I had RMK replace all the windows in my home about a year ago. Price was a good value. Windows have performed great, keeping heat or cold out, quieter. Installation was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They showed us how to use and clean the windows and answered all our questions. They did some warranty work and the same great service. I have recommended RMK to anyone who asks.

RMK Windows are awesome. Very professional and installed quickly. Before we had these windows installed our basement was always freezing. As you would go up a level it would get warmer with our bedroom being between 85-90 degrees year round. Since we have had these windows every level in our home is the same temperature.

RMK Windows is a fantastic company! The salesperson was thorough and helpful - answering every question we had and showing us a sample of their windows. On the day of installation, my wife ended up having to work from home and they went above and beyond to accommodate her and make sure she only had to move her workstation once. The installation went well and I was very impressed by the time and effort the installation team put to in making sure the windows were installed correctly.The windows themselves look great and we have already noticed a change from our old aluminum windows. The biggest thing is the noise - I used to be able to hear every car driving by, now its practically silent. Also, the old windows didnt stop the wind at all. It used to be like a freeze out everytime the wind blew and I was sitting near one of the windows. Now, I cant tell the difference between a windy day and a calm one. We had them installed earlier this month, so we havent had a full utility month to comment on the savings on electric/gas, but based on how often the heater kicks on now vs before, I imagine it will be substantial.

Always kind and courteous. Did all they could to help me and answer any of my questions or concerns.

UPDATE: 7/23/19 7 months after install and sending in rebate. This company has literally been the best, they have acted on all my concerns with compassion. Without hesitation Jason has bent over backwards for us. What Stellar Service I have been given. THANK YOU RMK windows for offering nothing but the best. Im very pleased with the over all experience with this window company. i went with the cheapest option but triple pane cause i wanted the best result and they had indicated there was a rebate that could help with the cost of it. The only reason why I have shied away from giving it a 5 star review is because the rebate they tell you about is becoming a little more challenging then it should. It is not through them but if i had known a head of time i May have rethought about getting the triple pane. The team was great, they were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up nice after they completed the install. My original windows were single pane, metal and very old. These were definitely worth the money. I have not reaped the benefit of lowering my utilities but it has been a cold winter. I have however felt a major difference when i sit by them on a cold day. Over all Im extremely glad i went through this company, I did shop around and they have the best prices in town.

Thank you to Ethan, Kelly, Brody and Terry for helping me to have beautiful windows installed in my home. Ethan was a very pleasant young man. He came to my door and was not pushy at all. That was refreshing!. I set up an appointment and Kelly arrived. Kelly was great to work with. He was informative, positive and very patient. (Never pushy.) When he came back for our meeting to finalize the deal, we realized that I had misunderstood about the window frame coloring. It would cost extra to have the bronze frame color added to the exterior side of the windows and I didnt have a ton of money to work with. He waited patiently for one hour, while I made my decision. Thats amazing! I had them put bronze exterior on the front of my house to match the brick and almond on the back side of my house. I love it!Brody and Terry came to install my windows and they did a super job! They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They did a great job on the interior caulking, too. Any questions that I had, Brody answered. I noticed one small issue with my bathroom window frame, and Brody came back to fix it the very day that I called him. We wore face masks the entire time they spent at my house.I am grateful that Ethan came to my door. I cant seem to put the curtains and blinds back up, because it is amazing to look out of my clear windows. After 35 years, I needed new windows. Oh by the way, we noticed right away, that these windows do provide better insulation, than the original ones. THANK YOU TO ALL!

Great service with excellent quality windows! We had all of the windows replaced in our home. You could literally feel the cold coming through the old ones before. We have noticed lower electric bills and much quieter inside. Everyone was so great and professional to work with from sales to the installers.

We highly recommend RMK Windows. We had every window in our house replaced this summer and the difference is astounding, they are not only beautiful but you can tell the difference with the heat that used to come in through one of our kitchen windows you could hardly stand in front of it and now its a perfect temperature no matter how hot it was outside. They are very quiet as well considering our old windows were 20 years old you could hear everything outside and now we are just now figuring that out because it is so quiet. Jason was awesome to work with. We had one window with a small flaw and they quickly replaced it with no hassle.

