I have used this service 3 times for shipping to China, Malaysia, and France. So far my experience has been great. Much cheaper prices and all the directions for packaging have been precise. I will continue to use them for international shipping. I do wish they were a tad more polite when composing emails to customers, but that is a professionalism matter not involved in the services they offer.

I was trying to pay a 2€ duty fee due for a package I was expecting (I had already paid the original shipper for duty fees) I put my bank details in to pay this small charge and I was redirected to a CONFIRMED purchase of 44.95€ for a yoga mat which I never ordered or even looked at on line... the money was taken out of my bank account. I text... no answer... I wrote, no answer... I called no answer Be careful!

Wow! I read here alot of negative reviews about IPSparcel. I have been using their service since 2012 and I have shipped small and big items. Some items well over 7ft long and some items well over 30kg in weight. I have never lost an item. I was shocked looking at my history of items shipped via IPSparcel and how much money I have spent buying things from USA. LOL! But here is the thing I will continue to use their service simply because they have helped me over those 9 years shipping stuffs to me otherwise I wouldnt have been able to get. I hope their services remain true and I will definitely continue to ship my personal items to my suite.Edit. I have to admit, I found another worthy service through Stackry.com.

If I could leave a minus stars I would. Dont use this business- my package was lost over a year ago, they promised me an insurance refund and despite several emails they just kept putting me off. I guess that is why they have a 2.5 star rating.

Just called their service to find out about a scam text I got and a miserable woman joe answered..after less than 2minutes with joe aka karen she was yelling being extremely rude for no reason..saying I wasnt a customer and she couldnt help me so I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me...please dont use this service if a phone call sets Karens off,whats next

If zero stars where an option thats what Id give them. Unprofessional, rude did not help me with my issues of not receiving my parcel. Called to have them look into a package that was said to be shipped with them. I was greated by some by the name of Brandon or Brendan, as well as Jo. They had been extremely rude and unwilling to assist or look into things further as I have been expecting a parcel.Poor customer service and unwilling to assist and look into issue for their customer.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR STUFF

If you are looking for international shipping, maybe you should take our experience as an example to consider whether you want to ship your item by this company.My wife shipped her package from Boston to Shanghai last month, and she recently received a notice from China Customs that the package cannot clear if the shipper is not entering the country. The Customs will either destroy or return her package to Boston. Before she shipped her package, we checked with this company whether the package is ok to ship to Shanghai. IPS is now asking us to pay ALL fees related to shipping, returning and the fees incurred as the package was held in the warehouse at the customs.I called their customer service, hoping to find a way to solve the problem. In return we GOT YELLED at by the representative, saying that these were our faults BYEBYE.In short, we do not recommend this service from our experience.

This company is absolutely horrible. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. In calling to help someone locate their package the customer service person on the phone was beyond rude. She then handed the call to a manager who literally came on and screamed so loud at me I had to hold the phone away from my ear. When I asked why she was yelling she said “I can be way worse” and then hung up on me. The package can’t be located. No one will help find it. They must be a scam company. Do not use them unless you want to pay to lose your box and be treated terribly.As you can see the typical owner response. No shipment under my name. Well that would make sense being as I stated I was helping someone with their shipment. Hence it would not be under my name. This supposed “owner” responds the same to every complaint. This company is purely a scam. They need to be reported as fraud to the better business bureauAlso, I did contact through email three times which I could post to show I have been brushed off, no response, no help and nothing from this scam of a company.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a shipping company. The employees are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Their communication is terrible, as well. This is a company that clearly only cares about taking your money. Forget about receiving any kind of reasonable service from this company once they have your money.

PLEASE do not trust them with international shipping of any kind, and be aware, they call their service door to door and you pay for door to door but its really door to port if they even really pick up your packages at all, which they didnt I had to lug 4- 65 pound boxes to a FedEx office myself to make deadline and then they hired some crazy agent in Uganda that lied to my recipient and extorted him for $1300 left his boxes in storage accumulating fees for 3 days before calling to say they were in, then he screwed up the customs and the boxes that were donated gifts of humanitarian items were charged full duty of items shipped for sale then they just walk away like none of their screw ups are their issue then to top it off they claim the fine print says local delivery is extra fee, well last time I checked the port in Kampala is not local to Masaka the address given and accepted for door to door delivery they think because they put fine vague print on things it means its legal to defraud and misrepresent do not do business with a company that defrauds Girl Scouts and poor African people

This has taken longer to arrive and mishandled than anything that I have ever seen.To say the least we will NEVER use them again.I wished I had read the reviews before I shipped with them!I have read some of the answers that they have provided for customers. They are never at fault and everything is clearly stated. Going through this LONG process and I can clearly justify that the customers are correct, they are awful!Shipped this item on 1/29 and it is 2/15 and the item is yet to arrive. Not to mention that I explained to them that this is a return and still changing the recipient a customs fee of almost $100.00 US dollars.Are you kidding me!!!I should have spent the extra $10 bucks and shipped with USPS and they would have had this within 3-5 business days without a customs fee.

