They were fantastic, my daughters car snapped the front wheel suds on her front wheel coming home on I-15 and the front wheel came off. He got us home quickly and at a fair price. Somehow he got it on and off the flat bed without hurting the front fender on her little sports car even though it was sitting on the rotor. Wont use anyone else.

JPs towing got out to one of my employees in less than 30 mins on a Saturday. The driver (John) was awesome and very helpful. They did a fantastic job and are very well priced! If I ever have car problems again they are the ones I will be calling.

Best rate I could find at 3 in the morning when I fit something on the freeway, and they were very fast and friendly!

Great service and price!

They were affordable and arrived quickly. They did not get five stars because the driver refused to wear a mask so I had to get a ride from a park ranger who dropped me off somewhere an uber could pick me up. I even informed the driver that I had been traveling for 2 months and did not want to expose him, but he emphatically refused to wear a mask. This is very upsetting and unnerving given that we are in a global pandemic and simply wearing a mask could seriously help slow the spread of this disease and save lives.

I have used JP Towing on numerous occasions over the years and they always do excellent work. Friendly, helpful. They even gave me a ride home after dropping my car off at the shop. Highly recommend them.

Fair price good service

To start, I will say I have given them 3 stars, 3 stars meaning I called, they answered responded and got my car where I needed it. Problem solved.The remaining two stars I reserve for customer service, 4 stars for average expected and 5 for exceptional. Neither of these stars were warranted for my experience. My dad went to meet him to give the keys. I went and met him at the drop off spot for the car, and at no point during our experience did we sense that the owner / or the gentleman in the picture above had any clue what customer service was, communication skills, or any ounce of politeness in his body. Some people just want the job done, I personally would rather pay more and have someone who will provide the service with a smile and not leave me feeling as though I put them out and ruined there night. We were recommended to them from the shop, however, I would highly reccomend going elsewhere .

My car broke down and unfortunately I needed to have it towed, I was nervous/stressed/upset I ended up calling around to a couple other companies and either they didn’t have any trucks or were waiting for dispatch to call.. I called J P’s The guy that answered the phone was polite he quoted me a good price but told me it would be a half an hour before he could do anything which was fine, he ended up calling me back only 15 mins later, got my info it only took him 30 mins to get there, he introduced himself, John was nice professional and had a great sense of humor and made light of an awful situation.. He loaded it up took it to my house which was 8 miles away and had it unloaded in 35-40 minutes most importantly he took really good care of my car!! And when it was all said and done he charge me less than what he quoted me I couldn’t be happier with the services he provided!!

Very helpful when I left school. My jeep broke down and he got there very fast and tried to jump my car before towing it back to my house. He was very professional and funny.

He answered quickly and was so accomodating. The driver came out as soon as he could. By the time he got there I was able to get my vehicle started and he was very accomodating and kind and waived the fee for me. I was a woman in distress and he could tell, I needed the break on the Sabbath. Thanks JPs for doing a good deed.I would use them again with out a hessitation. :)

Called a few places, not only did price win here, so did customer service. He was the only one I called that wasn’t immediately snotty and rude, he met us within ten minutes just as he said he would, he showed my husband some useful Info with his truck that he really appreciated, and was just overall great!
