This place is amazing!!!! My husband and I store our boat here and have so many good things to say about Bannister Storage. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained (honestly one of the cleanest outdoor storage facilities we have come across). It is very well lit and also has optional electrical hookups, which are hard to find around here at other outdoor storage facilities. Bannister is securely gated and is nicely located in a great safe area. They have amazing customer service and support 24-7. I highly recommend Bannister Storage to anyone interested in storing their boat, RV, and more here! We have not been disappointed!!!!

Great storage option for RV. 24 h access is a breeze. Customer service is quick and helpful. You can book now and store in 10 min, so quick is the full online process. Prorated for month already started. Simply cancel 10 days before end of the month. No need to talk to anyone. Sites are narrow thought, have a experienced driver backing up your trailer. You will not be able to open the side doors of Trailer once parked. Lots of RVs, boats, trailers stored there. Easy access from Highway, but need to make U-Turn when coming from Raleigh. Can fully recommend this place.

I would highly recommend this facility! The facility is laid out very well, it is extremely clean and very well kept. Ownership has been extremely responsive and very timely with all correspondence. Customer satisfaction is definitely there number one priority and they knock it out of the park.

I can’t say enough about the amazing service and professionalism at Bannister. The spaces are monitored, great communication with the staff with prompt responses.We emailed Bannister asking to move to a larger space and they immediately got back to us (on the weekend I might add) with several options and made the process so easy.They have a customer for life here for as long as I have storage needs for sure. A great group of people to work with. They provide excellent customer service, and a safe and secure place to store your commercial vehicle or RV. 24 Hour Access and convenient to the RDU area and I-40. As a Commercial Driver I couldnt have found a better location to store my tractor and trailer. Definitely plan on renting for a long time.

This is a great place to safely store your RV we have had ours there and we live 800 miles away and we feel very secure with it. Very clean and well taken care of and the owners are very helpful. I would definitely use this place again.

Please save your money and go somewhere honest. I was called to move my unit because it was outside of the lines. I knew that was false because I had taken my time while parking. I had to drive over an hour to get there to move my unit only to be told that it was not my fault. It was the fault of the people park beside me. At that point I decided I no longer wanted to store my property there. I moved my unit out and was one day late on the payment due to my work schedule. I received a harassing email from the owner threatening to send my account to collections. Again please save your money and go somewhere honest it’s not worth it!

Loving the 24/7 access. I needed a place that I could access after hours when most places close. The lighting is great and parking isn’t a problem. Not to mention, I was able to jump right online and get my space in a matter of minutes! Definitely one of the better, if not, the best storage place to go. I highly recommend 👌🏽

Wonderful secured lot, very well kept, located centrally to everything in Clayton. Staff is unbeatable at customer service, no expense was spared on this property safe haven! 10/10

I am very particular about parking our camper offsite from our home. Bannister Outdoor Storage is well lit, has a gated entrance complete with security cameras, is clean and organized. People are not just parking any old way - they are in specific sites. Online access is a breeze and definitely the way to go! Very easy!
