I had an issue installing Windows 7 Pro and getting it to print and allow me to install some older software. To make a long story short Todd picked up my computer and got software upgraded and running. I appreciated the time he put into getting the special project computer up and running. Saved me hundreds on a replacement. Work was completed in one weekend day. Yes he worked weekends which is unusual. Use them.
