Rob gave a very informative presentation to several members of the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce. I was happy to be part of the group attending. We talked about effective selling, how to be intentional, ask questions and have a conversation with the people you are meeting with. I came away from the talk with several great ideas and ways to implement many in my business. Rob spent a great deal of time answering questions as he generally cares about your business and your success. I highly recommend Rob for any of your Sales Training or Customer Services needs.

Rob and Shelly are a great team. During the beginning stages of the pandemic, they provided training to myself and my team. The training was invaluable as we were able to productively engage our customers and gained some of our competitors customers which resulted in some pretty significant sales. I have recently accepted a position that requires a higher level of sales than I have ever done. I have been attending classes with Shelly and it has changed my views on high level sales. I am still not a traditional sales person because I solicit donations and do not have a product or service-I am selling feelings. Thanks to this program I have increased our donor base and as a result we are able to assist more clients. Shelly has been extremely accessible during this process through email, text messaging and coaching calls.

Almost 5 years ago our team embarked on what we at the time only knew as Sandler Sales Training. Ive been in sales and sales management for more than 25 years. I was very skeptical as to how this would help us become a better sales team. Bottom line, our team went from quoting & chacing, to a team that now has a selling system! we have developed new habits to help us qualify or disqualify to shorten the sales cycle, defend pricing both with existing business and prospects, hold margins, and increase margins and finding opportunities to sign PSAs.
