I broke a bracket a few months before they took my braces off and told me “it was fine” and they took my braces off way too early so my teeth are still semi crooked and that tooth that didnt have a bracket is super crooked now. ud figure my teeth would be straight after paying thousands of dollars.

Covid has been rough on so many. This office took over our case from the Palm Harbor office. They are always polite, gentle and accommodating. We never have to wait and get my family done together. We feel safe and taken care of. Thank you!

Don’t take my bad review, just keep reading all the reviews.I have called to schedule an appointment for my son 3 months ago, they called me and said the doctor would not be in the office that day so they reschedule for a month later. Then they called me again and gave another excuse and rescheduled again for another month. Then I got a voice mail yesterday (see picture below) saying that they would not be in the Clearwater location September 1st which was the day for my sons appointment.I haven’t even been in their office and I am glad I hadn’t because if they treat you like this before you’re a patient, one can only imagine how they would treat you once they got you in.Horrible experience, I really hope everyone read these reviews before deciding your provider.The voicemail print below is only the last one they left canceling our appointment.When I called them and explains that I could not understand why they kept cancelling the appointment, all I heard is “I don’t know what to say”.Not sure how such kind of practice is still in business. Good luck to the ones not considering theses reviews!

I got a call from my sister freaking out, in tears sitting in the parking lot of this Greenberg location. So I immediately go on the defensive.She went in for what was supposed to be a simple extraction. The dentist began the procedure, and half way through decided he couldnt do it, it was beyond his abilities. So he sent her out to the front desk where they gave her a hand written piece of notebook paper with the names and numbers of 3 places she might be able to see tonight -- HE TOOK HALF OF HER TOOTH OUT AND THEN KICKED HER TO THE CURB!I went to the location to find out what was going on, admittedly very hostile because my sister was very upset. In the course of arguing with the dentist, who clearly isnt the most well qualified for the job, I found that my sister was treated the way she was because she didnt have insurance.AVOID THIS PLACE. Insured or not. You can see in their reviews patient care isnt their priority. I honestly was ready to call a lawyer and Channel 8, to which the dentist told me I could call whoever I wanted. Pompous jerk.

At this point I wouldn’t give them a star at all because of the staff. I’ve hand multiple bad experiences here beginning with the staff who won’t answer their phone. It took me three weeks of calling every other day for someone to answer the phone just to book an ortho appointment for my kids. After I got them on the phone, they said the ortho staff wasn’t available and I needed to call back another time when she was in. It wasn’t until I told her I had been calling for weeks that she actually booked my appointment. I booked it 2 months in advance because they had no openings, went today for the appointment, and as I pull up into the parking lot they put a sign on the door saying “all ortho appointments are canceled. Call this number xxxxxx to reschedule.” I called from the parking lot and they put the wrong number on the sign. The staff really doesn’t seem to care about the details or the experience of the clients at all. I went inside to be told the soonest appointment, after waiting 2 months was 2.5 months from now. This is the second time they have canceled my appointment without calling to let me know. Their solution today after explaining my situation and how I’ve waited for this appointment for months was “go somewhere else.” I’m going to take their advice and suggest you do as well.

It is sad that I even have to leave a review for this type of service. Personally I had been going here for several years without and complications. Then I book my visit with my mom and we get calls to reschedule separate and being told that their is no hygienist. It was a constant battle to understand what was being asked of us and what they were going to do next. I just cancelled and will find somewhere else. Too bad they really need to get it together and be more professional.

Staff is a big problem. I can never get through to speak to someone to make an appointment, and when I do leave a message, I never get a callback. I have a different insurance than the rest of my family so thankfully I can go somewhere else, but they have to deal with Greenberg for the time being. The Staff is very short and disinterested at the gulf to bay location. St Pete location is better. Haven’t had an issue with the doctors, but I wouldn’t recommend due to multiple bad experiences.

Had an emergency visit, was told to come in ASAP. Had a temp crown with in two hours. Permanent crown can in when they said it would, fit is perfect. Office is clean, staff is friendly, very professional.

Call the same day because my filling came out and I needed a new one ASAP. Got me in 30 min later and I now have a new filling. Painless and quick. The dental assistant and the Dr were wonderful.

While I was in the patient room a Staffer came busting in the room without knocking. She proceeded to retrieve something from the room. I’m having all my teeth removed so as to get dentures.... I had a lot of difficult long rooted ones... my doc and his assistant were very profession and technically competent while doing this.... very kind and friendly and worked with me so as to have very little to no pain or discomfort.... definitely five out of five as in excellent...... the front office staff have been very friendly and efficient.... thank you to all of youChristopher

First time visiting the gulf to bay location and nothing but 5 stars. The office is clean and very friendly. I was nervous about going to my appointment because I know I need a lot of work done. I had filling for upper tooth by Dentist Chad, after few days I got pain that can’t stand day and night . 100 calls to clinic no response then I drove yesterday to clinic no procedure done to kill the pain . Dentist Chad said I have to see other specialist in Tampa. Today I became crazy from pain clinic closed . It is nightmare and worse experience I have it in my life worse dentist ever .

