Highly recommend Jills Office! They are a life saver!! We own a small tree service & landscape business, and I am the only one currently in the office, they help cover the phones when I need a day off or if I cannot get to the phone.

I had been using Jills Office for a couple of years and my call volume has increased so I decided to switch to a different company because they cost less. I figured one answering service would be pretty similar to another. I was wrong! I stuck with the new service for only 2 weeks before high tailing it back to Jills Office. The new companys answer time was absolutely HORRIBLE. We had set it to only ring in our office once before forwarding and it was ringing 8 times or more before the call ever got answered. We were losing potential patients because that is a LONG time to wait on the phone these days. There were also other things that Jills Office offers that I didnt realize how much I appreciated until switching to a company that didnt have them. The Jills Office app is one of these things. It is wonderful. The app makes it so easy to mark if you have returned the call, youre much less likely to accidentally skip over something. The other company only sent messages via text or email. If you have more than one person returning calls it was impossible to tell what was already handled. With Jills you also have quick and easy access to a full call log so you can see everything that has come in and the amount of time spent on a call - the other company did not have anything like that. Also with Jills Office you have an account manager that you can reach out to directly for any problems or concerns - their customer service is amazing. Needless to say you get what you pay for has definitely been proven again for me. Jills Office is well worth the money, even though they might be more than some of their competitors. If an answering service is taking too long to answer the call its just the same as not even having one. If Jills Office only gets one more persons info that becomes a new patient they have more than paid for themselves! Im happy to be back with Jills Office. Lesson learned, not all answering services are the same!

Im going to give an honest review. We used them for one of the companies and I can honestly say if you want the most basic answering service that does bare minimum this is it. You will get alot of there not trained for this they actually make more work 9/10 have to call back and follow up fix mistakes constantly. Cant even write a title correctly because there not trained to its honestly simple task that they cant do, yet will charge you a 1000 dollars every month even when they make mistakes in booking they dont deduct it. In my opinion its probably more effective to just hire someone.

Be careful they are great at first. I called my own phone and it took them 6 minutes and 46 seconds to answer and many of my clients were texting me saying no one was answering. I lost jobs and actually had another carpet cleaning company call me to tell me that a client who already scheduled with me called and couldnt get confirmation that I was coming so she called another one. They did an audit and found many calls that shouldnt have been charged so that month was free. I used them for over a year and spent almost 1k or more every month so they were robbing me for months.

Started using Jills Office about 8 months ago. They have been great! Always friendly! They are able to resolve the majority of my calls without needing to reach out to me directly. They book all our deliveries and pickups and answer routine customer questions. I planned on only forwarding my calls to them time to time when I was unavailable, but since I started, I have never stopped! They handle calls better than I could do myself and I have received complements from customers about how friendly our receptionist are! Jills is well worth the money and far less than a fulltime receptionist.

I love the service! They work well with my scheduling/dispatching system. I could probably just use them to answer the phone for me and not have someone in the office, but my office person is indispensable and she does a lot of other things for me other than answering the phone. I like how if someone hangs up before they have answered it, they call them back! I think that is great service and it makes our business look great. One thing I would like to see in the future is 24/7 answering. I think this would be a great improvement. Overall though, I highly recommend them.

Called my own number after signing up just to test the service. I was on hold for 3 minutes (!) before someone picked up. Whats the point of such a service? There is absolute no customer under any circumstance that would be willing to wait this long for someone to pick up.

Very reasonably priced. Great staff and a good mission. Only used their services for a short time, but very impressed at the level of care and quality they bring to my business.

They do not follow instructions as requested, their follow up phone calls to clients are non existent, and their overly helpful receptionist deviate from scripts and make up information in an attempt to explain things that should not even be addressed.

Finally a company who is just not an answering service to be a glorified VM. I have been using Jills Office for just over a year and could not have gotten a better return for my money. With the training they have received in my bidding software, I have not regularly answered, phone quoted, scheduled, or followed up on my own for almost the whole time with them.