Just finding out, the hard way, on who not to use for shipping parcels. Tried to cancel an order after finding out the pick up was PM only. This was after I paid the fee! Now I am having a hard time getting refunded. E mails from Stacie at this company are quite abrupt and unhelpful. My personal advice is, stick to USPS, Fed Ex or other mainstream carrier and pay the extra for guaranteed service without nasty added expense (time and effort) and hassle like I am now experiencing. People do not need this stress when planning a move. I only hope that I get a refund. I have advised my bank of my experience with this company.

Terrible Service, Im going through the most frustrating experience ever, its been 10 months and my packages is not yet delivered. All they want is money and they will keep on charging and they dont care customer satisfaction. If you are shipping outside of USA i dont recommend this service at anyone. I gave up on the package and I initiated the claim process 5 months back, i was told it would take 5 to 8 weeks, i waited 2 months still no response or update so i emailed for an update, they responded they dont have any update for me. This back and forth conversation went on for 5 months and finally they got back to be with a refund of 1/4th value of the total amount i spend on so far.

I had to ship an oversize package overseas, and having shopped around, I quickly realized that shipping it would cost me three times the cost of the item. I googled around a bit, and ran into IPS, whose quote was half the regular FedEx price. Too good to be true? Thats exactly what it turned out to be. My time sensitive package was delayed by 6 full days, and at the point it was delivered, it was of no use for the recipient. Only after I inquired about it, IPS told me that they would file a claim on my behalf with FedEx. The claim was filed but I did not hear back from IPS at all. I would try to reach out to them once in a while - in the beginning they would send me quick responses like, the claims take up to 8 weeks, we will let you know as soon as we find out. After a while, well into 2+ months since my claim had been filed, they stopped responding to my emails. One, two, three emails in the span of four weeks unanswered. Only after leaving a voice message they finally get back to me via email telling me that FedEx denied my claim despite their pleas. I found that hard to believe, so I call them, and the person I talked to was extremely rude, lectured me on FedEx and principles of international shipping, and explained, in detail, why had FedEx denied my claim. I was quite surprised, knowing FedEx is quite good about their guarantee, so I called FedEx, and lo and behold, FedEx representative tells me that the claim has actually been approved (two months earlier!) and that the full shipping charge had been reversed and credited back to IPS. After that I call IPS again, and the level of rudeness of the person that answered the phone has gone up a notch yet again. Teenagers with attitude was one of the Yelp comments I just saw, so true! I was essentially told that they would no longer talk to me, and that I should send them an email, all in a really very rude and condescending voice. After sending them an email describing my conversation with FedEx, they change their story - now they said that FedEx only gave them a partial refund (which is still not true, according to FedEx). They offered to refund me only 50% of what I paid for. I guess they tried to keep the whole thing - $420 that I paid them + the refund they got from FedEx. Business must be really bad indeed if they have to resort to things like this - but on the other hand I am not at all surprised, given how they treat their customers.

I will cut out the drama. In short I tried IPS Shipping because of its incredibly low price, what I am regretting now is that I have lost $800 worth of goods and no one in IPS is interested in helping me. Choose IPS Shipping if you love trouble and rude service.

Overall IPS Parcel provides a good service, while it is not perfect they do deliver good value for money, emails are replied within a reasonable amount of time, at times there were a few hiccups which i did let them know and have not reoccured. I have been using their services for 7 years to airfreight cargo from Florida to the Middle East and South America, and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.I have always used FedEx and occationally DHL, which provide door to door services. i am yet to try their door to airport service, which would require more work on clearing local customs.The FedEx service to the Middle East is 5-7 days, it normally arrives in 4-5 days, which is very good indeed. DHL has or used to have a 2-3 day service which is excellent.

Horrible. Just outright horrible. Customer service is atrocious. I sent a package out heading to the U.K., IPS says 7-10 business days. So I pay and I send the package, after several days transit time it arrives at the IPS facility where it SITS for over a WEEK! After a week of no updates and no tracking for the second leg of the trip I live messaged them through their website and some arrogant jerk basically told me to kick rocks. He said well we have no way of knowing how long it will take, 7-10 days is just an estimate. So why put 7-10 days on your site if what you really mean we dont know when your package will arrive? I asked when is my package going out with GLS, he says I dont know. Seriously? After going round and round he says well we should have one going out this week. I say so I should have a tracking email by Friday then? Get this, he says sir, we are very busy so I cannot tell you when you will get the email. Then he disconnects me when I ask him to get me his superior! Well I eventually get the email.. on the following MONDAY. It says the package should be arriving at the airport by the next day and I should be able to start tracking my package in another 2 days!!??!!?? So in a nutshell, dont ship GLS with IPS because what they do is have you ship your parcel to IPS in Florida where they will hang onto it until whenever they find a place for it or decide to ship it out at THEIR convenience. Nobody gives a rats *** there and if you have a concern they wont want to hear it. Its now been 12 business days and my parcel hasnt even left the U.S. yet and I still dont even know if its on a plane or when it will be on a plane... because the tracking says GLS doesnt have the package yet. Avoid these jerks at all cost.. beware!! Id give a ZERO star rating if it would let me.

IPS is quite efficient and always send my parcels on time. I would recommend to use IPS for your services. I was deceived, they said we quickly transported a parcel to me. The money took a lot and did not bring the parcel. Your workers are deceiving people.
