My fiance got arrested after being beat badly from a black female. They arrested her. The victim! I called Pam, I need help. The bond was 500. The bail is 100. I only had $92. When it matters, this is where you need to go! I searched all night for someone available & called every number I came across, also left SEVERAL messages wIth NO return! All American picked up the 1st time & drive into the office immediately to meet me. Their office was neat & clean & in a much safer area than the others but still in close proximity to the jail. They were sympathetic, friendly, helpful, informative & professional. I could not imagine this process going any smoother with anyone else!!!! Just go where you know youll be taken care of 1st!

If you ever find yourself or someone you know in trouble- this is the place to go. I have unfortunately had to use their services for myself as well as several friends & family. They are reasonable & move quickly to get the person released. I have dealt with one woman there though who was not very pleasant & when I came in to bond someone else I had to bring my infant & she wad very rude & inconvenienced by us. Unsure if she still works there though.

I use this office to bail friend on petty charge with $250 total bail.. Paid $100 to get her our.. Normal deal..fine.. Yesterday, my friend got INto some petty incidence with the law.. Her total bail was $ 150 dollars.. I immediate call them and let them know and came to the office to post a bail sinCE we have active bail already with this company.. Secretary told me that i need a collatero to post this bail????? What??? Its $150 . As i said, been with them for 3 or 4 months with no issues... She said that she will call the owner and get right back with me... Hours went by and i didnt hear a WORD from them.... SO i called and ask whats the problem?????? And at that time i got advise that not only they cant do without car tilte BUT i got told they olso dropped previous bail on us as well...and yes, you do can by law drop bond on someone at this scenario..... BUT .... MAYBE LITTLE COMMON COURTESY OF CALLING ME BACK IN THE 1ST PLACE TO TELL ME SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU WITH OUT CAR TILTE ON $150 BOND LIKE YOU SAID YOU DO BE NICE...... AND ADVISE ME, BY THE WAY WE ARE ALSO DROPPING YOUR PREVIOUS BOND WILL HELP SO i WOULDNT WAIST TIME AND ENERGY RUNNING TO THE COURT HOUSE WITH 2 KIDS TO POST $150 BAIL AND WAIST MY TIME SINCE YOU DROP OTHER BAIL WITHOUT NOTIFYING US... With that being said .. Thank you for dropping my friend bond and not even telling US about it .. And thx for call back i never got.. Im sure glad i called you back 2 hours later so you can tell me what you supposed to tell me 1.45 min ago LIKE U SAID YOU WOULD...

I am volunteering for a Veterans fundraiser and called this establishment about helping with our food basket program. We hand out food baskets to needy veterans and give out sleeping bags to the unfortunate veterans that are homeless. I asked Kathleen if she would be interested in sponsoring a family. She went on to tell me how she refuses to help any veterans ever! She finds it unethical for veterans in jail to continue receiving their benefits, therefore she would never help actual needy veterans that are not in jail and struggling. She was very nasty about it and was very disrespectful towards veterans of America. I will make sure that I never refer them to anybody and will most definitely never use them. It is despicable to think that a business owner would not only think this way but share her feelings with somebody else. RIDICULOUS!!
