I enjoyed working with Mr.Weller and his team. The Lakeland office is nice and he worked with me a lot on the price. They get the ball rolling fast. Somethings were not explained clearly along the way but it all worked out. I do however give 3 star rating because of their trustee at the Clearwater office. That was my only poor customer service experience. She is always very rude on the phone and always seems upset in general. She is not professional to say the least but I wont let one bad apple ruin a whole team. If they fix her attitude they would definitely be a 5 star in my book! Other than that I had a great experience.
