The receptionist that they had up front (Wednesday 9/15) in Kissimmee is great! She is very informative answers all of your questions. They were booked the week of my incident, but I was able to bring it in the following week. They give you text updates twice a week. As well as a really good warranty! I even received my car back like 5 days early which was a plus!

Caliber Collision was fantastic! Keith went above and beyond for me in both communication and customer service. I definitely felt like the company valued my personal experience with them, even though insurance was writing the check and not me. I got my car back faster than planned, and in anticipation of the three-day weekend, the manager was even willing to stay a little after closing time in case I wouldnt have been able to get there on time. While I havent had too many experiences getting a car repaired before, this was BY FAR the best. I have only good things to say about my experience with Caliber Collision!

Caliber is a great company I would recommend them to everyone that needs any bodywork paint. They finished on time and kept us informed throughout the process. Phillip was very helpful kind and explained everything in detail before and after the process.

I read through some of the previous reviews about Caliber Collision and still decided to go with a recommended place from my insurance company. I must clarify that because of my decision and communication with my insurance company, Caliber Collision was unable to do the repairs because my car was deemed a total loss.Keith was our estimator and point of contact (request him for sure - he will take care of you and cares about the customer). He was always pleasant and called me back after every time I left a message. Because of how well Keith treated me and our experience with him, I requested that they do some of the repairs because we were going to keep the vehicle. He politely explained to me that they were unable to because of the contracts that they have with our insurance company.I understood and Keith went above and beyond to make sure I had the estimate to compare with other places for the type of work that needed to be completed. Anytime I had questions, Keith answered them and I can say enough things about my experience. I know company policies are out of his hands, but is customer service is on point and deserves a raise! No joke, he is the reason I will recommend this place in the future if people ask me. This type of customer service (even though we didnt have any work completed on the vehicle) this the very reason we do Google Reviews. Praises are worth raises. Give them a chance and choose to communicate with them instead of assuming, this will play to your advantage in being taken care of.

Absolutely the worst customer service. When I told them the car was totaled and I was going to buy it and have them fix it according to the estimate they gave, I was told they dont fix totalled vehicles and it was disassembled and they wouldnt put it back together. They asked if there was anything I wanted out of the vehicle. I took a picture of my disassembled vehicle. Wish I could say it was a good experience, but outside of my conversation with Keith who did the estimate, it wasnt great and told my insurance company this company shouldnt be a preferred customer.

Caliber Collision (formally Abbra Auto Body) has done collision/auto body repairs on two (2) of our vehicles. Theyve done amazing work, and have finished in a timely matter both times. Thru dip their best to make the process as quick and easy as possible. They even offer a shuttle service if you need a ride home. Theyll arrange for a rental car, if you choose to do so. We took our car to Caliber Collision after a lose piece of metal hit our car on the freeway. We had visible damage to our bumper and were unsure what type of damage may exist on the undercarriage. Keith at Caliber helped me when we dropped off our car. He was professional and really took the time to explain what they would be looking at and to make sure that all of my concerns were addressed. Throughout the process, he kept us informed of our cars diagnostics, communications with our insurance, and what our options were for repair. He was was well-informed and made us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. Overall, our experience was really good and Keith was a huge part of that. Would recommend.

After asking around, it turns out most of the luxury car dealers in Davis County (Mercedes, Audi) use Caliber for their body work. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and their customer service. The work was absolutely perfect! Zero trace of damage! I was trying to catch any imperfections or a missed spots - nope, they completely restored my Audi back to showroom quality. Philip, my service advisor, updated me daily via text and was attentive to every detail. Rock star!I end up reviewing a lot of business on Google, and it’s rare to have such a stellar experience. I brought my 69 mustang in after a pretty bad wreck and needless to say it was a pretty terrible start to my week. I have worked with plenty of shops in this industry and when I tell you I was absolutely blown away buy this office, I mean it. I was greeted by Keith right when I walked in and I am pretty sure he didnt even work in reception which is not common, usually you are simply ignored until the right person comes out. The office was impeccably clean and you can tell the staff went the extra mile making it comfortable for people when they came in, which I really appreciated.He immediately took down my info and listened to my situation, all the while assuring me I was in good hands. After parting ways while they could work on it, both Keith and Chad the GM reached out to me several times to check in and make sure I was kept in the loop as they identified the needs to get my car back running.What would have normally taken a shop 3 weeks was accomplished in half that time due to the competence of the staff, ordering the correct parts immediately and always doing their best to reach me when something changed. Not only was I impressed with the outstanding customer service but equally impressed with the speed that they got the job done.There are a lot of body shop options out there but this office has earned a life time customer. WENT IN FOR A FENDER BENDER FIX, AFTER THEY ASSESSED THE CAR THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE NO MORE THAN A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS. I ENDED UP SPENDING $4500 JUST TO FIX A CRACK IN MY BUMPER. WORST BUSINESS EVER. I WARN ANYONE THINKING OF GETTING THEIR CAR FIXED BY THESE GUYS,DONT DO IT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

As an insurance Agent I recommend Abra for all repairs.not only do I send my all my costumers to them I also have used them personally when I was involved in a small fender bender.The costumer service there is wonderful and they are amazing when it comes to dealing with the hassle of an accident.The quality of work they provide is outstanding, the pulled out dents I didn’t think they would be able to, and they match my paint perfectly.I will definitely continue to use Abra, as a reliable vendor for my costumers and myself.