Pulled the trigger and did the whole house, decks and all. Very pleased with quality of the window and the efforts to have them installed. One month has passed and the energy bills are already dropping. Very excited to play with windows in the spring when the birds fly overhead and bomb us. No we can clean the window anytime with the style we chose. Awesome job you guys!

We got all of the default windows in our house replaced by RMK Windows. It was a pleasure to work with them. They were honest and straight-forward in discussing the value of their product. During the production of the windows and the preparation for the installation, they were always connected and informative.The windows themselves are fantastic. We got the triple-pane windows. We live relatively close to I-215 and before these new windows you could hear the hum of rush-hour pretty clearly. Now we dont hear that at all. The windows are amazing at blocking out heat.One of the open-window security latches (its this thing where you can have the window open but it cant be opened more than a few inches) didnt work quite right on two of the windows we got. We let them know and they came out within a few days and quickly replaced them for no charge. Were considering getting our front and garage door replaced by them in the future. Would highly recommend if youre in the market for new windows.

I had 7 windows and a glass sliding doors with blinds in between the glass. The installer took extra time to make sure the doors fitted perfectly in the previous door space. I have definitely felt the difference in my home with no cold emanating from my previous windows. They were courteous and no small task was a bother for them. I would highly recommended their company to others.

This company, and the windows they sale/install are awesome. We ordered the double pane with UV protection. The frames and mounting systems are great and have excellent security locks. Some of the available frames swing open from inside the home for cleaning. After the install we noticed two immediate differences from our old windows. Outside noise was cut down substantially, and our heating/air conditioning cycle rates are much shorter. This tells me the windows are retaining the set temperatures a longer period of time. We can also leave our drapes or blinds open all day without worries of fading wood or carpets. Add a lifetime warranty and what more can you ask for. You get what you pay for and I got some great windows and service.

We replaced 10 original windows and a sliding glass door from our 50 year old house.We are very happy with our overall experience with RMK windows. The windows are high quality, affordable, and a huge energy saver. Jason Allred went the extra mile for us by helping us vent our dryer that had previously been vented through the window. I have had all my windows done at my 30+ year old condo. What a difference they have made on electric and gas bills. And, they have made my condo look so much more updated. I highly recommend them. The installation was very smooth and fast.

We just had our new windows installed by RMK Windows and love them. We agreed to a free estimate on windows just to see what we needed to budget for years down the road, but the price they quoted was so great that we didnt need to wait to replace our old windows. They were great to work with and installed them as soon as they were finished. The installation process took a day, but they were super nice and let my little boy watch and ask questions through the entire process. Now we wake up and are amazed at how rooms that were once drafty are warm in the morning. I love how they tilt inside to make cleaning easy and the warranty is amazing. We are so glad we did this.

We loved working with RMK for our new windows! The prices were great, the windows look stunning, and the customer service is seriously above and beyond from the very beginning. Jason was friendly and knowledgable and did a great job explaining everything and answering questions. The windows were manufactured and installed in a very timely and professional manner and the installers were also knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible. The double pane windows they installed made such a difference in heating this past winter and have cut down tremendously on outside noise. And being able to turn the windows in to clean the outside is so great! Not to mention, you cant beat a lifetime warranty when you have kids and pets! Their competitors with lifetime warranties couldnt even come close to price and quality. I couldnt recommend these guys any more!

We LOVE these windows. We have had them for about 7 months. We used to have windows that were original with the house (20+ years old) that were the aluminum frame windows with cracked seals. Whenever we sat next to those in the winter you could feel the cold air flow across your shoulders. The new windows fixed that issue. They look very beautiful, and the installers could not have been more friendly and professional with their work. We did have a single flaw (very minor) in a window, which they replaced for free without giving us any hassle. What we love the most is how much better the house temperature is from day to day. It changes far slower without the heater or cooler kicking on then previously with our old windows. We highly recommend RMK Windows if your are looking for quality windows.

Jason Allred came to our house and was very curious and professional with his offer on windows. However, I foolishly decided I needed a second opinion on windows prices so I cancelled the deal I made with Jason and regretted it instantly once I heard the second offer. The window prices were over $6,000 more than what Jason offered me and thats including their discount pricing for the same quality window. Even after cancelling our contract, Jason was still very professional and continued to give us advice. I missed out on a great deal not staying with RMK windows and suggest you dont do the same!
