These guys are the worst. Literally could not have had a worse experience. I got this PO Box specifically because my packages were being stolen around my area, only to find out that I couldn’t pick up deliveries from the location, only forward them to another location. So now I have to forward it to my house, which I could have done from the start without the P.O. Box, and I have to worry about my deliveries being stolen. That kind of sounds like something that should be specified or mentioned somewhere or anywhere, and I know it’s not because I read through all of the FAQs and details. I even tried to cancel my service while at the storefront, and the lady couldn’t do that either. Complete waste of time and money, would go out of my way to tell others that this service is horrible.
I have been using them for over 3 years now and Im satisfied with the services. I started with an address in California and switched to Delaware. The prices could be cheaper though compared to other companies. They also need to get more than USPS as an option online to mail...I shouldnt have to waste time emailing. Same goes for mailing out checks...it needs to be a more automated process.
New customer and couldn’t be happier. Quick reply from the service team when I have a question and the mail processing has been constant even during the pandemic. Services provided as promised.
Terrible company, even worse communication with the customer. Office staff is oblivious and has no clue what is going on. Zero follow up. Alex is rude and abrasive. Refused to give phone numbers or contact information in order to follow up about payment, only to find out he is the owner! This type of customer dis-service will not keep this business open long. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. take your business elsewhere!
Let me start by wishing you could give zero stars for a rating.Alex is rude, and likes to talk down to people to make them feel like they are inept. A terrible characteristic in a person. Customer service is awful. Accounts payable does not respond or reply to any messages. Amber in the office is very confused and overwhelmed by what her job actually is. She has terrible communication and cannot answer any basic questions without finding out an answer. I highly recommend that no one use this company, the way they treat people is appalling and deplorable. Give your business to someone else!