This is in reference to the Clearwater office. I called at least 4 times trying to set up an appointment as a new patient over a 2 week period and never got a live person and left a message each time and never got a return phone call. The only reason I persisted was they are the only dental office with a periodontist within 30 miles of me that is in my insurance companys network. I finally called up their office in Holiday to find out what was was going on with the Clearwater office and did get a person on my first phone call and explain the problem I was having contacting there Clearwater office. That person was very helpful to me and actually was able to set up my appointment to see the periodontist in the Clearwater office as that was the closest office to me with a periodontist. I was also given an email address that I could use to contact the assistant for the periodontist. I finally got to my appointment waited a bit longer than I would have liked a total of 45 minutes but not unheard of. I did find the initial exam with the dentist to be thorough and professional. Tried to contact the office again after that visit via email to the periodontist assistant but didnt get phone call until a week later after sending a second email describing how annoyed I was not getting a phone call after my first email. When the assistant Carrie did call she said that she did call and speak to me after the first email which was totally untrue. If I had gotten a call after my first email odviously there would have been no need for my second email. Once again I want to state I was satisfied with the medical staff and the thoroughness of the exam by Dr. Adeinat but totally disappointed with the fact that you cant get through to the Clearwater office even with 4 phone calls and wont get a return phone call when you leave a message and also with the bad attitude of Dr. Adeinats assistant Carrie.

Dr Bashar is very good at my tooth implant. But the communication between the office and the patients are very bad. My schedule was rescheduled the evening before the day procedure. I was not told my new time and I left 3 messages, and nobody called me back. I am on blood thinners and I had to stop taking Eliquis before the procedure. This last minute reschedule is a risk for me. I had to stop the office twice to find out my new appointment. I dont know if I want to come back for my crown. I never experience a dentist office without people answer the phones and nobody returned my calls. I am very upsetand double the professionalism.

I went in for two extractions. I have had this done before at other dentist but came here based on a friends referral. After 2.5 hours I have a broken tooth with the root exposed and was told to contact a surgeon. They were not able to successfully numb me and the pain is beyond excruciating. I would not recommend going here for tooth extractions. The pain is unbelievable, worse than any other extractions I have had.

I’ve had a great experience at Greenberg dental. The staff is welcoming and kind. The dentists I’ve worked with have all been very comforting and gentle, but precise, with high attention to detail. I walked in with a train wreck and was treated compassionately and respectfully. I can’t thank them enough.

I had the pleasure of visiting this office a little bit ago I had nothing but a great experience. Dr. Rhodes was very knowledgeable and was not pushy on any treatment. You cannot walk-in apparently. They will turn you away. They also do not take MCNA for adults, so the information on the MCNA website also is incorrect. Very rude.

I only went here because the hours are convenient but i cant bare it anymore worst dental office on Earth. My son got a fill in which fell out 3 days later. The receptionist has zero customer service skills this is not a recommended office. Dont go unless you have a lot of patience to deal with rude staff, starting with the person at the front desk.

Should have zero stars! Worst dental office Ive ever been in. Poorly run and no communication. Went in with horrible pain to have the front desk girl be the one who takes the ex rays and took 4 tries to take them while in pain the whole time. The Dr came in and with in 2 minutes I was done. They gave me a paper and script. NEVER SAID WHAT TO DO OR WHAT I SHOULD TAKE CARE OF FIRST! Save yourself a trip and go elsewhere.

Dr. Kristina Beg and her staff are truly Amazing. I went in today to get two crowns and after much investigating by Dr. Beg and consulting with Dr. Tanya Jadhav it was determined that there wasnt enough tooth to properly attach the crowns to. Dr. Beg spent three hours taking care of me and ended up giving me a filling at my insistence even though she is afraid it may not stay in( I felt that it was worth the risk). She had to build the tooth up just to enable her to put a filling on it. She definitely went way beyond what most dentist would do. I highly recommend Dr. Beg, her staff at the Gulf To Bay location of Greenberg Dental. If you are looking for a talented, caring dental office this is or could be the one for you !Donn Gronbeck

The dentist was great really liked her but her assistant and Kelly were terrible not friendly at all and Kelly was very rude I would have stayed there but because of the others that work in the office I will be going somewhere else and I would have loved to stay with the new dentist she was very good. Kelly has no people skills I really dont understand why she would still be there with all the complaints about her rudeness and she is incompetent

