They make it easy and increase your marketing power because they have smart people. Im glad I went ahead and got the Small Business Everywhere (online ads) with the post cards. Potential customer get the postcards then get online ads. The best suggestion they made was from Jennifer Taylor who suggested a pop-up ad on our website that allows you to capture emails. This has been invaluable as people dont call the office as much these days. I have got 40 new emails this month and about 7 to 8 new customers. The marketing but paid for itself.

Design turned out very pretty, and with a good deal added for my service, I was excited for any kind of response- big or small. But 1k mailers and one month later, all has been silent. Im very concerned because I never got my card in the mail nor did 2 people known to live in the area who fit into the parameters set receive any cards either. (And they would have used them had they gotten them or atleast shown the owner of the building. ) Not sure anything was actually sent out. Right now I dont trust this company and will not do business with them again.

PCM has always been staff with folks who are easy to work with, responsive, and professional. The quality of the products is excellent. Ive learned to be very careful with going over the order and the paper quality and such, since PCM will execute very specific instructions. There was a time we did a holiday card, for example, and the paper was too thin and no one notified us to upsell a thicker card stock, which seemed obvious. That said, the fault was ours for selecting the wrong paper. PCM was kind enough to offer a modest credit to soothe the situation. That speaks volumes: that PCM prioritizes customer experience and thus ensures loyalty. We have been returning ever since. Thank you PCM!

I spent upwards of $3000.00 on a marketing campaign with these guys and did not receive a single lead. In addition, working with the staff was a disaster all the way up to the CEO. if i had an issue or concern it would take at least 3 days for someone to get back with me.
