If you are looking to buy a car buy a car this is the best place to go. We had to buy a car suddenly because our car was totaled due to weather. So it was the worst day ever for us but Pete and Tonya were the best people to deal with. Both my husband and I were dreading going to the dealership and when we got there had a mindset on what we wanted and we were not going to budge but we also knew that I had the worst credit on Earth so we were expecting to be told no right away. Instead of all the other times when we have gone to look at cars Pete set us down right away we went through the numbers and found out what we could do first before looking at cars and getting our hopes up and then finding out that we couldnt get into anything. Pete and Tonya were so wonderful they got us into a beautiful 2018 Nissan rogue a car I would never have imagined I could have been able to get it with my credit so I am forever thankful for them and will recommend them to anybody who is looking to buy a car they are wonderful people and made us feel so comfortable and helped us so much when we needed it the most. From start to finish it was the most relaxing calming car buying experience Ive ever had. If you do have bad credit and think you cannot get into something go here and ask for Pete he will treat you well and help you anyway he can just like he did for us he will be very up front with you and that is what makes a difference. This will definitely be the place we go for our next car!!!

They worked with me even know I didn’t have the best credit score. My salesman was Felipe, he was great to work with. No pressure from him, the truck I got was used and bought it on a Saturday. They were replacing the timing belt and didn’t know when it was going to be delivered. Felipe gave me his personal number and kept me up to date. I suggest if you don’t have the best credit and don’t want to feel pressured go here and ask for my guy Felipe.

I visit Nissan Of Clearwater on Tuesday at 2:00 pm for my appointment to have my car repair while I was waiting on them to finish repairing my car I was approach by one of the employees in regards of selling my car which i ended up trading my 2019 Nissan Altima for a 2021 Nissan Altima at the end of the day. My experience with the employees were excellent above and beyond the call of duty. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite when speaking to me, took time in caring for my needs, was very encouraging, they had a motivation spirit, the most important to me was they all was very HONEST with me which what sold me in trading my car for a new car and also they are very professional employees.

They gave me good money on my trade in and the salesman was nice, car is great but the service center is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. Took 3 hours to get an oil change, and I’ve watched my car sit on a lift for two hours before, with the tires off and nobody touch it. You can pay $100 deductible with the warranty and go someplace else. Best $100 ever spent. Everyone at service is completely incompetent. I probably wouldn’t buy another car there just because of the nightmares that comes with maintaining it.

Just popped in to check the new 2021 SV Plus Leaf that was found in inventory during a call to Nissan Of Clearwater earlier the same day. It turned out that after the test drive we found the car to be just for our needs.Highly recommend the experience, both the car and the dealer.All went well, but there was a small glitch that we were promised no payments at the same day, but it turned out not to be true. After all, good experience still. Would recommend to visit this dealer and I would go again.

I had narrowed my list of vehicles to only 2 or 3 that I researched online. Sam Buffington took such great care of me and my wife. He explained everything, showed me around the dealership and introduced me to the Service Manager since we will become close during the ownership of my new Nissan. I chose Nissan out of brand loyalty. I had previously purchased a 1987 Nissan Pickup that I loved every single 283,000 miles I drove it until she finally threw a rod and became too much of a burden to carry on with. . Im finally back into Nissan comfort where I should have never left. I love my new to me ride, a 2019 Rogue Sport SL. Its peppy and yet great on gas. It looks great and offers a shade of Wow as she goes down the street. I love how it drives and the Im still learning to appreciate all the driving skills it has. Road trips, here I come!

I don’t know where to begin.Ok, so I was coming to end on my lease on my Fucillo Kia, I already went over the miles for the three years. So we went to what we thought was Fucillo Nisson, and Didn’t know it was now in Nisson of Clearwater, or whatever but anyway, we got the top dog, Vince Smith, and at the time his shadow Filippi.In the meantime my dad was in the hospital sick, but we thought he was coming home, but I got a call from my brother, while we were talking to Vince, that he had been moved to ICU. So we had to excuse ourselves quickly, and they were so kind and generous, and told us that they would wait for us when we decided it was the right time to come back. I have to say I have never had anybody in a business text me like Vince did And check on my dad and our family, throughout our heartbreak journey.So in the meantime, my dad passed away, a week ago, and that Sunday we decided while we better just go ahead and get the car taken care of. So we went back down and Vince had everything ready just go to finance and she was absolutely just as wonderful as all of them there at Nissan of Clearwater. But Vince went way beyond on, what I ever expected, from a sales person. He has got such a kind heart and caring words, very supportive and he was just so amazing. That had to be the best experience I have ever had going to a dealership. It was quick and easy and we didn’t have to spend 10 hours there. I’d say in total maybe combine the two days, two-three hours, tops. So if anybody is looking to buy a car I really really recommend Nissan of Clearwater. And ask for Vince Smith. He was such an angel, it’s such a blessing that we were able to have him. There was absolutely no pressure. And he got us in the vehicle that we wanted. If I was able to give more than five stars, he could’ve had the sky of stars.