I used to go to this office when it first opened and Dr. Worlinsky was working there. She and her team were great! When I called a couple weeks ago that I have a toothache it was already challenging to make an appointment, I should have been warned...Today I went to that appointment and didnt even make it to the new dentist. After waiting an hour I asked how much longer it would take until I get seen since I had other appointments. I got told that I am an emergency and didnt really had an appointment so I had to wait. I told the lady on the front that I had an appointment and she told me that they didnt really give me one since they didnt have one open and I am considered a walk in. I told her that it might be a good idea to let their patients know when they just get squeezed in instead of telling them they have an appointment so they can plan accordingly (Not that I extra took off earlier from work...). But the real challenge began when I tried to reschedule it. About 10 minutes long, this lady was arguing with me when the best time would be for me to come in. I told her I only can do late or weekend appointments. She keeps on telling me about openings during the day and that I should schedule one of them. Then she started to argue on what treatment to do. I dont know how often I told her that I just wanted to get seen for the toothache, but no, she started to talk about annual exams that I should take first since my insurance is paying for it anyway and that I need crowns replaced. I finally gave up and left. Be warned when you go to this office! I still cant believe this woman was real!

This place cares about one thing only: how much they can scam you into maxing out your dental insurance. Do. Not. Go. Here. Whatever they tell you, get a second opinion and don’t even mention your Greenberg visit. You’ll be surprised with the TOTALLY different findings. This place has completely ruined my smile.

Front desk staff is very rude. They spend little time with you. Feels like a factory. I need a root canal procedure, of course they do not do it in the Gulf to Bay Clearwater office. They were able to schedule me an appointment 6 weeks out at another office in St. Pete. Im sure by then the root will be infected and Ill be in the ER...They dont care.. They were nice enough to refer me to a buddy at another comapny who will be happy to do it right away for over 1k. AVOID THIS PLACE

My 6 month cleaning appointment was on January 6th at 430pm. The dentist Courtney was no longer at this location who I was seeing at this office. They told me that after I got there. I did not get taken back until almost 530-545pm. I was taken back to a room and waited even longer. It was to the point I was watching Sons of Anarchy on Netflix on my phone. I was told that there was not enough time to do the cleaning, but that they could fix the chip on my front tooth real quick. They advised me to schedule a different day to come back in for the cleaning. I got out of there just before 7pm. That is a bit much and I didnt even get my teeth cleaned. I called to have them send my records to a different dentist.

Kelli at the front dssk is absolutely RUDE so has to be the WORST CUSTOMER service ive dealt with in a while. She does not listen u say one thing she talks over you and says the complete OPPOSITE. I will never go to this location just so i would not have to deal with her!!

I am new to Clearwater and I went here. The dentist said she could save my tooth when I wanted an extraction. So I trusted her and let her do the work. Omg horrible horrible she initially was doing a crown hit a nerve had to do a root canal. I should have known something was wrong she kept leaving out the room and the tech kept doing xrays over and over so painful. Worst experience ever. Then after the root canal she started doing the crown again then left the room a long time to I finally ask whats going on the tech got the doctor. The dentist finally came in the room and said she couldnt do the crown she did not have enough clearance and I need to have an extraction. I was devastated then she said she wouldnt charge me and she wanted to make this right. The dentist then referred me to another dentist who was going to charge over $150 to pull the tooth. Then the dentist said when I get my tooth pulled come back to her. I am still crying so very hurt and devastated.

First of all, Kelli at the front desk is very rude and condescending. I have been there several times and, I was told that they work with you in the begining on your payments. Only to have Kelli overcharge me twice for something that was not on my dental plan. Kelli at the front desk never gives me a reminder call of my visits either. I have had to call there corporate phone number several times to have it adjusted and to report her. Also my temporary crown fell out as soon as I left. I had to go back three times because it was not done correctly by the dental assistant. The dental assistant drop my temporary crown on the floor and tried to stick it right back in my mouth. I told her know. She said she was going to clean it with some water and air. Then she put it back in anyways. The third time it fell out I saw a different dental assistant by the name of Alma who was wonderful. She made me a new temporary crown that did fit. Also, I had a dental emergency on my tooth number 9 and 10 after the dentist did a filling I was feeling pain to hot or cold temperatures . I called three times to only have Kelli at the front desk hang up in my face. The dentist is awesome but, one of the dental assistants that works their is very rough with you and does not listen.....

Just got off the phone with Kelly who was supposed to schedule a new appt. She was so impatient and rude I had to tell her that I felt she was being rude and she then told me Im sorry for your approach to my attitude, can I schedule something for you? I said no but I do want to speak with your manager now - and asked what her name was. She said Kelly then hung up on me. Whaaat?! I couldnt believe it, lol. No way will I setup our family appts there because of this poor start.

The best place ever! I have seizures casued by a past experience with a dentist as a kid. So Im deathly afraid of them. But when Im at Greenbergs I feel so calm and a lot of those fears go away. They always make me feel so comfortable and all the staff is amazing and so friendly. I would definitely recommend!!

Do not go to this office. They will cancel appointments an hour before you are supposed to be there. They will not answer phone during normal business hours. Im writing this for my fiance. She is looking for another dentist now.
