Been bringing my car here for a year now for services, so 4 times now I think. The warranty work I had done was quality when needed.... My only complaint, every time Ive brought it in Ive asked to have the tires rotated.... I know it was included in my 75k service but wasnt done, today, asked to have them rotated again.... This time didnt get done....again.... Now I have bald front tires and good rear tires... I was told today I need new tires.... I asked why didnt you rotate them?The answer I got we keep the good ones on the back (I understand why, car stability and such but it wouldnt be at this point yet had they ever gotten rotated) and besides, its $45 to rotate them..... so? Well they never got rotated once in a year each time Ive asked, even for services that included tire rotation.... Its no wonder my fronts are bald and my rears are good. Its a front wheel drive car, the good tires should be on the front.... And it shouldnt matter at all when Ive asked each time to have this done and then been ignored. If they had been rotated like I asked the wear would be even like tires are supposed to be handled, but no.... But hey, buy these $2000 tires that you need early now since we never rotated your tires once. 🤦

I went to this dealership for the first time to lease a Q7 and the salesman Mr. Cabral was very knowledgeable and very easygoing. At no moment I felt any pressure to purchase from him, which made my experience of leasing easy. I will recommend Mr. Cabral. Overall my experience with the dealership was great. I had a long drive to see the car so I made an appointment and the salesperson, Miro, had the car ready to go before I arrived. He was very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and well informed about the car. After the test drive, he answered all the questions I had. I couldnt have asked for more. Chris in finance helped me find a finance rate even better than the already good deal I had setup before I got there. That was a welcome surprise. Everyone was friendly and the showroom was spotless. Call ahead. They showed several Audi Q7’s online but when I arrived to test drive one they were all gone.Update: I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Audi and they took great care of me. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the car and the entire team made the purchasing process easy and effortless. Just know that the auto market is crazy right now and it’s probably not a bad idea to call or email to reserve time to test drive a car.

The experience here was seamless. Recently leased a beautiful A5, and part of the package was getting some tint added on. Bob and Niko were excellent in helping me find the right car, and then when I came back to get the tint done, the speed and service from Ryan at the front getting me hooked up with a loaner vehicle and my car queued up to get tinted was excellent. Really have had a great experience though and through with this dealership and the service they offer so far.

I dont think Ive ever experienced a better automotive purchase as I did with Vilius Vainilavicius (salesman) and Ryan Wolfe (financing) at Clearwater Audi. I found the Audi Q5 on-line and wanted to purchase the vehicle for my wife as a surprise. Now, I live in Michigan and obviously with the car being in Clearwater Florida, this was a challenge. Vilius made it happen though. We spoke on a Wednesday, the price was a little higher than I wanted to pay even though the initial price was still good, and they worked with me and got it down to a more comfortable price for me. Told my wife we were going to escape for a short get away to Florida which was easy as Florida in general is her favorite vacation spot. We flew down Thursday the next morning, all while still keeping the Audi a surprise! Vilius and I kept in touch during the entire process, and when we landed, Vilius was there to pick us up at the airport. WHAT SERVICE!!!!!So on the way to the hotel we talked about life in general. SUPER personable guy. Never tried to over sell me on anything. Was up front about everything. There were absolutely no surprises with this vehicle, even with it being unseen. When we pulled into the lot, my wife was like You didnt..... Was the best surprise ever. And thanks to Vilius, we were able to keep the conversation about general things, and not about the Audi that I had purchased for her.Upon first viewing of the Audi Q5, it was perfect. Even better than the pictures and nothing was left out of Vilius description of it. It was perfect.I had financing already secured prior to going down, as we have been looking at cars for some time so purchasing the vehicle wasnt a huge surprise to my wife, however the surprise was that I had actually found one and bought it without her knowing. After previous dealings with dealerships weeks prior to this, she had almost given up on buying a vehicle because of the poor service and and misleading representation of the cars we were looking at (plus all of the forceful selling that was not needed). Mind you, my wifes dream car was an Audi, so this was important to not only me to do this for her, but she was super excited at the thought of owning one. This is where we met Ryan. He is one of their financing guys. Super nice, again, no up-selling us or making us believe we had to buy more stuff we didnt need. He was able to save me money by financing through them, almost 3%. He didnt have to do this, but this is where they go the extra mile; SERVICE. Even while we sat there while they did the paperwork, we noticed all their current customers coming in and it was like everyone knew everyone. Super friendly and willing to help.After everything was done, Vilius walked us out to our fully detailed and gassed up AUDI Q5!!!! My wifes dream car was now hers. I took my Audi here for service because my check engine light came on and the vehicle was giving me trouble. The car was still under the bumper to bumper warranty but they ended up telling me the reason my car was having the issues was because it had been in a minor accident previously and they could tell that the car had body work done to it. I was told in order to have it repaired I would have to pay $500 for a diagnostic fee and then whatever the cost was for the repairs once they figured it out. That was absurd to me so I took my vehicle to another Audi dealership where the vehicle was diagnosed and repaired under warranty. The issue had absolutely nothing to do with an accident. I’m still shocked they even attempted to tell me that. Who knows what I would’ve been told was wrong with it and charged for if I had authorized them to complete the work. Shameful..

I contacted Amy Sizemore as I purchased my first Audi from her. I told her what I was looking and she quickly got back to me with what they had. We made the deal and I picked up my new vehicle right away! Amy Sizemore is wonderful!

I highly recommend Andre Thomas at Audi Clearwater! While searching for a new car, I narrowed my choices down to 3 different manufacturers. I loved the A5 Sportback, yet I just was not crazy about the color / options that were available on the lot at that time - it was holding me back. Andre was quick to say he would help me get just what I wanted and he did! Andre Thomas went above and beyond. He was professional, informative, and quick to respond. Often when you are a married female and searching for a car, the typical “salesman” can talk around you, over you, and to your husband. Having to service/fix your vehicle unexpectedly always sucks, but audi has made this as easy as possible for me. I worked with Nick in the service department who I cannot recommend enough. He has excellent communication and continues to keep me updated. From scheduling and making the appointment for me, to making sure everything was handled during my car being there and after. Any car related issues I need handled in the future I will go here, specifically to continue working with Nick. I feel like he goes above and beyond for my car and for me.
