Just finished setting up some balloons at the venue and the staff were absolutely amazing to work with. They were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and made my job as easy as they could.If you get a chance to work with these guys, I highly recommend you do so. Starting as a small business that has evolved into a much more robust business in a six years, I could not hire any new people until we had a payroll platform that worked and would be an easy transition for our team. I have been with Frank Crum for 20 years with my Construction Staffing company and 10 years with my restaurant. When people try to get me to switch I just laugh. There are a lot of corrupt companies in this industry and Frank Crum is a shining star. I could tell you horror stories about their competitors that I tried to deal with before I found Frank Crum. I will never leave. I dont care how much the others say they can save me, I know who they really are.

September 2018, sales Women was great, quit a bit of mis-information, but I needed W/C ...got running and all good with minor issues EVERY WEEK... Finally had enough and terminated 11/01/2019Now, I get an invoice for $465.00 seems they forgot to charge me No payroll penalty FEE..... They are right On top of getting every cent out of every Person. FEES

I would give ZERO stars but thats not an option. My company has been with FrankCrum since 1994 (they were actually called Ameristaff Leasing back then) & they have consistently been making mistakes with our benefits since 2013. I am currently researching other PEOs & will be taking my business somewhere else as soon as possible. I have given them ample opportunities to correct their issues & they just cant get it figured out. As long as you dont need them to handle your health, dental, vision or any other benefits for you then you may be ok but the moment their benefits department gets involved things go wrong.
Employers are required to send W-2 forms by January 31 each year or the next business day if the date falls on a weekend or holiday. Havent recieved one yet have to keep getting it off their website and legally they have to send it by mail too. Will be following this up too. The laws the law for a reason.
Customer service isnt so great. They dont seem to know the difference between the PPP loans and the Family First Act and were zero help with either and wasted my time with their help. I would go with any other company.

I have never been employed by this company yet i recieved mailed stating a leasing agreement has been terminated. As well as the other company southwest staffing, i never was hired for southwest staffing . I only put an application in . So both companies will be reported .

No writing separate checks and when there was an accident it was handled with really little effort on our end. Once again things were made easy. If you are a small business owner, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will make sure that you are wrapped and trapped by their super expensive charges and you will have to bend yourself towards their best interest.They make money off you like they you are your master. They want their world being perfect. Anything makes their world perfect or not perfect YOU PAY.I have been through at least 5 payroll companies, this is the most brutal I have ever experienced. Every little detail not meeting their perfect rule, they will stir up dramas for it. Guess who are paying for these dramas?

Weve been with FrankCrum since the tail end of March of this year - so just a few months. The transition from our old system to working with FrankCrum was pretty hectic but went smoothly. All of my questions, and there were a lot, were answered. I didnt realize how much time I would lose during the week handling payroll and other HR related tasks. Not anymore. In a high turnover business, getting the paperwork right for state and federal taxes is a major pain and time sink. My husband has a very small company and we needed workers comp so I was told that this company does payroll as well and that it’s super convenient and easy to do and good pricing. I was naive to believe this and I left a payroll company that actually was easy and convenient because they didn’t offer workers comp. after switching over and paying 700$ within a week I was told I had to go to the bank and wire the money to frank crum and this is super INCONVENIENT plus I have to pay 25$ wire fee every week to run payroll. I asked them why I couldn’t run payroll through direct deposit. They told me my credit isn’t good enough (I have a 700 credit score ) and that they need 1000$ dollars to run my payroll and you don’t get it back until to terminate with them and I would lose my 700$ to terminate plus I believe a fee and a long notice needed. You can’t take a vacation without rubbing payroll for even a week. I regret joining frank crumb and feel trapped and at the least my family and small company just threw away money. BECAREFUL especially if you are a small business owner.

What a joke. After a lengthy application and screening process on their computer, I was scheduled to start training the next day. They said well email you the info and location of the job and see you tomorrow at 1230. No email; no answer when I called and left a message and no call back. This is either some bogus scam or just a reflection of how business is conducted. No wonder people dont have jobs

If your representative cannot assist, YOUR rep. finds the person within FrankCrum that can assist. You, the Client, are never left to search for answers or solutions on your own.Over the years, my boss and I had 2 businesses with FrankCrum, and Miss. Liz Tipton was our rep. There was never a time I needed assistance with anything, Miss. Liz did not go over and beyond her normal job descrIption requirements. In my opinion, while everyone at FrankCrum is great, Miss. I am not one to write a negative review about a company, but I feel this company deserves a negative review. Small companies be aware of this crocked and corrupt company. My fathers company used Frankcrum from 2009 to the beginning months of 2014. He had a long standing relationship with Frankcrum. Unfortunately, my fathers company ended up in a cash flow problem and had to close its door. During that cash flow crunch his company asked Frankcrum to run the payroll on a different date than normal to make sure that there was money to pay for the payroll and their services. Frankcrum went along with it a few times, and then they terminated his company. Now over four years later they are trying to collect money in amounts of roughly $15,000.00, saying that his company was the one that terminated the deal with out notice. This is completely false when Frankcrum is the one that terminated his company. Frankcrum was paid for for all of their fees for their services up to the date that they terminated his company. Again small business owners, that are either current Frankcrum customers or thinking about signing up with Frankcrum be aware of their corruption.