Dont trust the response to a Kelly Blue Book offer to buy your vehicle. bait and switch. offer thousands less than the quoted price. why bother responding to the request? went to another dealer and got within $50 of the offer quoted. Beware. I will say the dealership itself is very nice and clean, everyone wearing masks, and areas sanitized but I will never do business here personally.

Not happy with the service and integrity with honoring warranties. This is how they installed my lift kit on my purchase and then said that it was installed properly. The brake line is suppose to be bolted to the frame. See the latter photos of whats currently on there lot. These were properly installed. Make sure you check the quality of the work prior to signing a contract to purchase a new vehicle.

Went to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter her 1st financed car. They offered us in writing a 2012 Hyundai Veloster with 11000 miles for in writing $7925. It was at Hyundai getting a new radio. I went and looked at the car and asked the manager If I could put a deposit on it he said it wasnt necessary. 5th time there with my daughter getting the Financials taken care of when the finance manager sits with us and gives us a payment on a 3k higher price than agreed.Sale manager didnt answer the phone.They waisted a lot of my time and gas.I was in the car business for many years this is unacceptable.We went to Bert Smith and Shawn took amazing care of my daughter. I’m January I went to the dealership with my2019 Nissan Altima to discuss trade In For a vehicle which would suppprt a lift to Tramsport a power wheelchair and in good faith I listened to the salesman and one of the managers and went very upside down in my car loan to purchase a rogue sport. This vehicle will absolutely not support the power chair amd I now find that I must purchase a handicapped van. I will need to sell the rogue and suffer a huge loss on this brand mew vehicle. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I am a senior and a female. The salesman apparently just wanted to sell me a vehicleq which he should have known would never meet my needs for the power chair

Love this place my MOM bought A Nissan Pathfinder here.BTW PROPS TO MARCUS AND PETE FOR THE SHIRTS ON THE 27th of july anyway Its under warranty until beautiful car especially for how many people you can fit in it. They will run it through the carwash for you they will make sure your tires are where theyre supposed to be. We just happened to pull up there one day when we had a low tire and we were doing well she was due for an oil change they did that and entire it was great. I also have snacks Coffee water and its all free and its good coffee they also have tea as well they also have a childrens room or are you they play which is closed right now due to covid but its actually really cool everyone there has a pretty good spirit about them and I would definitely recommend this place remember their huge LOL

Dont expect a thing after you sign on the dotted line. Simple issues are still not resolved after several weeks of follow-up. Dealership manager is largely unresponsive to multiple calls and emails. TONS of texts and emails when I expressed interest in a car. After I purchased, suddenly none. Sales folks are the only ones who have tried to help.Here are pictures of the underside of my truck when I went underneath it to check the exhaust connections. I also discovered that I am missing tow hook bolts and front mud flaps. This is a BRAND NEW truck. So, YOU decide if getting a car in this condition is acceptable. Caveat Emptor.* Update: One issue has been corrected by parts team, but in the interest of time, I purchased another missing part on my own. I still have not received a phone call from the manager, after multiple attempts to get in touch. Instead, I received a frustrated and upset email explaining the stress of the current COVID-19 situation on the dealership. Despite the current situation, a buyer of a brand new vehicle is still entitled to a minimum set of expectations with respect to a new vehicle. Those fell far short of acceptable. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big financial decision, particularly considering the gravity of current events. With so many choices in the Tampa area, theres no reason to accept anything less than a positive buying experience.** In response to the owner, your dealership has my contact information. Im happy to discuss anytime.As of 5/11/20 I have heard nothing back from the owner.

I brought my 2015 nissan altima in just for a recall fix at first and was in and out....I recently brought it back for a transmission inspection and both times dealt with ALEX LUKACS and his service was amazing..he got my transmission totally rebuilt at no charge with warranty and he kept me updated on what was going on with my car and put me in a loaner with no issues whatsoever....I highly recommend talking to ALEX for any service needs!!

