So I know this isn’t a detail service. I bought the Gold service as usual, reasonably priced (and I always tip), but it would be so nice to see some improvements after taking your car here. The outside sparkles, but that’s easily accomplished by most drive thru car washes. It’s the inside that I pay for. The young guys are super friendly, I just wish the owners would invest in more training or set higher expectations. This was after I asked them to touch up several of the spots that were glaring. Pretty sure they never even ran the vacuum in the very back and barely elsewhere as you can see. I know dog hair is harder but there wasn’t a ton to begin with & it looked the same. Had the same problem when it was located over on 42 in Garner as well. Basically dropped almost $30 for an outside car wash. Hoping somebody opens a decent car wash around this area soon!

I went by this location because Walmart oil change was closed at first the sticker shock got me ! But after the speed and team work I would gladly pay it again! Fastest oil change Ive ever seen and I use to run shops ! And I must complement them on the cheapest vending machines around . I dont know where you can get a cold 20 oz soda for one dollar or a bag of Chex mix for fifty cent. All around great experience! Good job!!

I just left my favorite place. I love getting my car service here. I got an oil change and car inspection. These guys are awesome. Every time I come, they say hi Mrs. Johnson what can we do for you today. I know they see hundreds of people, but they remember you. I even got to talk a little football this morning.

They got me in quickly, even though they were bustling between the car wash, vehicle inspections, and oil changes. Lots of chairs, clean restroom, and friendly staff. This is a well-managed operation!

The young boys here are all so sweet..The gentleman who took care of our car took time to clean every spot and even asked us if it was okay! Price was also reasonable :)

Very detailed (no pun intended).

Good car wash, I pointed out to one of the young attendants that my car front grill and bumper was coverd with bugs. The automatic washer clean along with the attendants. Very satisfied with the car wash overall. I will stop by again when Im in the area. Be advised, the prices due increase for additional services such as vacuuming, tire dressing, etc.

The team does a great job. The price is reasonable for the quality and rarely a long wait

I visited this car wash for the first time. My car was very dirty on the outside. I chose the most expensive outside car wash which was $17. Your car goes through the automated wash and they towel dry your car. My car was clean afterwards although it did have water spots on it that I noticed later.None of the employees were wearing a mask. Not smart. Also I sat outside waiting for my car and I could hear one of the employees dropping the eff bomb every other word talking about baseball. Not be very professional.

Had problems starting vehicle after wash. They didnt just push it to the side and tell me to deal with...they assisted in determining problem(vehicle went into safe mode). Customer oriented...THANKS

I have a 2017 RAV4. Finally decided to give her a day out of beauty. Found this place in Clayton & was so happy with the outcome. She looked brand new. Great prices, I got the $24 package which is the fullest detailed one. My girl looked brand new. Much thanks to the young man that did a great job. However sitting outside on a beautiful warm day I did not appreciate the big guy behind me yelling at another young man at what he was doing wrong. Xif he worked there he should gave walked his butt over to talk to him like a human & nit embarrass him with several customers outside waiting. Had my anxiety getting unnerved, That was very unprofessional In my opinion. But that does not change how I feel about the job my guy did.

Easy to use and better than average quality.

Ive been going there for years but after the last two visits, including today, no more. They do a poor job washing and especially with drying. Last time the guy said it was take too much time to get the tree sap stains off the car. So today I prescribed the stains and went to carcass. They still didnt get it clean and never touched the roof of the car. They do the minimum but still expect a tip.

Car door was left open by worker as the car was getting ready to go into the wash, if my husband did not notice, your car wash would be making a major repair on my car. No apology, no nothing. Need real management in your business. Not happy at all!! This used to be an excellent car wash.....sad.

So disappointed lately with the quality of the car detailing. Use to love this place. As of lately not so much. You can definitely tell the difference in employees during the summer and the new ones now.
