Shannen was fantastic. She was upfront and honest about what I wanted vs what would be best for me/my hair. My cut looks great, hair feels great and the color is perfect. Cant wait for the next steps to get my hair where I want to be once Im out of the pool and sun.First salon Ive ever been to that gives you a price before they do anything, no more shock after youre done. I also thought it was nice that they offer complimentary consultations beforehand so you know what youre doing and how long it will take.Loved the overall vibe there. Theyre big into inclusivity and love for all, just how youd hope any business would be.

I have been to this place a few times in the past 2 years and every single person has been incredibly nice. I take my two daughters here to get their hair cut too (12 & 5) We usually see either of the stylists named Sarah and BOTH are phenomenal. As long as I live nearby, I will continue to visit them.

Friendly service and very welcoming from the start. I was very happy to find they serviced men’s haircuts and Shannen does a great job with intricate details of the cut. I would highly recommend her if you have a challenging hair situation. I have been pleased with every experience.

I have been going to this salon for at least 2 years now and every single time I have gone, it has ALWAYS been wonderful. Tara has been my stylist each time and she is incredible to say the least. She is so kind and sweet with a lovely personality and is an amazing stylist. I am crazy about my hair and always want to change it but sometimes I have unrealistic wants that do not work right with how I wear my hair daily and she always tells me the truth and I appreciate the honesty. She will tell you when she thinks a color or cut will or will not look good on you because it depends on so many factors and she explains everything thoroughly.Crystal at the front desk is also extremely personable and I can say without a doubt that she is great at her job because I used to be a receptionist as well and she does it phenomenally. I have never had work done with the other stylists since I only go to Tara but they always seem very nice to their clients as well.They have adapted to COVID-19 superbly and take all necessary and appropriate measures to keeping everyone safe.I am going to be moving about 40+ minutes away but you better believe that I will still go to Kreative Looks for all my hair needs because I will only trust Tara to work her magic! 100% highly recommend this salon and this team!

I’ve been going to Tara here for probably 4 years or so by now. Usually I’m here to get some unnatural color put on my hair. I’m very picky with who does my hair, as it is quite thick. Tara is great and always creative with it. She’s a hot commodity, but if you are looking to do vivid color, I highly recommend scheduling with her.

Crystal at front desk was a very happy professional on the phone! Salon experience could of been a real unhappy experience; however the owner stepped in and TOTALLY saved what could of been disastrous! I have been traveling and needed a pickup so I called cold without knowing if I could just a walk in, took a chance and am very happy! Walked out of salon not knowing how I truly felt about circumstances, walked into Starbucks and got TOTALLY complimented, which makes a truly scary situation disappear!! Recommend this salon to EVERYONE as I could not be more PLEASED at the outcome

Colors where 8 and 9 outa ten placement however was akward they did a horrendous job on my friends hair didnt turn out to be a good bday present after all we went back with false pretenses thinking another stylist would fix it only to have the same styles ..i have very high hope but will not be returning

My hair is very curly. I have had more than my share of butchered haircuts. I had been using a salon in North Hills -Enter Covid-19. When the salon re-opened, I learned my stylist had moved on.I located Kreative Looks online. I was immediately drawn in by their portfolio of Before and After Images, Their color work, the way the Krew can transform a head of hair from looking good, to outstanding, and ….the curls. THE CURLS!Tara cut my hair. I went in for a simple cut, clean up the ends, shape up. Tara took the time to listen to what I wanted, then reiterated my ideas back to me to ensure we were on the same page. Tara first cut my hair dry, a little, then thoroughly cleaned and conditioned my scalp and hair, all the time telling me exactly what was going on and through my hair and why. Then cut my hair wet, THEN diffused it, and went back in, trimming here and there to make sure everything fell into place correctly.I have never been more satisfied in the way I, and my hair were treated. I have never been happier with the way my hair looks. My hair has long layers of cascading curls. Tara did just as I asked. Tara IS a Master Artist.Special shout out to Crystal at the front desk. When I first called the studio, Crystal took the time to hear me out, listen to my frustrations about former hair experiences, explain different hair approaches to hair styling and then finally recommended two studio artists she thought would be a good fit for me.I chose Tara. I have no regrets.Its not that my former salon wasnt good, Its just that Kreative Looks is so much better!Thank you Kreative Looks, and I wish you many years of continued success.

I’ve got my hair cut, colored, and styled here since they opened in 2016! I drive all the way from Virginia Tech every single time. ABSOLUTELY the best place to get your hair done! Tara is always so nice and leaves me feeling beautiful!