This would have been 5 stars if I had done this review after leaving the dealership. The people are great, the transaction was smooth. The problem is that 6 months after I bought the car, it was totaled in an accident. The insurance paid off 80% of what I owed on the car. So I owed the bank $3000. Which I was fine with, I am actually still paying that off. My problem is that 3 months after the accident, I get something in the mail saying that I had GAP insurance on the car, but I missed the deadline to claim it. After some research I found out that the dealership added GAP insurance to my purchase but never mentioned it to me. If I had know, it could have saved me $3000, but now I am out of pocket for that.

Over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment. Masks were worn correctly by maybe half the employees, even though there is a sign on the door saying they are required. Oddly enough most customers wore masks which made the employees not wearing them properly, if at all, even morestrange. ( FYI they dont have to if not mandated but just do not say you are doing something you are obviously not.)The only stars are for the video diagnostic where the tech shows what was going on. No time for all wrong but lets say it was bad service overall.I will definitely go elsewhere next time.

This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had period! Please RUN AWAY from this place, they didn’t even bother to run numbers multiple times or do the best they can so we can buy the car. No effort at all, finance manager didn’t even bother to come out and talk to me while other customers in there were talking to a finance manager, that felt a bit strange that they didn’t want to make a sale at all or do business with me. I leased my car from this place 3 years ago, and they have been non stop calling and leaving voicemails to get my business and clearly said they would put me in a new Altima with the same monthly payment that I’m currently paying. After finally going and had to drive 45 min thinking I was actually going to get the best deal, turned out to be a scam! They told me they would take my current Altima and lease me a new one for almost a $100 more than what I’m paying now!! Wow just a bunch of con artists in that dealership. Please take this review seriously and take your business some where else.

Wow! Today was unexpected and an extra surprise! I love this dealership because they always make me feel like family! I had a flat tire so I brought it in this morning. Alex (who always helps me) greeted me with a smile and helped out immediately. I got a new tire and an alignment. As I was putting the pen to paper checking out, Dan (his manager) picked up the paper, ripped it up and said you don’t owe anything today, Merry Christmas! I was in shock and asked if he was serious. He said yes and he wanted me to have a happy holiday! I was speechless! I never in a million years expected anything like that and especially at Christmas time! Thank you so much to Dan for the unexpected surprise! I have never been one to like dealerships but yours is no ordinary dealership...it is a family dealership! God bless and Merry Christmas!

SCAM STAY AWAY: Few days ago we found a Van on there web site that we liked. The same price was listed on Auto Trader and Kelly blue book. We called to confirm the advertised price was correct. We were told yes. We scheduled the test drive. At first, the Van did not start because of a dead battery. Then we waited almost an hour to have it fixed and to be able to test drive. Came back to the office and they showed us the price that jumped 3k more than what they were advertising. They are VERY shady. Stay away or you will be waisting your time.

Awesome repairs done on our Nissan Quest at the service department. We are from out of state and needed our transmission repaired. Buyer beware....I had seen a 2019 Frontier Crew Cab SV advertised on 2 sights for $21,935 and asked the dealer(via email) if car was still available. After the dealer confirmed the truck was available, we exchanged a few emails and then talked on the phone. I asked for an out the door price and I received a call back shortly after. The quoted price, including all fees was over $3,000 higher than it should have been. Upon questioning the salesperson as to the difference I was told that the advertised prices I had seen was wrong and the correct price is .......Pure bush league bs. You would have to be desperate or crazy to do business with them.

I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Robert Domond with Fuccillo Nissan in Clearwater. He is very knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with on buying a car. This car buying experience was the best one I’ve ever had in my life. I walked into the dealership and within an hour I looked at the vehicle, test drove the vehicle, had my trade in appraised, told them what price range I was trying to obtain for monthly payments, and the dealership was able to make it happen. I was dealing with another Nissan dealership for a couple of days of going back and forth and could not agree to anything. The other place had me look into another model of car because it was more into my price point. I didn’t want a smaller mid size SUV. I didn’t want to settle for a vehicle I was not really looking to buy so I located Fuccillo as another option and I’m so happy I did. The price point on the vehicle I wanted was obtainable and I’m glad I gave Fuccillo a chance. I can definitely see purchasing more vehicles in the future from this company. The facility is clean and they are following the sanitation guidelines and protocol for Covid. Please give Fuccillo Nissan a chance on your future purchase and I hope it is as wonderful as my experience and they can get you the car / deal you were looking for.
