I was really hoping to like this place after seeing all the great reviews, but they ruined one of my uniforms. I asked them to make sure that they ironed them with low heat so that the fabric would not melt. The lady assured me that they do uniforms all the time and that it would be done properly, but that did not happen.

Had a great experience with the owner. Came back to pick up my dry cleaning and the young lady working the desk was rude and condescending. I took the time to write the owner an email about her rudeness and did not hear back so I can only assume they are ok with how she treats customers.

Whether you are having them dry clean your uniform for work, or having them clean regular clothes. I can honestly say each and every time I have gone to my security post. With the freshly picked up uniforms from the cleaners. The tenants and visitors to the building Comment on how sharp! The pressing and creases look on the shirts and the pants. Ive had at least two general managers from two different restaurants at my security post. Tell me that theyve been amazed as to. How Classic Touch Cleaners put a crease on a short-sleeve shirt when there are medium to large-size patches on the short little sleeve. I would recommend Classic Touch Cleaners to anyone and everyone that needs a uniform to be cleaned. And especially if the job you do is in. I would still be with them if I wasn’t moving to Tampa. I have never had such an EASY dry cleaning experience in my life. Classic Touch makes it so convenient and easy, I truly don’t have to lift a finger. The staff is SO kind and personable while coordinating the pick up and drop off. All while being SO affordable. I am so thankful I found Classic Touch and recommend them a million times out of ten.

The actual dry cleaning and laundry service is excellent. The girl who works at the front and answers the phone is always rude. My husband and I have gone on several occasions and have always been treated poorly. If you call to ask any questions she is rude. In person it is even worse. I’ve never had worse customer service. I highly recommend replacing the front desk/customer service person with someone who is friendly and professional at all times.

I bought a suede long skirt from Dillard’s and they do the best job in this industry. They have another company they outsource to do the speciality cleaning on my suede shirt and also have replaced the buttons that I brought in to do so. If you need anything suede dry cleaned come here. It’s a great place to have those laundered.😊👍🏻

Dropped off 5 shirts mid afternoon on a Wednesday, they emailed me just before 10am the next morning saying my order was ready for pick up. Friendly staff, quick service, and cheap prices. Most items are done in-house and you can have same day service if you drop off items before 9am, if necessary. Will definitely be coming back for future business!

These guys always service me well! I don’t know how many times they have sewn buttons back on my vests for me! They recognize repeat customers and you can drop off your cleaning with just your name and pay when you pick up.I heartily recommend them!!

This is the best Drycleaners Ive ever been to. Unfortunately, its a bit of a drive. The reason I didnt give it five stars is because recently a mistake was made & I didnt notice it until I got home so had to travel back to drop it off & will have to make another trip to pick it up. They were extremely professional and redoing my skirt at no charge. In the future, I will check my work before I depart. Highly recommended.

Great service. I have many custom suits and shirts and every time I get my dry cleaning back it looks good as new. This was only the third time I have used a dry cleaner in Clearwater. The first two were unsatisfactory so I read reviews for Classic Touch and decided to try them. Reviews were spot on. Very friendly staff and my clothes look great with the sleeves on my shirts were crossed and held together with a plastic clip so that the front of the shirt doesnt get creases. Also my sleeves in my jackets were stuffed with tissue paper. These people obviously want to impress and thats exactly what they did. Classic Touch is my dry cleaner. I wish we had them at my other home in WV.

I love this company. Some time ago I landed in Tampa and had to turn around and fly out the next day. My cleaners at that time could not turn my clothes around. My assistant began calling cleaners looking for “same day” help. It was our great fortune to meet Jeff Anderson and he got me clean clothes. He has been our dry cleaners ever since.

CONVENIENT AND FASTI dropped my suit and dress shirt off on Wednesday and was told Friday after 4 PM it would be ready. I opted in for email so they’d inform me when it’s ready. It was ready by 10 am Thursday morning. They also do delivery service and a plethora of other services at this location. As far as the quality of my suit and dress shirt, they looked great when I picked them up. I will absolutely be a return customer and recommend them to friends and family.

The service is great, the prices are good for dry cleaning. They even dry clean suede and leather jackets which is amazing. They are great if you have specific details on how you want things pressed or cleaned, plus they do things quick and their hours are wonderful for people who go to work early. They do a great job and the location is excellent being that is right off of us-19. My complaint and the reason I switch dry cleaners is because the timely manner in which they return my dry cleaning items. Due to the busy world we live in, I usually request my dress shirts and pants to be returned the following day after 5 pm. Allowing for a 24 hour return. Each time I request this, it always seems to be a problem or a major hassle. I feel bad even asking now so I went somewhere else. I know I am not the only one who feels this because my friend who originally recommended the business left for the same reason. This is my first ever complaint review I have made and my reason for it is I hope it is address for future customers sake.

Just picked up my pink suede J Crew purse yesterday and it was absolutely ruined. It’s darker, covered in white residue, completely stiff and has scrapes all over it. I didn’t even look at it until I got home, I can’t believe this. I have been coming here for quite some time and never had this happen. Very disappointed, it was my favorite purse. I even checked with them if they could clean suede before I brought it to them.

I dropped off 2 uniform shirts (I thought it was three but the ladies helping me when I picked them up assured me there were only two!!). Too Expensive lots of choices for dry cleaning do not plan to return. Paid close to $14 for a simple dress! They also ruined a pair of my pants a while back never was compensated.

This was not my first time bringing clothes to Classic Touch. Classic Touch Dry Cleaners is my cleaner of choice. When my son played football in his tuxedo, and it looked like he played football in his tuxedo, I drove the tux straight to Classic Touch. Christie took care of it like it was her own. As usual, the service was professional, personal, and perfect! I am beyond happy with the result, and my son now knows not to play football immediately before or after concerts!

I recently moved from Clearwater to St. Pete and thought I was going to have to find a new cleaner :( The friendly lady on the counter told me that they offer free delivery service to St. Pete twice a week! I was so happy and honestly this is even easier than actually going to the cleaners. They gave me a hook for my door so I dont have to be home for deliveries. My card is billed once a week and it has been a huge time saver. Thanks for keeping me happy 6 years and counting.

Based on the reviews I guess I am in the minority when it comes to a bad experience, but I’ve taken my clothes here twice now and each occasion I failed to meet anyone with a smile on their face. The staff does not seem to care that you exist and while I’m not asking anyone to be over-the-top friendly, a little common courtesy would be appreciated.Walking in I had to stand and wait for someone’s attention and even then I wasn’t greeted, it was just “are you picking up?”I’ve tried twice now, that’s enough chances to at least treat me like I’m an appreciated customer. I won’t be back, and I am fully aware that I won’t be missed.

I liked the store as soon as I walked in seeing the steam/pressing tables etc. When I got my suitcoat back it looked great and even had a pocket hanky in the breast pocket! I have left it in and love it! Its the small things that count! Thank you!

Brought in a tie with a ball point pen streak across the front. After running it through the dry cleaning service, they were unable to remove the simple streak of ink. They offered no remedies for the situation and proceeded to charge me the normal rate for the dry cleaning. I would recommend looking elsewhere after this negative experience.