I recently moved to the area and saw that this salon had really good reviews so decided to give it a try. I came in here a few weeks ago to get red/purple taken out from my hair and got baby lights and a cut. I understand that not all of the color is going to go away the first time and I do have a lot of hair but I was there for literally 6 hours!! I have bad anxiety and it was through the roof by the time I left. I thought my hair looked great when I got home (and it should’ve been for paying $350 for it before tip) but I noticed when I went to pull up my hair a huge chunk of it was still my dark blonde color and there was quite a bit that was missed with the baby lights that are supposed to be all over. Also, the cut was a little uneven. I just ended up having to spend more money at another salon to get my hair fixed and I am extremely satisfied with my hair now. Unfortunately had to spend a lot of time and money to finally get my hair the way I wanted it. Would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The girl Sarah that cut my hair was super nice but she cut my hair way shorter then I wanted and when I got home I noticed in the front one side is longer then the other. I just wasted $59 dollars today. Very disappointed and I will not go back to have it fixed in fear that it will be cut even shorter.

So I went here a year or two ago and I couldn’t get green/blue dye out of my hair and they thought me a tip which I’ve used this past time I did my hair and they did amazing on coloring my hair. I’m going back sometime soon to get my hair layered and go back to blonde maybe even do a baylage look :)

I had two different stylists both times I went and they both exceeded my expectations. I was going to go up to Raleigh to get my hair done, but this salon did a better job than my usual stylist in Raleigh so I actually stopped going to the one in Raleigh to come to this one. My hair is not easy to work with but they did such a good job. I brought a picture of the haircut I wanted and they did the exact cut and style. The stylists and staff here are also very down-to-earth and they offered me water when I first got there. Thank you all for making my hair look so good!!

Think I’ve found my new place! Called for an appointment at noon and they got me in right away... great vibe and super nice people! Have NEVER been to a salon where we could talk food, hair, football, and dogs all at the same time!!! Oh.... and the cut and color were fantastic too! Highly recommend!

I took my 2 girls to get their hair cut at the salon. The person who cut the hair was very nice but I don’t know where their mind was at the time because both girls hairs are uneven, from the back and front of their hair. Will not be going back. I’m sure I would have done a better job.

I love this salon. My stylist is Debra and she is amazing. She managed to fix a bad/boring pixie cut from another hair salon and made it look exactly how I wanted- a no style pixie cut with attitude. I like trendy and fun hair styles, but it has taken me a long time to find a hairstylist and Im so thrilled I found Kreative Looks.

I am a real snob about my hair. It’s hard to find people who can perform quality fades outside of an old school barber shop. The problem with barbershops is that they are usually first-come, first-serve, and the wait can be literally hours. I have a wife and three kids, and though I’d love to hang around a barber shop and shoot the breeze, I just don’t have time.Thank God I found this salon. I can get my hair faded perfectly, from a zero guard to my natural hairline no less, with perfect blending and no remaining lines. I also get my beard shaped, and my neckline razor shaved.As long as these folks are in operation, I can kiss the barber shop wait times goodbye while obtaining a superior fade. What’s not to love? I’d have to be crazy to go anywhere else.

Love this salon! They are friendly and provide excellent service! I wanted to keep my hair long, but neaten the ends and add some layers. Jordan did a perfect job! She left the length while adding shape and body. I will definitely be back!

Tara Fuller is by far the best hair stylist I have EVER been to. For years after I moved here I struggled to find someone I was happy with and then I found Tara! I have never left feeling unsatisfied and she makes you feel so comfortable sitting in her chair! Wish there was higher than 5 stars!

Really friendly and welcoming staff, but not suited for my ethnic curly hair. Unfortunately just after getting a “blow out” my hair became super frizzy and just unmanageable. It was definitely not the “blow out” I expected, ended up straightening it at home. Paid $80 In total for a “treatment” plus the blow out. The treatment did nothing and my hair does not feel any better.

Sarah is awesome!!! Today was the first time I’ve been in this salon and I’m very happy and thankful with my haircut. Sarah was very friendly and very talented.

I asked if they made hair cut for Man, they said yes.I got my hair cut today, Im not satisfied with my hair cut, it is not even close to what I asked. Side line or division line is to wide, I have to comb my hair the other way to hide it. Im thinking of looking for another salón to fix this (its not fair to have to pay for another hair cut the same week).I do not recommend this place.
