Great title company. Theyre on top of things from start to finish. Excellent follow up. Others in the office usually try to get answers when you call & your processor or closer isnt available if they can. In-house attorney is also a real plus. He always has time to answer your questions.

Total Title Solutions is the best. There is an Attorney on staff if needed, the owner is very knowledgeable about Title, and the staff has been great to work with. They go over and above to meet and exceed expectations. They host weekly Pitch Sessions, they provide Listing Packets for your Listing Appointments, and are very experienced in every area. We have done several closings with Total Title Solutions and would highly recommend them.

These folks want nothing more than to make sure your experience goes well and that you leave feeling safe and secure. Go with these guys. Oh ya, and they are the most inexpensive I found (and I looked at 5 others).