They were excellent, fixed my car the day after I called, it was quick, easy, and cheap! It was nearly $100 less than anywhere else I called, and faster than anywhere else I called. Highly recommend. They were very polite and helpful and efficient, vacuumed up the broken glass and did a repair I didnt even ask for, no extra charge. Definitely will be coming back. I love that they come to your house as well.

I brought my vehicle in on Monday and it was completed on Friday just as I was told. They arranged a rental car for me while my car was being worked on. I had a date on Friday and I needed my car for it. They stayed a little late to finish cleaning it up for me so it would be ready. The car looks great. They exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone at Abra. I will be using Abra again.

Their service is slow. They tack on lots of little charges. and their warranty is worthless. They will look for any excuse to renege on it.I was in an accident 6 months ago and my bumper would not stay attached to the frame by the wheel well. They said they had to replace the entire bumper, but because there was preexisting damage (some minor scuffs on the other side) I would need to pay $200 on top of my deductible. It took them a week longer to complete the work than they said it would. Then after a couple weeks, the new bumper started to pop off again. It took me a couple months before I could get back to deal with them. They came out looked at where the bumper was coming loose, felt the underside of the bumper and said that I had caused the damage by going through a driveway. The damage they are using as an excuse is a patch of uneven paint on the bottom of the bumper. I never inspected that and cant prove that it wasnt already there, but I know that I didnt bottom out, so my guess is they left a patch of roughness just so they could get out of their warranty.

Once again, intial repair was a great experience from start to finish. Kept me informed every step of the process. I felt like my car was a patient and was in good hands. Also, afterwards they followed up to make sure all was well. I want to personally thank Bernie, Kyle, Phillip, Keith and the crew behind the scenes. A++ job guys and gals!!!

I took my car in to fix the front bumper. My insurance company would not pay for the repair. The damages did not appear that bad so I had them put it back together. They did a beautiful job. The staff was very friendly.

This place is a joke. They are putting the fallback of the rental coverage (even through an insurance claim) on me. I was kind enough to give them my business (10k), and they still treated me like I was putting them out. Bernie, the secretary was the most unfriendly face of the company and not a pleasure to deal with. They are telling me it’s out of their hands and not their problem. What a waste of time and money. Horrible customer service, don’t bother coming here.

My buddy took his car here after he was in an accident. They were very polite, made sure to show him everything they fixed and they did a great job. When we came in to pick up the car, they offered us coffee, hot chocolate and doughnuts. The work was done fairly quickly. It took about a week for repairs after the insurance adjuster finished hips appraisal. A good shop that will definitely recommend.

They definitely guarantee their repairs. After replacing our cars rear bumper cover, we noticed when it got hot from the sun, it would warp and pop out of the side. They took it back and replaced it again, no problems since. The color match from the original factory paint on the car to the new paint on the replacement bumper cover is perfect. I cant tell the difference.

My insurance company uses this shop as a preferred vendor, so thats why we chose them. The actual work ABRA did was GREAT. The car, the paint job, the body work looks fantastic. Im so pleased. BUT. The work needing to be done was not that extensive (one door needed to be replaced, one side painted) and our car was in the shop five weeks, which was three weeks longer than they told us it would be. We also had to return the car at one point because there were issues resulting from the repair that didnt exist before or after the accident.Phillip was our main contact, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, nice, and seemed to really care about getting us our car back quickly and done right. Bernie, the lady at the entrance desk was really awful and rude every time we had to interact with her.

This organization may do good work (I havent seen anything done yet), but they dont communicate with car owners at all. I have been waiting and waiting to hear from them on two different occasions. First, when I tried to make an appointment, they said theyd call me back later that day. After two business days of waiting (and a weekend), I had to call them back and start all over again. Then, when I finally did get an appointment and dropped it off, I was told Id hear something by the end of the day. Again, two days later I had to call them to find out what was going on. Thats when I was informed that they hadnt heard anything from the insurance company. Not communicating with people is exceptionally poor business - especially when a person is waiting for the vehicle.

Great job on the repair and paint, and it holds up months later. Return of car was delayed a couple times, and I stood around for several minutes for help once, but it wasnt a big deal. Id recommend this place.Update: I raised from 4 to 5 stars. The second time I went there was 0 delay in service and they honored a lifetime warranty by replacing a bumper and painting an area a different ABRA location had done, which started to peel due to a faulty bumper (not their fault).

