I received a text from Action Plus asking if I would like to post bond for my brother. I live in a different state and did not even know he was in jail. I was in search of a bail bondsman to help me get my loved one out of jail. I called around, the first guy named Bob was very brass, rude & unprofessional. I don’t know if professionalism is part of a bail bondsman job description but it sure would’ve helped. So I just said NEVER MIND or maybe something a little less professional. I was arrested and I had a bond. I had never had a bond before. I called Action Plus Bail bonds, and Zack and Jared over there, were wonderful! I had never needed to call a bondsman, I did not know what to expect. I was in jail, I had never been in jail before, I was very very scared! Got a 2nd DUI & Needed a bondsman who was also authorized to fit me with a SCRAM monitor. I was blown away at first with some places charging up to $40 per day for the monitoring, until my fiance found this place thank God.They have gone above & beyond to help me in anyway they can, even allowing me extensions to pay my bill, when anyone else wouldnt of batted an eye to report me.Id highly recommend NOT getting a DUI 1st & foremost, but if the situation happens to arise & you need a fast bondsman & Or SCRAM monitor.......Look no further than action one!!!!Thanks again guys!

Horrible people! They ripped us off! Took our $500 and then called in the bond after 3 weeks. They are only interested in taking your money. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Horrible attitude when I asked why they did that. No real answers! Go to people who have a conscience. The owners do not have one! They must have ripped-off so many people because you have to be buzzed in. Afraid someone they ripped-off will get back at them? Horrible people!

I wish there are more than 5 stars. This is a 2 part review. Part 1) When I was in jail the judge released on ROR (which ROR really means Return On Release), you go in and give them all your phone numbers, address, family names addresses and phone numbers, you work with them but they wont work with you. your first call and they are ready to send you back to jail. They say that you did not give all the information, you ask to get permission to go out of county, reason why, where, how long etc and let them know when you are back (even go in), no good, give them all the papers needed etc but they hate that. You call on your day (Wed); it is on your papers and they say your day is Thursday and you still call the next day they get mad at you. It is better to have no ROR and a high bond than just ROR. Part 2) When I called from my cell because the landline was down, they were yelling at me and would not let me call in. It is Thursday 3am and here is a knock and a ring on the door, it is the cops with a warrant for my arrest. They have my phone numbers, they could have called and said come in or there will be a warrant. This is days before Hurricane Irma (luckily my cousin came on a whim from Germany because my grandmother has dementia would be up a creek without a paddle and although it was rough for him with the language and first time with a hurricane, plus our cat). Anyway after 5 days in jail; hurricane passed and the courts resumed, got a bond of $20,000 and who to call? We did not know so we called Russo Pelletier and Sullivan and they recommend Action Plus Bail Bonds (and Action Plus recommend Russo Pelletier and Sullivan). We called them, and they are like family, fast and caring. They bonded me out within 2 hours (normally they say about 8). When I went in to sign the papers and talked about what happened and they know how the ROR office is and how bad Mr. Martin is. With Action Plus they allow you to call in any day of the week, from any of your numbers, also you can go anywhere within the Tampa Bay area and most of all when you call in, they talk with you and allow you to call in. Could not have gotten through this with out you. Thank You. If you want to form a bond with your bondsman, go with Action Plus Bail Bonds.
