This is a scam, you are not your own boss you work for Janiking, they are the bosses. It is as a subcontractor they are inspecting your work and telling you what you have to do apart from the fact that janiking is one of the franchises that has the highest fees in the market, they have favoritism with some franchisees. If you want to do your own business and be your own boss, forget about Janiking, it is a scam! I do not recommend it.

Eddie Akon and his crew have been cleaning our 6500 sq. ft. clinic for years. Eddie takes a personal interest in making sure our needs have been met and expectations exceeded. We have had consistently great service from his team! I know if ever I have an issue (which is rare), I can count on Eddie being on top of it immediately. We have a high volume of patients passing through our clinic every day which can create quite a mess to clean up at the end of the day. We always return to a clean and orderly clinic every morning. Bought a Cleaning Franchise through them in 2009 and it was by far the worst investment ever! So many office workers come and go people dont respond right away to your help desk calls,and the fees are crazy when they take out the deduction for the fees it just doesnt add up we are like their employees but we pay our on taxes and do all the paperwork. Like you are an independent contractor not an owner of a business and they have people come in and inspect your work. It was an overall bad experience! We had more loss than profit at the end of the year!

Not happy getting cold called, then the gentleman was rude. Then called their home office in Clearwater and receptionist was too busy to take my call.

I wanted the sinks wiped better around the faucets and the manager said we were being to.picky

Not advisable, they give a little careful service, the personnel often do not have work tools and then the clients complain because things do not go well, the bosses pass sitting in an office without supervising the work they pay minimum salary, they do not pay holidays nationals and treat them as garbage, make them expose themselves to chemicals according to their label clearly harmful to health and lungs, do not provide adequate equipment for this type of substances, no masks and gloves give you two pairs counted without taking into account that they can be break or need to be changed, thanks to that situation I have a chronic allergy for life after spending 3 years and sneeze up to smell the water, but unfortunately many people need to earn our bread and we ignore when we see that something is not right because We hardly have any rights to these companies.It is a real pity that I have not seen any comments from former employees that we are many, that no one dares to say everything that happens every afternoon in many places of work ..
