I had an amazing experience at Advantage Mental Health Center. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The NP i saw, Jennifer C, took her time to really get to know me and understand my history. She had such a positive attitude and really gave me hope for my future. I look forward to continuing my care here.
This place is great, Jennifer is a true angel, I can’t put into words what she did for my quality of life with her treatment plan and general kindness and expertise. Thank you so much advantage and that you even more Dr. Cannazarro, P.S, go flyers :p
I want you to know how much I appreciate your entire team. Thank you for always listening know matter how big or small my problems are. Your A+ recommendations & solutions truly show how much you care about your clients well being and the community in which we live. I always feel a sense of relief when I leave your office. Knowing I can call anytime and who ever picks up the phone the care starts immediately.Thank you!
As a Nurse Practitioner I am continually looking for educational opportunities, and recently had the chance to train with several of the providers at Advantage. I can say that this is one of the best offices I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The staff are all amazing. The Providers are caring and compassionate and they are dedicated to helping each client they see. The office staff are great, theyre always friendly and go out of their way to make sure each clients needs are met. I will definitely be sharing Advantage as a resource to my colleagues, as well as, referring my patients here.
I had the privilege of doing my clinical rotations here as a Mental Health Psychiatric Practitioner for nearly 6 months. I seen the transformation of countless people’s lives here. Both Jen and Lisa are some of the best practitioners in the area. In my experience as an RN, I have worked around thousands of practitioners and Doctors. Both Lisa and Jen are hands down some of they best you will ever come by. The support staff here is incredible as well. Everybody is truly passionate about their job and in the business of helping others. The culture and leadership in this place made finishing my rotation one the best and toughest days as I was sad to finish. When you come here your getting so much more than just a visit with a provider. If your willing, you can find transformation here. I have seen it countless times.
I have been a client/patient with Advantage Mental Health Center for about a year and a half. I have never been treated as just a patient but I am treated as a person as well and I am free to ask all the questions I want and I can call at anytime between appointments if I have a problem or additional questions. They communicate well with my Pharmacist. There are two minor drawbacks. First, accessing their office complex (which is on US 19) is difficult due to the amount of traffic. Second, they do not take Medicare. However, Medicare has a form that you complete, along with a copy of your diagnosis codes from the office and Medicare will refund YOU for the office visit for approximately 80% of the cost. Still, these two minor issues are far outweighed by the quality of treatment you receive.
I have struggled with mental health for many years and hopped through many different offices seeking help. Ultimately, this is the first place I will write a review about because if I can save someone the struggle of finding the right place, then I want to do that.I see a nurse practitioner, therapist, and do TMS treatment here--and all I can say is it is a wonderful team of people. You can express concerns, ask questions, and they will never make it feel like youre bothering them. They clearly love what they do--and they want to help make others better.I promise you wont feel invisible or abandoned here! They work throughout the office to make sure all treatments are coordinated, too--so heading here essentially nets you a team of experts to help you leave better than you came in.I wont say I am cured yet--but I can honestly say I see a light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in 20 years. Highly recommend this office!
Lisa and the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind and helpful on the phone and at their office.
Never had an issue during my time here, BUT you can tell a company by the way they treat their customers in the face of adversity. During the Pandemic, Appointments went to teleconference, which was great, but what I was not informed of was, when the next appointment will be face to face (in person). The policy is clear, miss an appointment or dont cancel within time frame, you are charged. Easy enough, and for years I understood that. So my last appointment, unbeknownst to me, was supposed to be in person, not teleconference. Well, I missed it in person, but sat by my phone waiting for doc to call. never did, but i sure as heck was charged for missing appointment. When i called to discuss, the guy was almost mad at me because I decided to leave the practice. They never asked why, never followed up, never even attempted to understand anything. That was all I needed. Again, great docs and some staff, but this experience was enough to make me leave, and write about it. Just not right.
Stop this is the only review you need to read, if you need help, look no further this is the right place for you. The doctors and staff are nicest people I ever met. They bend over backwards to get you back on track. This is the place. I thank you all for making me amazing again.
My Nurse Practitioner, Lisa is great. The office is open late and on Saturdays. Friendly and very helpful.
Very rude, very unprofessional. This office needs a lesson on how to talk to and service their patients. I was very very disappointed in them.
