My furnace s making dinner noise and I want sure if it was the blower motor or the blower cage. I called Kearsleys because Ive been there before and theyve been super helpful. Alan was a superstar. He talked me through everything on how to diagnose what the problem was. There was some uncertainty and so I called him back. He told me to bring in my motor and my blower cage and he would help me diagnose it. He found the same thing I found. Then he was willing to draw a diagram showing me how to wire up my new motor, because the old motor had a different configuration.My experience with Kearsleys has always been this kind of service. I wouldnt go anywhere else. A huge shout out to Alan and his great customer service. If youre having any problems, this company will take care of you.