I took my vehicle in for strictly an estimate, and was asked questions they didn’t need to know unless they were for sure repairing my car. I explained once again that I was there for just an estimate, and they were still pushy. After they wrote up my estimate, I left to get estimates from a couple other shops. I picked a different shop because they found things that Abra missed, submitted that estimate, then received a call from my insurance stating they received my estimate submission, but they already had an assignment from Abra. I made it clear that I decided against Abra and explained how pushy they were. It is now costing me 3-5 days for an insurance adjuster to switch assignments so I can take my car to get repaired where I chose just because Abra took it upon themselves to tell my insurance they’re repairing my car when all I asked for was an estimate. On top of that, the receptionist was unfriendly and stand-offish.

They are an awesome company to work with.

I had nothing but an amazing experience here. They got my car in and fixed in less than two days and I worked directly with the manager who was amazing. He worked with me with my insurance and helped with everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Abra is very busy and it may take a while to get your car in, very annoying but most good shops have that problem.Once my car got in for repair, they worked quickly, and called with status updates. These were delivered by the tech working on my car; he always knew exactly what was going, and was able to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. My work was covered 100% by insurance, so I cannot comment on cost.My only complaint are the canned corporate texts the parent company sends. Even the tech told me those are not accurate. Dont pay attention to them. I got one saying my car was almost repaired, when it was still awaiting disassembly.I give 4 stars because ABRA needs to stop sending these stupid meaningless texts. Otherwise they have a great system and I will use them again if I need a body shop again.

Took 2 months to get my car back after a fender bender and it still had to go back to another shop to get the sensor and alignment fixed. Terrible place. If insurance lists Caliber/ABRA as an option do not use it

Words cannot explain how arba has taken care of my baby(subi). I had a young man hit my subi and it needed work done. i sent my car to abra and they said it will be about a week or so till the work is complete. I had talked to the manager(becky kempf) and told her i needed some other work done, but with prices i would have to wait. about 2 weeks later i get a call from Keith tiani saying my car is ready to get picked up. When i called back later that night he said he would wait after hours for me. when i got there my jaw hit the floor. they fixed all of the issues my subi had.. dents,, muffler,, and scratches had all been fixed along with the damage from the accident. I cried. i couldnt believe it. They went way out of their way for me. I am very very thankful. If you are looking for an excellent company to get work done i recommend abra. Thanks keith and becky.

Customer Sevice was good upfront. Most businesses are to get your money. Went in with one problem came out with another that of course was not because of the competence. Save time and headache, check another place and take pictures of the work area beforehand. Especially take a picture of your gas gauge.

They got my car in very quick and fixed it fast. The receptionist did a very good job explaining things, but was not very friendly, very off putting, I got the impression she wanted to be left alone so she could just do her job.

Insurance paid for the repairs so I cant speak for that process of the service (which iswhy i couldnt put 5 stars) but the people were very friendly, kept me updated, and my car came back good as new and really clean! Felt comfortable and trust worthy. Would go back

Horrible cs, was gonna take my truck here to get worked on but wanted them to look at it and give me an estimate since i think the initial estimate from the insurance company was low. Was told that they would not do a estimate cause tgey need to tear down. Just wanted a initial estimate so i could make sure all was fixed.

Worst service ever! They only care about lining their own pockets they start with the lowest bid and then increase it substantially before they are done.

Should have listened when someone called this the Walmart option. It really is. They dont call like they say they will. They lose your parts (and then as a courtesy to save face repair the car for free -like in my case). They forget to paint things before telling you to come get your car. They leave off pieces before telling you to come get your car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Do not ever use this company. I dont think they are honest. I had to have them fix the issue more than once and now it is going to cost me another $700-$1000 to get my car fixed somewhere else. Bad customer service. The manager claims that they dont sand plastic pieces that they order in. I have never heard of a autobody company who doesnt sand the pieces that come in before painting them. This was the worst experience I have had with a company. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau of Utah.

This is the walmart of body shops when it comes to collision repair! Sloppy work, lack of attention to detail, and they damaged my car while there for repairs. The manager will insist that you give them a 10 on their survey despite their horrible work because it reflects negatively on their pay... This was elevated to corporate and I advised my insurance company to stop recommending them as a preferred repair facility.

Kind to drive me home when I dropped off my car. Irritating when the completion date/time is promised, then delayed, promised, then delayed. When I need to coordinate with someone to take me back to get my car, I cant be accepting a ride then have to rescind that request twice.

Worst auto body shop ever!!! They totally low ball the original quote ($1600); then want to change the quote to ($3,200), after they took my car apart. I had them put it together and I went elsewhere in town for only $1,800. Trust me they are a big scam. I would have given them a half star if, that was an option.
