Stephen Shrewsbury came to our office Schindel Orthodontics to update our fire extinguishers. He gave me information on the best place to store our extinguishers, he said it is not a good idea to have it near our main computer room due to the powder that the extinguisher has in it. He was very acknowledgeable about the codes. He also gave me tips on how to change out batteries in our emergency lights.

What a great experience using Piper Fire to handle problems we were having with our fire panels! Field Technician Peter Griffin arrived as scheduled and quickly identified and resolved issues involving our evac fire panel and communications. It was a refreshing experience after having dealt with other fire service companies in the area that didn’t honor their service appointments or notify the customer that they would not be coming anytime close to the scheduled appointment time. Piper Fire as represented by Mr. Griffin is professional, responsive, and effective. We will be using Piper for all of our future needs. I recommend Piper without qualification or reservation.

These guys are great, I called them on Thursday around 3ish asking them to come out the next day because I had an insurrection coming up. Chris Twenty was out to see me the next day at 8am, he went through and told me what I needed and got me setup. Will definitely continue to use them.

I am responsible for maintaining the fire suppression systems in the Computer rooms for a large county agency. We have both pre-action water systems and also gas suppression systems. Peter has been my go to man for the gas and alarm systems. Joe has been the man for the pre-action systems. Both of them have always been on time and prepared for the work to be done weather it was a simple inspection or a major repair. The office staff has also been helpful and courteous at all times.
