Where do I begin? We lived there for 7 months and it was awful. The apartment we toured was nothing like the apartment we moved into. We constantly worried about our cars and posessions. From tenants that dont pick up after their dogs, to parents not watching theirkids, to people not picking up their trash, thelist goes on and on. Its been almost twomonths since we left and now we can not getour security deposit back. You call the mainoffice and they dont call back or give you some excuse.If this helps one person, please read thisposting and take it to heart, we did not heed toall the other reviews and look where it got us.Do not move in! Prices are reasonable, butnothing else positive to say.

They will not communicate with you and make sure you read every bit of fine print in the lease agreement. They will tell you something different at the office, so follow the lease and dont listen to a word management says. They are slow with work orders and do not enforce any issues with noise. Slumlord and honestly the area is not that great either.

Balmoral Club Apartments!!!! Formally Savoy Square.Not the worst place but far from the best or even good. Recently my problem with them is that they have not fixed the door lock on the fitness gym. They claim to have a 24 hour fitness center but that is a total lie. Well maybe not a total lie, its there, you just cant use it and have not been able to for over a month. The locking mechanism broke and apparently they dont care enough to fix it. The new company that took over (Balmoral Club) is very annoying. They do things without notifying you, like painting your building and you cant use your back door or trimming tree branches right over your parked car. They totally botched something with the billing system and didnt bill me enough for water for months and then billed me all at once and made it sound like my fault. Honestly If I could do it all over I would not have lived here. Thank God I signed a 7 month lease.

I know I have not been living here that long but so far everything has been great. Lots of kids but you cannot hear them inside your unit. The maintenance men are great, we have already had them out to fix something and they were friendly and got the job done!!! We have also noticed that residents leave their trash laying around, but it doesnt stay there long because the maintenance men are on top of it cleaning up our community. The office staff has been great!! Now that we are all moved in and decorated we are looking forward to calling this place home!!!! Kelly and Rick Castricone

Very nice here! The management here are very nice and caring.

First moved in when it was Landmark and things were great. Friendly management, quick maintenance men. Then it sold to Balmoral Club and has gone down ever since. No enforcement of anything. Only ONE maintenance guy for the ENTIRE complex. And it seems the buildins are jimmy rigged and frankensteined together. They are faster at turning around a vacated apt than they are taking care of current tenants. Its gotten to the point of everyday when we get home we have to do a walkthrough to see what broke that day, then wait a week for anything to happen. New office staff are short of idiotic. Cant keep track of anything, including your unit number when you have an emergency issue. Random kids running around constantly. No one seems to know how to pick up after their dogs. Trash everywhere. Constant flooding of main areas. Do NOT move into this place. We were lured by the reasonable prices and actually pretty nice looking unit. But we were mistaken.

From a property manager who stole copies of Apt keys to commit burglary of residence to no control or action when dogs dont remain leashed and attack other dogs or worse children....this place was awful.Even local law enforcement refer to this place as The hood. Stay away...

They dont even deserve 1 star the pool and playground is awful
