase some wraps and a t-shirt . I have over 300 employees and I have never and would never treat anyone with such disrespect. I would never recommend your facility. A bit of advice to the faciality owner, GOLDEN RULE treat others the way you want to be treated? Sadly the owner is a very unprofessional women from New Jersey who only wants to hear her own opinions and has no sense of respect for consumers as I wanted to purchase 50 additional Groupons for our Health Care workers UNFORTUNELY her inability to accept responsibility speaks volumes!! Actually after reading your reply I feel sorry for you! Title Boxing did not give me up as a member they referred me to YOUR establishment gym because they have NO Title Boxing locations in Clearwater. PERHAPS if you where kind rather then yell, point it out in a kinder manner find a solution, rather then attack a prospect at the door, YOU would be more successful. Here is an idea get a door bell. Be mindful about the way you choose to approach any person who is at your door and how YOU speak to potential clients. You know yourself and your behavior I DO NOT have to defend myself, at some point your going to have to consider other franchisees your representing a BRAND. Pick and choose your battles wisely. It cost zero dollars to be kind. Accept feedback good or bad, as a business owner you should be more adaptable. MOVE ON as I did.

I have been training with Beth for a few months and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE training with her. I used to go to the gym 4 days a week before training with Beth and I fell off, I became less interested in going to the gym. I finally made it in to CKO to sign up for personal training and within two weeks of training I saw muscle definition that took me months to gain at the regular gym. Training at CKO is fun, her entire team is so pleasant and enjoyable to be around. I have learned so much and I really look forward to training with Beth and her team. I go twice a week for 1 hour long sessions. I will continue to train with Beth and recommend her to all of my family and friends.

First time class was awesome and lots of fun! Great Workout, High Energy Atmosphere, Good Music... This is the place to release your stress!! BOOM 🥊

Signed up for a groupon for me and my sister bc I love kickboxing was closed for the day and I wanted to get a workout in. Nothing on their Groupon or the email that followed said anything about having to have tennis shoes. At most kickboxing gyms you aren’t allowed to wear shoes. They sent me through the whole orientation and we got ready to work out then came and told us that we couldn’t work out if we didn’t have tennis shoes. I’d like a refund as I only paid for the Groupon to work out today. I’m from out of town and we don’t have a cko where we live. They need to add that information onto their Groupon or website so people don’t waste their time and money. She kept telling me it was on the Groupon advertisement but it wasn’t.

What a party! I had my first class this morning and it was so much fun. My wife has been going for about a month now and is just lit up every time she comes home, so I finally dragged my butt out of bed and joined in. A wonderful all-over workout that isnt just a bunch of muscle-bound peeps killing bags. No, this was a kind of boot camp/kickboxing fitness class that, even though it was a hard workout, the hour flew by cause I was having a great time. Beth, the instructor, was knowledgeable and high energy, but not all perky and fake. You know the type. Men and women, both older and younger than I expected to see all crushed it at their own pace. Do yourself a favor and hit up the website for their intro offers to give it a try and see if youll end up hooked like I am!
