Dont try getting help over the phone, this people is uninformed even though is their job to help they wont even try to get you the right information
You go in for help and they are helpful but help is at the very least a month away, too much paperwork, too much red tape and not enough action. Your better off with illegal activities to get help than with them.
What a womderful place! I was greeted at the door by a sweet woman and ended up meeting an Angel! Amado Gonzales was a very nice person who helped me!
I was on hold for 2 hours and 43 minutes, they were unable to assist me with a simple email stating it will take 6-8 weeks to review my unemployment. So I can get assistance with rent. She was rude and refused to do anything. So now I have to go over to the office to try and speak with someone.
We were the only people there, we were helped getting everything completed. Perfect. Didnt see that coming.

They make sure their services are so inconvenient for your daily life that you get off assistance as soon as you possibley can.2+ hr wait times when calling *just to make an appointment* (since you cant online).Such frequent eligibility reviews to the point you feel completely hounded. Theyll stop your benefits without warning and cause you to rack up bills with the places theyre supposed to be paying for you. Its just a complete joke. Heres your benefits but were going to make your life hell while youre on them. Enjoy!
Such helpful pleasant employees
The supervisor and 5 employees standing around with 1 person in the whole building but they wont help me with a resume thats due today during normal business hours. They offered me a flash drive and refused to help. Lodged complaint will report back what happens.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Got a lot of help in the computer room because I have no idea what Im doing on a computer. With staffs help got signed up for a program that payed for my CDL. I love this place for all of the support and help theyve given me and my family when we needed it
The worst phone service ever I had a really bad experiences where I’m on the phone for over an hour and a half waiting for someone to talk to me and then 5 o’clock arrives and nothing
Came here to file for medical went to front desk told us to go into the windowed area with all the computers did that just to get yelled at and told kids arent allowed in here you have to sit out there where there is no privacy and is very public so a place thats suppose to help families doesnt like children even when my son was just standing there quietly. So I go out to my car with him while my husband finishes which upsets my son who starts screaming in the car and they send security out like Im some kind of bad guy .

If there was a main number to call this place it would be ringing off the hook all day. You go here personally. The people there are very helpful. DWS is great resource for finding work.
Why is it EVERYTIME I call there is a LONG wait? Not everyone can spend an hour OR MORE on the phone waiting to complete an interview or to speak with someone for 2 minutes! Seriously get more people to answer the phones.

If I could do zero stars I would. When calling for any reason you get automated systems, eventually when you talk to a real person you get put on hold for a very long time (40 minutes-2 hours average) once you finally speak with a representative they are rude, try passing you off to another representative (sweet another 40 minutes on hold!) or more recently I have found they enjoy hanging up on you. Yep! You just waited up to 2 hours to speak with someone and they hang up! What else can you do but call and be put on hold again? Nothing. Also their is no employees in the work focre services office. So you cant even go in to speak to a case worker. What a joke!

Rude, unfriendly, and extremely rude to autistic people, highly inconsiderate to people with disability. I watch employee also be very rude to other familys and costmers as i just stand their and watch them act in such behavior toward civilians as im prinint some paper work for fileing my gf disability is why i never bring her here terfied what they might due to my gf after watching sever employees be rude to other family
I called waited 10 minutes just for them to hang up on me. Call them back and have to wait another 14 mintues.

I have been trying to call workforce services because they keep sending my mail to the wrong address, but the automated phone system keeps asking for the last 5 digits of my ssn. Therefore, I cannot reach anyone. Why cant they get it right or why cant I?
I came a very long way and no one even showed up to present the HAFB Hiring Presentation from 1:00pm to 2:30pm on Aug 27th 2015. Very disappointed.
