Jan is a wonderful counselor. She is kind, patient and empathetic while still maintaining her authority based on her position in Christ Jesus. I found her very easy to talk to so I felt at ease from our very first appointment. I definitely recommend her services.

Ive never in my life experienced anything like the deliverance session with Phyllis, as well the sessions leading up to it have been informative and extremely helpful to my wife and i as individuals and as a marriage. Jan McKee counseled me through a deliverance process, for which I am very grateful! She is very insightful and was able to identify root causes for things in my life that I had always struggled with. I was definitely delivered of some things as I no longer feel compelled to act in certain ways that I had been in bondage to previously. My counselor, Jan McKee, was spiritually attentive and discerning. By the power of the Holy Spirit and through Jans sensitivity to His movement, I was set free from a spirit of fear that for years made me hide in the background, never truly feeling confident in who God called me to be. Not only did this spirit of fear torment me with low confidence but it made me susceptible to controlling and intimidating spirits. During our deliverance session, Jan stood in faith with me (and in some areas for me) and by the power and authority of Jesus Christ spoke to the spirits that had me bound. During our session, ungodly soul ties and familiar spirits that kept me in a cycle of toxic relationships (where domination and intimidation were hallmarks) were completely broken. As a result, my spiritual eyes were opened and I received such boldness and confidence in the Lord. No longer was I afraid to explore the me that God was calling me to be. Pleasing others out of fear was completely gone. As a result, I surrendered more fully to God and was able to confidently walk away from a toxic, unhealthy church friendship that prior to deliverance I was too bound, too afraid, and too blind to walk away from.Where the spirit of fear and all its companions had me stuck, the Holy Spirit, through deliverance sessions with Jan, has launched me into an arena of freedom that I had forgotten existed. Since deliverance I have had doors of opportunity open that I could have never imagined. In areas of my life where I was barren, I am bearing fruit. Prior to deliverance with Jan, our household finances were held up by a spirit of poverty. Although we were givers, we were practically living paycheck to paycheck. After deliverance, things moved rapidly into alignment and I can joyfully say by Gods goodness and grace my husband and I just bought a new house and I started at a new job. We had been promised another child by God but suffered several miscarriages. Shortly after my deliverance I got pregnant and will be having another child! God has connected me to new Godly, Kingdom friendships and I have greater clarity and confidence regarding His purposes for my life. I was hesitant about attending counseling due to the fear that my experience would be less than ideal and insincere. I began putting off the need and telling myself that I would attend at a later time. That later time happened to be two years after I found Above and Beyond Christian Counseling online and when my world was turned upside down in a way I never imagined. I was desperate and in need of a christian counselor who could speak into my life and situation with discernment immediately. Due to me being overseas, I was not able to attend in person sessions and tried a professional counselor in my area. I could tell she was a great counselor, but I knew after the first few minutes she would not be able to carry me through the restoration process and that I needed to contact Above and Beyond Christian Counseling. The online counseling services and the anointing over Mrs. Tarboxs life lifted me out of the pit of despair I found myself in. She was warm, friendly, calm, and considerate and it emanated out of her being. She was able to connect with me past the various demographics that made us different and the miles of land and ocean that separated us. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but before you spend your money here, you should know that they use a formulaic approach that was VERY FRUSTRATING for us. After much resistance, my husband finally agreed to marriage counseling, and seemed genuinely happy to be going to Above and Beyond based on great reviews.We were given a class instead of given counseling. Even after we explained we knew about inner healing and deliverance, Phyllis Tarbox couldn’t make the adjustment and taught us instead of counseled us. We spent three sessions waiting to get to our issues while she pursued her formula. I specifically asked her to get to the issues we came for, but instead we basically paid $300 to listen to her talk, and never listen to us! Very disappointed. Now my resistant husband is turned off to counseling, and because A and B was such a failure I’m more stuck than ever. Wish I could get my $ back. Worse than a total waste. Be advised!

Problem solved! After counseling with Dr. Tarbox I was able to get to the root of many problems that plagued me and even interfered with my relationships. She helped me in ways traditional counselors couldn’t. No more anti-depressants, just plain truth that sets free. Thanks, Dr. Tarbox you’re God sent.

I had over 30 years of therapy, counseling and medication. Nothing worked and I could not imagine one more day. I prayed to the Lord and I was directed to call Above and Beyond Christian Counseling. Oh how lack of knowledge about generational strongholds and the enemys strategies can keep Gods people bound and stuck.
